Effect of Medium on Epigenetics in Fertilized and Cloned Embryos
The metabolic pathways that oocytes and embryos take during early development have an important effect on epigenetic events. This leads to the question of whether different cultures affect epigenetics. There are some concerns that serum-containing mediums may be correlated with poor health outcomes. Acetylation of lysine 9 on histone 3 is associated with chromatin configurations. The intensity of H3K9ac is much lower in cloned embryos (somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT)) than what is seen in normal embryos This study was aiming to compare IVF and SCNT embryos cultured in a medium containing serum and a medium without serum. The medium containing serums is a homemade synthetic oviduct fluid (SOF) with FBS medium. The medium without serum is BO-IVC and BO-IVM. This study was also focused on comparing the acetylation of lysine 9 on histone 3 epigenetic marke

An In-depth Investigation Into Factors Influencing Pedestrian Crash Severity: Comparative Analysis of Ordered Probit, Stacking Ensemble Model, And TabNet
• Pedestrian Vulnerability: In 2021, there were 7,388 pedestrian deaths in the U.S., with urban settings, intersections, and dark lighting conditions being significant contributing factors.
• Prediction Models in Research: Pedestrian safety research employs a range of statistical, machine learning, and deep learning methods to assess factors affecting crash severity. TabNet, a novel deep learning model, is being used for the first time in the analysis of pedestrian crash severit

From Classroom to Community: Fostering Engagement and Impact through Experiential Learning
Experiential learning allows students to put theoretical knowledge into practice and become active contributors to their communities and agents of positive change. In this interactive session, participants will gain a comprehensive overview of implementing experiential learning methodologies within various course settings. Participants will be presented with best practices and benefits of experiential learning including its transformative impact on student engagement and academic and community outcomes. The session will also showcase innovative strategies for integrating experiential learning into diverse academic disciplines and course formats including undergraduate, graduate, face-to-face, and asynchronous courses. Participants will gain practical insights into designing, facilitating, and assessing experiential learning activities and potential resources for carrying them out. Additionally, the session will highlight the role of reciprocal partnerships in enriching experiential learning initiatives. Participants will learn effective approaches to identify, cultivate, and sustain mutually beneficial collaborations to address real-world challenges with both campus and community organizations. Finally, participants will have the opportunity to brainstorm and share experiential learning opportunities in their own programs or courses

Unleashing Potential: Strategies for Online Learners to Conquer Procrastination and Maximize Engagement
As the landscape of education continues to evolve, the shift towards online learning has become more prevalent. While online courses offer flexibility and accessibility, it also presents unique challenges, with one of the most common hurdles being procrastination. In the absence of traditional classroom structures and weekly deadlines, students may struggle to manage their time effectively. This session aims to address the critical issue of procrastination in online learning environments and explore innovative strategies to enhance student engagement. We will delve into the development of tools and techniques that empower learners to stay on track, maintain motivation, and successfully achieve course objectives without the external motivators found in traditional classrooms
