Klasyczna definicja państwa wskazuje na istnienie trzech elementów – ludności, terytorium oraz najwyższej, władzy suwerennej – żeby mówić o istnieniu państwa. Autor wskazuje, że akt 5 listopada nie tworzył jeszcze nowego państwa, zawierał jedynie zapowiedź jego utworzenia. W wyniku jego postanowień powołano w 1917 roku najwyższą władzę państwową w Królestwie Polskim – Radę Regencyjną, która stała się w pełni suwerenną władzą dopiero w 1918 roku. Królestwo Polskie było dziedziczną, konstytucyjną monarchią.In this article Author discusses problem of legal character of Kingdom of Poland, created as a result of promises given by emperors of Germany and Austria, announced in a proclamation from 5th November 1916, and presents system of this political organism. Classical definition of a „state” says, that it must have three essential elements: population, territory and supreme, sovereign authority. The Author pointed out, that proclamation from 5th November didn’t create a new state, but announced this future foundations. For example: as a result of this proclamation, in 1917 supreme authority of the Kingdom of Poland – Regent’s Council, has been appointed, which became a fully independent as a political body barely in 1918. The methods and forms of child trafficking are described, some of them are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the commercial sexual exploitation of children and the production of child pornography. The ways of getting to the tenets for traders are indicated. The main way to involve children in human trafficking is to offer attractive conditions. The main reasons for the latency of this crime are named. There were highlighted the legislative
changes by which the Verkhovna Rada has brought punishment for human trafficking, including children into line with international standards.
Artykuł poświęcony jest problemom związanym z handlem dziećmi. Wyjaśniono w nim międzynarodowe i ukraińskie normy, chroniące bezpośrednio dzieci przed przestępczym procederem handlu ludźmi. Wyjaśniono istotę tej formy współczesnego niewolnictwa. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na komercyjną seksualną eksploatację dzieci i wytwarzanie materiałów pornograficznych z ich udziałem. Wskazano okoliczności trafiania ofiar do przestępczego systemu.Статья посвящена проблемам связанным с торговлей детьми. Выяснены международные и национальные нормы, защищающие непосредственно детей от преступной торговли. Освещены способы и формы торговли детьми, проанализированы некоторые из них. Особое внимание посвящено коммерческой сексуальной эксплуатации детей и изготовление детской порнографии. Указаны пути попадания в сети торговцам. Основной способ вовлечения детей в торговлю людьми –это предложение привлекательных условий. Названы основные причины латентности этого преступления. Освещены изменения в законодательстве, которыми Верховная Рада привела в соответствии с международными стандартами наказание за торговлю людьми, в том числе и детьми

Fundamentalnym celem badań jest określenie poziomu dojrzałości parcjalnych (funkcjonalnych) stanowiących o strategicznej zdolności badanych przedsiębiorstw. Osiągnięcie celu głównego wymagało sformułowania i zrealizowania celów cząstkowych, którymi nakreślono: nominowanie dezyderatów determinujących dojrzałość strategiczną (kwerenda literatury), skompilowanie modelu badawczego w postaci arkusza oceny (eksploracja piśmiennictwa oraz badanie eksperckie) oraz rozpoznanie poziomu dojrzałości strategicznej wśród producentów sektora maszyn rolniczych (walidacja modelu teoretycznego). Rozważania zawarte w pracy są umiejscowione w naukach społecznych, a dokładniej – w obszarze nauk o zarządzaniu i jakości.The subject of the research of this elaboration are strategic maturity desiderata of the corporate capability of manufacturing enterprises operating in the agricultural machinery sector. The vital goal of this study is to determine the level of partial (functional) maturities constituting the strategic capability of the investigated enterprises. Achieving the main objective required the formulation and implementation of partial goals, which were applied to outline: nomination of desiderata determining strategic maturity (literature query), compilation of the research model in the form of an assessment sheet (literature exploration and expert research) and recognition of the level of strategic maturity among manufacturers of the agricultural machinery sector (theoretical model validation). Niedostateczne zarządzanie ryzykiem biznesowym często prowadzi do utraty konkurencyjności w wyniku porażki biznesowej, a przeciwieństwie do sytuacji, gdy ryzyko jest skutecznie zarządzane - wpływa na poprawę trwałości biznesu. Celem badań było wskazanie wiodących koncepcji i trendów w studiach dotyczących problematyki podejmowania ryzyka (risk-taking) w obszarze zarządzania przy wykorzystaniu analizy sieci współwystępowania słów kluczowych. Do mapowania wiedzy