Sousa (2003; 2017; 2019), Sakamoto (1999; 2000), etc. É, ainda, composto pela
investigação prática, mostrando a metodologia adotada e a análise de dados. A
Q3. Qual a
criatividade? Q4. Qual a importância do desenvolvimento da imaginação e criatividade?
criativo. This report looks at the investigative and also training path, as a means of
obtaining a Master's degree in Pre-School Education, which is divided into two
components, theoretical and practical. In the first chapter, all internships carried out in
the curricular unit of Supervised Teaching Practices (PES) in the context of Nurseries
and Kindergartens are presented, with their description and reflection on the paths taken.
The second chapter presents the literature review based on imagination and
creativity in childhood, addressing Vygotsky (2009;2012), Taylor (1955), Sousa (2003;
2017; 2019), Sakamoto (1999; 2000), etc. It is also composed of practical research,
showing the adopted methodology and data analysis. The methodology of the practical
investigative component is a study of a qualitative nature. Based on a previous approach
to the subject under study, the following research question was defined: What is
imagination and creativity in childhood? giving rise, in turn, to the following questions:
Q1. What types of imagination and creativity? Q2. What are the strategies for promoting
imagination and creativity? Q3. How important is the role of education professionals in
promoting imagination and creativity? Q4. What is the importance of developing
imagination and creativity? As instruments for data collection, interviews were used,
which made it possible to respond, through the perspective of three players in the field
of education, to the guiding questions initially formulated. The research results point to
the importance of promoting imagination and creativity through free activities that allow
the exploration of the world and the child's autonomy; for the implementation of strategies
for development of imagination and creativity, through the use of diversified materials;
and for the important role of education professionals in creating environments conducive
to the development of creative thinking.N/
Locomotor demands of 30-15 Intermittent Fitness Test, Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test, and VAMEVAL test and comparisons with regular locomotor demands in training sessions and matches: a study conducted in youth male soccer players
Purpose. The study aim was 2-fold: (i) characterize and compare the locomotor demands of 30-15 Intermittent Fitness
Test (30-15IFT), Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test level 1 (YYIRT), and VAMEVAL test; (ii) compare the locomotor demands
of these progressive multistage tests with those of training sessions and matches in youth soccer players.
Methods. A descriptive case study lasting 3 weeks was performed to implement the tests once and to monitor the locomotor
demands in training sessions and matches. Overall, 12 soccer players (age: 18.21 ± 0.34 years) from the same team partici pated after consideration of inclusion criteria. A Global Positioning System unit was used for each player over the training
sessions, matches, and multistage tests to monitor locomotor demands. The following outcomes were extracted: total distance;
peak speed; distances covered at 3.00–6.99 km/h (Z1), 7.00–10.99 km/h (Z2), 11.00–14.99 km/h (Z3), 15.00–18.99 km/h (Z4),
and 19.00 km/h (Z5); accelerations at 0.50 to 0.99 m/s2
and 1.00 to 1.99 m/s2
; and decelerations at –0.99 to –0.50 m/s2
and –1.99 to –1.00 m/s2
.
Results. Significant differences between progressive multistage tests were found in total distance (p = 0.028); distances
covered at Z1 (p < 0.001), Z2 (p < 0.001), Z3 (p < 0.001), Z4 (p = 0.009), and Z5 (p = 0.044); accelerations at 0.50 to 0.99 m/s2
(p < 0.001) and 1.00 to 1.99 m/s2
(p < 0.001); and decelerations at –0.99 to –0.50 m/s2
(p < 0.001) and –1.99 to –1.00 m/s2
(p < 0.001). The total distance of the 3 progressive multistage tests may vary between 39% and 49% of a middle training
session (match-day 3). However, as for intense locomotor demands at distance covered at Z4, 2 of the field-based tests ex ceeded a typical match-day 3 between 308 m (+83%) in 30-15IFT and 112 m (+30%) in YYIRT.
