Get PDFLa heroína: una Historia poco contada desde la voz y el Cuerpo surge a partir de una experiencia de vida, la cual consistió en un largo tiempo de consumo, tiempo donde hubo pérdidas inmensas e innumerables; entre ellas y la más importante el haber invertido parte de la vida en una autodestrucción segura que iba a tener un solo final: la cárcel, o el cementerio y el haber desaprovechado el hecho de hoy ser una gran profesional.
Después de una gran lucha individual y social, puede considerarse ahora un testimonio que pudo superarse. El trabajo se realizó desde lo testimonial y la experiencia y como una voz, que habla desde el cuerpo y las vivencias. Se trata de una historia de vida y de un recorrido por una de las sustancias letales: la heroína.
En esta investigación hicimos una aproximación hacia cifras y estadísticas del aumento de personas que se inyectan heroína en nuestra ciudad, Pereira, como también se contrastan con las cifras de Colombia y el mundo. El trabajo culmina con la presentación de tres testimonios de vida de personas consumidoras y una serie de experiencias autobiográficas.Heroin: a little-told story from the voice and the body arises from a life experience, which consisted of a long time of consumption, a time where there were immense and innumerable losses; among them and the most important was having invested part of one's life in a certain self-destruction that was going to have only one end: jail, or the cemetery and having wasted the fact that today she was a great professional.
After a great individual and social struggle, it can now be considered a testimony that could be overcome. The work was carried out from testimony and experience and as a voice, which speaks from the body and experiences. It is a life story and a journey through one of the lethal substances: heroin.
In this research we made an approach to figures and statistics of the increase in people who inject heroin in our city, Pereira, as well as contrasting them with the figures from Colombia and the world. Propuesta para el Mejoramiento Continuo del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental del Municipio de Dosquebradas/Risaralda
Get PDFEl trabajo de grado pretende desarrollar estrategias para fortalecer y mejorar el Sistema de Gestión Ambiental Municipal mediante la gestión ambiental territorial desde una perspectiva económica, institucional y socioespacial en la administración municipal de Dosquebradas, Risaralda. Busca generar un impacto positivo significativo mediante la viabilidad de la oferta y el equilibrio de la demanda de bienes y servicios a través de procesos sociales, garantizando así su sostenibilidad. Para esto, se diseñó una metodología basada en la investigación holística y la planeación estratégica, que proporciona técnicas y herramientas para fortalecer sus debilidades y aprovechar las oportunidades del entorno, sin ignorar las amenazas a gestionar. Con el fin de elaborar un PAAL 2024-2027, donde se promueve la ética en la sociedad para proteger los recursos y el patrimonio ambiental, contando con el apoyo de actores y agentes comprometidos en actividades de sensibilización y educación ambiental. De esta manera, se busca fortalecer los instrumentos de planificación ambiental locales, conforme al Acuerdo 11 de 2019 (Artículo 8), promoviendo la cohesión entre la administración en relación con lo ambiental. Esto, a su vez, genera vínculos de interés en la comunidad para el progreso sostenible del territorio.The purpose of this degree work is to develop strategies for the strengthening and improvement of the Municipal Environmental Management System through territorial environmental management from an economic, institutional and socio-spatial perspective in the municipal administration of Dosquebradas, Risaralda. It seeks to generate a significant positive impact through the viability of the supply and balance of the demand for goods and services through social processes, thus guaranteeing its sustainability. For this objective, a methodology was designed based on holistic research and strategic planning, which provide the necessary techniques and tools to strengthen its weaknesses and take advantage of environmental opportunities, without ignoring the threats that must be managed. In order to develop a PAAL 2024-2027, which promotes ethics in society to protect resources and environmental heritage, with the support of actors and agents engaged in awareness-raising and environmental education activities. In this way, it seeks to strengthen local environmental planning instruments, in accordance with Agreement 11 of 2019 (Article 8), promoting cohesion among the administration in relation to the environment. Implementation of ESP in Technical and Technological Courses at SENA Agropecuario in Pereira Through Co-Teaching