w tym zakresie wykorzystano metodę analizy bibliometrycznej. Przeanalizowano 2912 rekordów z bazy danych Scopus odnoszących się do problematyki podejmowania ryzyka w badaniach z zakresu zarządzania z wykorzystaniem oprogramowania VOSviewer. W szczególności przeprowadzono analizę sieci oraz współwystępowania słów kluczowych w celu wizualizacji danych, tematów i trendów badawczych w zakresie podejmowania ryzyka w kontekście zarządzania.Risk-taking is a pivotal feature of entrepreneurship and business development. Poor management of business risk often leads to the loss of competitiveness with the consequence of business failure, and in contrast, it improves business sustainability when risks are managed effectively. The aimof thisresearch is to identify leading concepts and trends in research on risk-taking in organizationalmanagement researchby network analysis of keywords co-occurrence. Mapping knowledge domain was used as a useful method in bibliometrics. We analyzed 2912 records from Scopus database to risk-taking in organizational management research with the help of VOSviewer software tool. In particular, keywords co-occurrence analysis to visually explore knowledge bases, topic distribution, research fronts and research trends in the field of risk-taking research in a management context were adopted

Zaprezentowano rezultaty badań w ramach pierwszej fazy oceny cyklu życia metalizowanych tkanin, nazywanych także inteligentnymi tkaninami. Kontekst dla analizy stanowi nowy projekt pt.: „Metalizacja tekstyliów w celu uczynienia życia miejskiego osób starszych bardziej niezależnym i stylowym – MATUROLIFE”, realizowany w ramach programu HORYZONT 2020: „Zaawansowane materiały i innowacyjne projektowanie dla poprawy funkcjonalności i estetyki dóbr konsumpcyjnych o wysokiej wartości dodanej". W artykule przedstawiono najważniejsze założenia do oceny skutków środowiskowych związanych z metalizacją różnorodnych tekstyliów, w tym przede wszystkim bezprądowego powlekania miedzią, poprzez obliczenie zapotrzebowania na materiały i energię, oraz z uwzględnieniem emisji do powietrza, wody i gleby oraz poprzez ocenę ich wpływu na środowisko. In the article results are presented of the first phase of the life cycle assessment of metallised textiles and the context for the analysis is a new project: „Metallisation of Textiles to make Urban living for Older people more Independent & Fashionable – MATUROLIFE”, implemented under the HORIZON 2020 Programme – “Advanced materials & innovative design for improved functionality & aesthetics in high added value consumer goods”.The article presents the most important assumptions for assessing the environmental effects associated with the metallization of various textiles, including primarily electroless copper coating, by calculating the demand for materials and energy, and taking into account emissions to air, water and soil, and by assessing their impact on the environment. Analyzing the situation in individual countries such as Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, answers were sought, to what extent migrations determine the shaping of the security of these countries. The work presents the perception of the security concept by these states, through the prism of the security strategy of each of them. Attention was also focused on international organizations that make up the European security system. Migration has been presented which changed the face of Europe in the past and presents current migration trends. The potential threats resulting from migration and methods of counteracting them have been specified and characterized. The work also includes the assumptions of migration and integration policies. Differences in achievements in learning English as a foreign language between the deaf/hard of hearing and hearing high school students in Serbia
Get PDFThis papers presents the results of research that was aimed at testing the performance of deaf and hard of hearing (D/HOH) high school students in learning English as a foreign language (EFL). The research examined the correlation between the age (number of years of learning EFL), the degree of hearing loss, the sex and the school success in the Serbian language with the achievements of the D/HOH students in solving an English Placement test. The differences in achievements between D/HOH students and those with a normal hearing status were also compared and analyzed. The results of the research indicate that although the D/HOH students achieve poorer results in learning English compared to students with a normal hearing status, they can be successful in learning English as a foreign language. The D/HOH students have some difficulties in learning English vocabulary and grammar. They need more time to successfully master a foreign language, so it is necessary to take into account the specificities of this category of EFL students and to adapt teaching methods and resources to suit their need