Conclusions. The results suggests that 30-15IFT is more demanding considering high-intensity locomotor activities, while
YYIRT and VAMEVAL are more demanding considering moderate locomotor demands. Moreover, specific adjustments in
training sessions must be conducted, especially when introducing 30-15IFT and YYIRT since they may exceed the typical
doses of distances covered at 11.00–14.99 km/h and 15.00–18.99 km/h.info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersio

Winery wastewater treatment for biomolecules recovery and water reuse purposes
Winery wastewater has a high pollutant load, but it also contains added-value molecules, such as phenolic compounds, which can be recovered. The recovery of these biomolecules has aroused great interest, providing benefits under different aspects, such as valorization of byproducts recovered from wastewater; reduction of the pollutant load of winery wastewater, facilitating its treatment and reuse in agriculture; reducing the environmental impacts of wineries; and promotion of the circular economy, due to the recovery of biomolecules and water reuse. Based on these matters, the chapter focuses on bringing relevant aspects about the generation of wastewater throughout the winemaking process, indicating the main biomolecules of commercial interest present in the wastewater, and proposing processes for the recovery of these biomolecules. In addition, the main technologies that are used in the treatment of winery wastewater are reported and discussed, envisaging the reuse of treated wastewater in agriculture.info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersio

From face-to-face to online learning: designing a pedagogical model for an higher education context
Nowadays, online and virtual platforms play a key role in contemporary society. Digital technology has become ubiquitous and indispensable to our daily routines, whereas the educational field is not an exception. Higher Education Institutions (HEI), due to the transition to emergency remote learning during CoViD-19 pandemia, had to change the way programmes were delivered. At this moment, this fact has triggered on the part of HEIs, decision-makers and the educational community in general, the need to invest in the development and redesign of Pedagogical Models, as a social responsibility of the institution, besides the legal compliance with the accreditation agencies, of courses and institutions that promote distance learning. Online learning became a methodology that was acquired and that, in some situations, prevailed on time. However, delivering online learning has its own specificities and requires certain pedagogical adaptations, to which, sometimes faculty is not aware of. According to Decree-Law 133/2019, which approves the legal system of higher education provided at a distance, certain criteria are required to be reflected in the HEIs' official documents on this teaching-learning modality. Therefore, the design and conception of a pedagogical model for online learning and distance education is crucial, since HEIs have the responsibility, regardless of the contexts, to provide quality and inclusive education. Many online programmes are available for training but HEI have a significant role in providing a formal and certified training, founded on criteria of quality, flexibility and effectiveness and based on virtual learning platforms, grounded on adapted and personalised pedagogical models. This paper aims to present the distance learning pedagogical model of a HEI which is being developed for a quality distance learning offer. An extensive literature review was carried out, which allowed to know different pedagogical models applied in diverse contexts. A comparison of the different models was made, according to a set of defined criteria that emerged from the needs diagnosed in the HEI. This resulted in a proposal for a pedagogical model, based on the following principles: quality and learning experience; ethics and academic integrity; digital inclusion and accessibility; open science and environmental sustainability; flexibility; and interaction. The model will be validated by eLearning and pedagogical experts before it can be implemented as a model in the HEI.info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersio
Association between motor competence, and the rating of perceived exertion in male young adults
The purpose of this study was two-fold: (i) to analyze the relationship between motor
competence (i.e., a person’s ability to be proficient in different gross motor skills)
and the rating of perceived exertion (RPE), which represents the physiological and
psychological responses during training, in young adults, and (ii) to compare RPE
between participants with high and low motor competence. Forty-eight male young
adults (22.01 ± 2.43 years) participated in this study. Participants were randomly divided
into several teams of three players to perform a small-sided game for 25 min (Goalkeeper
+ 2 × 2 + Goalkeeper) in which the RPE was collected. Then, motor competence
was assessed through six tests assessing three main components: stability (Jumping
Sideways and Shifting Platforms); locomotor (Standing Long Jump and Shuttle Run),
and manipulative (Velocity of Ball Kicking and Throwing). Motor competence was
negatively associated with RPE (r = −0.64; p < 0.001). Moreover, locomotor, stability,
and manipulative components were negatively associated with RPE (all, p < 0.05).
Furthermore, upon comparing groups with low and high levels of motor competence,
we observed significantly higher RPE values (p < 0.001; d = 0.32) in the low motor
competence group. The findings from this study suggest that individuals with higher
levels of motor competence may report a lower RPE during exercise. This information
is valuable for coaches as improving levels of motor competence may potentially lead to
increases in on-field performance.info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersio
as diferentes competências, é necessário implementar metodologias “how to do it”,
As Microcredenciais foram: I -
