No full textPomimo upływu lat tezy sformułowane przez Jana Amosa Komeńskiego pozostają aktualne. Rozwój nauki i podjęte prace badawcze na przestrzeni ostatniego stulecia przyniosły potwierdzenie jego założeń dotyczących edukacji językowej, zasad i metod nauczania opartych na poglądowości, aktywności i polisensoryczności. Ponadto przedstawiono szereg danych na temat znaczenia edukacji jako mechanizmu redukcji nierówności społecznych i kształtowania ładu społecznego opartego na szacunku dla wszystkich ludzi. Niniejsze opracowanie na wstępie ukazuje rozległość studiów dotyczących osoby i twórczości znamienitego Czecha. Jest zarazem formą metarefleksji, aspirującą do przedstawienia komeniologii jako nauki interdyscyplinarnej, która łączy elementy dydaktyki, teorii wychowania i etyki. Ukazano jej przedmiot, podstawowe pojęcia i metody badawcze.Despite the passage of years, the theses formulated by Jan Amor Comenius remainvalid. The development of science and the research work undertaken over the last century have confirmed the assumptions of language education, teaching principles and methods based on visibility, activity and polisensory. In addition, a number of data was presented on the importance of education as a mechanism to reduce social inequalities and shape social order based on respect for all people. At the beginning, this study shows the extent of studies on the person and work of an eminent Czech. It is also a form of metareflexion aspiring to present comeniology as an interdisciplinary science that combines elements of didactics, theory of education and ethics. Principle of evidence of John Amos Comenius as a basis for the development of pedagogical research techniques and instruments
No full textThe methodology of pedagogy belongs to the youngest group of pedagogical disciplines. The first thoughts about the basic postulates of the methodology of pedagogy were recognized long ago, even in the pedagogical paradigm of John Amos Comenius (1592-1670), who created support for the methodology of pedagogy as an integral component of pedagogical science. After the presentation of the basic concepts of the pedagogical theory of this Moravian thinker, the principle of evidence in his pedagogical theory is considered in this paper. A review was made of the influence Comenius left on his followers Jean-Jacques Rousseau (1712-1778) and Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi (1746-1827), especially from the point of view of further development of the principles of evidence in their education theories. In this paper, we have confirmed our hypothesis about the compatibility of the principle of evidence with research techniques and instruments. Proactively action by Comenius represents a turning point not only in the field of pedagogy development as a science and its disciplines, but also in the field of human development in general. Regarding that, there is a need for a new pedagogical discipline, Comeniology, which will give a new perspective to this pedagogical doctrine and will foster a critical review in relation to his pedagogical theory. According with our research subject, we have presented some of our dilemmas and questions to which the Comeniology as a new scientific discipline could give an answer, and therefore a kind of scientific contribution. Based on the previous methodological achievements, Comeniology remains committed to discovering the origins of other research techniques and methods in the pedagogical postulates of Comenius, to determine the applicability of the Comenius pedagogical principles with regard to the changes and challenges facing the contemporary teaching process, to open the issue of pedagogical psy-chological competencies of teachers for the application of the golden rule of Comenius and its other principles, to continue engagement of Comenius in the qualitative educational function of a modern school, but also to consider the influence of other factors (family environment) that may influence the choice of teaching principles and methods

Get PDFAbstract: Based on the research, the aim was to determine the attitude of students of the University of Natural Sciences and Humanities in Siedlce towards the European Union. The Implicit Association Test method was used to conduct the study. This tool is used to verify conscious and unconscious declarations. Based on the verification of open and hidden attitudes of UPH students towards the European Union, the article presents the results of the study, including the attitude of students to the European Union. The result of the research revealed significant discrepancies between declared and hidden attitudes.Streszczenie: W oparciu o przeprowadzone badania celem było określenie postawy studentów Uniwersytetu Przyrodniczo- Humanistycznego w Siedlcach wobec Unii Europejskiej. Przeprowadzając badania, posłużono się metodą Testu Utajonych Skojarzeń (Implicit Association Test). Narzędzie to służy do weryfikacji deklaracji świadomych i nieświadomych. The research problems discussed in the study are included in questions related to crime statistics in Poland and in Europe, as well as the ways and results of the work of the analyzed formation in combating these two threats. The following research methods were used in the work: analysis and synthesis, which allowed for proper interpretation of the existing qualitative and quantitative data as well as induction and de-education, which allowed to find answers to the research questions considered in the work. The nature of research into the effectiveness of combating organized crime also requires consideration of statistical data.Streszczenie: Celem przedmiotowej pracy jest analiza sposobów i efektywności wiodącej w Polsce instytucji w zakresie zwalczania przestępczości zorganizowanej i terroryzmu – Agencji Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego. Problemy badawcze poruszane w opracowaniu zawierają się w pytaniach dotyczących statystyk w zakresie przestępczości w Polsce i w Europie oraz sposobów i wyników pracy analizowanej formacji w zakresie zwalczania obu tych zagrożeń. Wybrane aspekty wolności wypowiedzi w kontekście praw mniejszości narodowych
Get PDFFreedom of expression is a prerequisite for the full development of the individual and the cornerstone of every free and democratic society. Freedom of expression and opinion constitutes the basis for the full enjoyment of other human rights. For example,freedom of expression is an integral part of the right to freedom of association and assembly, as well as the right to vote. For representatives of national minorities, if they use it in their native language, it has an additional dimension, being a manifestation of their identity.
According to international standards, the protection of freedom of expression in an integrated and respecting diversity society assumes the adoption of both, nondiscrimination guarantees regarding language or national origin, as well as special measures that facilitate such access, to secure full exercise of access to the media. Such measures have a dual purpose: to facilitate access to media for representatives of national minorities and to promote tolerance and cultural pluralism. This article explores different aspects of the freedom of expression of representatives of national minorities, namely: establishment and maintenance of national minority media and the use of national minority languages in the public and private sphere. This last issue is particularly important in terms of distinguishing between what is public and what is private. In the context of the use of minority languages, state authorities also in some cases unreasonably extend restrictions to the private sphere.

dotyczących zakazu niedyskryminacji ze względu na język czy pochodzenie narodowe, jak również, w celu zabezpieczenia pełniej i rzeczywistej realizacji dostępu do środków przekazu, podjęcie przez władze środków specjalnych ułatwiających taki dostęp. Środki takie mają podwójny cel:ułatwienie dostępu do mediów przedstawicieli mniejszości narodowych oraz promocję tolerancji i pluralizmu kulturowego. Artykuł omawia niektóre aspekty wolności wypowiedzi przedstawicieli mniejszości narodowych, takich jak posiadanie i utrzymywanie mediów mniejszości narodowych oraz używanie języków mniejszości narodowych w sferze publicznej i prywatnej.