Get PDFEste proyecto de aula tiene como objetivo emplear diversas estrategias para apoyar a los estudiantes de SENA Agropecuario en Pereira en sus cursos de segundo idioma, con la meta de impactar positivamente en su desarrollo del idioma inglés. El SENA ofrece una variedad de programas de formación técnica, tecnológica y complementaria diseñados para preparar a los individuos para el mercado laboral. Tanto el MEN como el SENA requieren que los estudiantes alcancen un nivel B1 de competencia en inglés para obtener certificación y cumplir con las demandas de su trabajo profesional. Los docentes en servicio en el SENA colaborarán con dos estudiantes del programa de la Licenciatura en Bilingüismo, documentando su progreso utilizando un formato de seguimiento. A través de la utilización de estrategias de coenseñanza, este proyecto de aula busca implementar el inglés para propósitos específicos (ESP) de manera efectiva, asegurando que los estudiantes cumplan con los estándares de competencia en inglés relevantes para sus respectivos campos.This classroom project aims to employ various approaches to support students at SENA Agropecuario in Pereira in their second language courses, with the goal of positively impacting their English language development. SENA offers a range of technical, technological, and complementary training programs designed to prepare individuals for the job market. Both MEN and SENA mandate that students attain a B1 level of English proficiency to obtain certification and fulfill the demands of their professional work. In-service teachers at SENA will collaborate with two students from the Licenciatura en Bilingüismo program, documenting their progress using a provided follow-up format. Biodiversidad asociada a la fauna silvestre y su valor en los procesos de democratización del conocimiento, en dos áreas protegidas del departamento de Risaralda, Colombia
Get PDFEl presente proyecto de investigación se centra en la democratización del conocimiento sobre fauna silvestre en las áreas protegidas, Parque Regional Natural Ucumarí y el Distrito de Conservación de Suelos Alto del Nudo ubicadas en el departamento de Risaralda. La justificación de esta investigación radica en la necesidad de abordar vacíos de información sobre biodiversidad, teniendo en cuenta que la gestión ambiental eficaz depende de datos precisos y accesibles.
Se plantea una metodología mixta, que combina la exploración de datos abiertos en sistemas de información como SiB Colombia, iNaturalist y eBird, además se utilizará la técnica de revisión documental, mediante bases de datos, literatura científica y literatura gris, análisis documental y técnicas de SIG para identificar y analizar información disponible, y se realiza la sistematización de información implementando bases de datos en Excel.
Inicialmente se realizó un análisis de los datos obtenidos en las plataformas SiB Colombia, iNaturalist y eBird para ambas áreas de estudio, en donde los criterios considerados fueron: Número de registros por plataforma, proporción de registros por grupo biológico (clase), cobertura del rango del taxón, registros históricos, entidad publicadora, georreferenciación en ArcGIS. Después se elaboró la lista definitiva de registros, luego de un proceso de curaduría y revisión minuciosa, teniendo presente la coincidencia en la distribución geográfica, en el rango altitudinal y existencia de registros confiables de las especies de acuerdo con cada área de estudio. Este listado incluye la identificación de las categorías de amenaza y el reporte de las especies endémicas.
Se realizó identificación de actores y análisis de los vacíos de información encontrados para la generación de recomendaciones generales. Finalmente se propone una estrategia de reconocimiento de fauna silvestre a través de la ciencia ciudadana, que fortalezca la democratización del conocimiento sobre biodiversidad, mediante la promoción de la plataforma iNaturalist, la creación de un folleto y videos informativos sobre la fauna silvestre de las áreas de estudio.The present research project focuses on the democratization of knowledge about wildlife in the protected areas, Ucumarí Natural Regional Park and the Alto del Nudo Soil Conservation District located in the department of Risaralda. The justification for this research lies in the need to address biodiversity information gaps, considering that effective environmental management depends on accurate and accessible data.
A mixed methodology is proposed, combining the exploration of open data in information systems such as SiB Colombia, iNaturalist, and eBird. Additionally, the documentary review technique will be used through databases, scientific literature, and gray literature, along with documentary analysis and GIS techniques to identify and analyze available information, and systematize information by implementing databases in Excel.
Initially, an analysis of the data obtained on the SiB Colombia, iNaturalist, and eBird platforms was conducted for both study areas. The considered criteria were: number of records per platform, proportion of records by biological group (class), coverage of the taxon's range, historical records, publishing entity, and georeferencing in ArcGIS. A definitive list of records was then created after a process of curation and meticulous review, taking into account the coincidence in geographic distribution, altitudinal range, and the existence of reliable records of species according to each study area. This list includes the identification of threat categories and the reporting of endemic species.
An identification of stakeholders and analysis of the information gaps found was carried out to generate general recommendations. Finally, a strategy for recognizing wildlife through citizen science is proposed, which strengthens the democratization of biodiversity knowledge through the promotion of the iNaturalist platform, the creation of a brochure, and informative videos about the wildlife in the study areas.Introducción 11

Joint position control strategy validation applied in a 6 DOF simulated robotic arm
Get PDFEsta investigación pretende validar un controlador de posición multivariante desacoplado para las distintas articulaciones de un brazo robótico de 6 DOFs de Universal Robots. El modelado del brazo robótico (la planta) se consigue mediante un conjunto de funciones de transferencia que representan los motores que accionan cada articulación. Este enfoque permite una calibración flexible y la adaptación a diversas configuraciones. La validación del controlador se lleva a cabo en dos entornos distintos para comprender el comportamiento del controlador en diferentes contextos temporales. La validación en tiempo continuo se lleva a cabo con Simulink, mientras que la validación en tiempo discreto se realiza en Unity, que permite una simulación 3D interactiva. Esta estrategia de doble entorno permite conocer el comportamiento del controlador en condiciones reales y facilita el proceso de diseño y ensayo. El proyecto se divide en tres etapas clave, cada una de las cuales sirve como punto de calibración para evaluar el rendimiento del controlador. Estas etapas simulan distintos escenarios de funcionamiento, garantizando que el controlador pueda adaptarse a tareas y condiciones variadas. El objetivo final es garantizar que el controlador pueda mantener un control de posición preciso y fiable para una amplia gama de aplicaciones industriales.This research seeks to validate a decoupled multivariate position controller for the various joints of a 6 DOFs Universal Robots robotic arm. The modeling of the robotic arm (the plant) is achieved through a set of transfer functions that represent the motors driving each joint. This approach allows for flexible calibration and adaptation to various configurations. The Controller's validation is carried out in two distinct environments to understand the behavior of the controller in different time contexts.
Continuous-time validation is conducted using Simulink, while discrete-time validation is done in Unity, which allows for an interactive 3D simulation. This dual-environment strategy offers insights into how the controller performs under real-world conditions, and also facilitates the design and testing process. The project is divided into three key stages, each serving as a calibration point to assess the controller's performance. These stages simulate different operating scenarios, ensuring that the controller can adapt to varied tasks and conditions. elementos que comprenden la propuesta de las capacidades en Sen. Posteriormente se analizaron y
contrastaron criticas teóricas entre A. Sen - J. Rawls y A. Sen - M. Nussbaum. Respecto a las críticas
propuestas por Sen, se procedió a establecer una posición argumentada respecto a las criticas
aceptadas, aquellas que fueron matizadas y finalmente, algunas que fueron negadas. Finalmente, de las
críticas propuestas, se procedió a presentar objeciones y matizaciones a la propuesta seniana, con la
finalidad de que ésta tenga mayor posibilidad e injerencia en la realidad de las personas y las decisiones
valiosas para ellas.The purpose of this work was to analyze the theory of capabilities developed by the philosopher and economist Amartya Sen, who found sources for the study of the well-being of societies in macroeconomic analysis. However, the Indian thinker found that well-being meters did not take into account individuals and their interests. Get PDFLa enseñanza del EFL en el departamento del Chocó es difícil, debido a la falta de colaboración por parte del gobierno para mejorar la enseñanza y el aprendizaje de este idioma. En la vereda donde se enfoca esta investigación, es mucho más difícil que la enseñanza y aprendizaje del inglés sea efectiva, debido a que este lugar es de difícil acceso, por ser una zona rural. Por lo tanto, de acuerdo a la literatura presentada por Córdoba (2018,2022), Cruz (2020), García y Reyes (2022) y Khulel (2021), donde afirma que este no es un problema aislado, pero no ha sido demasiado investigado en las zonas rurales del departamento del Chocó. Por lo tanto, esta investigación aportará conocimientos valiosos sobre esta problemática para futuras investigaciones por parte de la UTP y otros investigadores.
Para lograr este objetivo, se desarrollará una investigación cualitativa con enfoque de estudio de caso a partir de la siguiente pregunta de investigación: ¿Cómo se caracteriza el proceso de enseñanza del idioma inglés de un docente en un colegio público del Chocó? y para dar respuesta a esta pregunta se propone el siguiente objetivo de investigación: Caracterizar el proceso de enseñanza del inglés de un docente en un colegio público del ChocóThe teaching of EFL in the department of Chocó is difficult, due to the lack of collaboration on the part of the government to improve the teaching and learning of this language.
