Автор останавливается на трёх аспектах заявленной проблемы: 1) место комениологии в системе гуманитарных наук в ХХ веке, 2) две существующие сегодня концепции комениологии как науки, 3) проблемы и парадоксы комениологии в отдельных европейских странах (Германия, Чехия, Польша, Россия и Украина), связанные с отношением Я.А. Коменского к этим странам и с самой комениологией как интердисциплинарной наукой.The article discusses Comenius Studies (comeniology) as a special research area that shaped in Europe in the twentieth century. The author dwells on three aspects of the stated problem: 1) the place of Comenius Studies among the humanities in the twentieth century; 2) two existing concepts of comeniology; 3) problems and paradoxes of Comenius Studies in selected European countries (Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Russia, and Ukraine), which related to the attitude of Comenius to these countries and to Comenius Studies itself as an interdisciplinary area
Educational reality in Comenius' views: the content aspect of comeniology
No full textThe text proposes an approach to comeniology in the subjective perspective focusing on the content dimension of the research process. The considerations were based on the approach to science presented in Polish literature as a system of theorems about reality developed in the course of research. Comenius' work is considered from the perspective of the description of educational reality contained in it, which is composed of his concept of education. The intention was to present truths about the world, man and relations between them, objectively recognized by the author. The views on the concept of man, teacher and upbringing were reconstructed. A description of the educational reality outlined by the author was presented, taking into account the three elements constituting it - the concept of man, upbringing and teacher. The intention was only to mention the most relevant content, because an exhaustive discussion goes beyond the scope of the article

No full textPrzemiany zachodzące w sektorze handlowym powodują, że współczesny rynek produktów żywnościowych charakteryzuje się dużą zmiennością i nieprzewidywalnością. Znajomość i zrozumienie czynników kształtujących wybór produktów i miejsc ich zakupu przez nabywców jest ważnym elementem kreowania strategii konkurencyjnej podmiotów działających na danym rynku W Polsce obserwowany jest rozwój sieci dyskontowych. Do niedawna polskich nabywców zachęcały do sklepów dyskontowych prze-de wszystkim niskie ceny, jednak z czasem rosnące wymagania klientów tych sklepów stały się głównym czynnikiem rozwoju nowych modeli sprzedaży w dyskontach. Rozpoczęły one proces zmian koncepcji swoich formatów poprzez ulepszenie oferty towarów pod względem jakości.
Celem pracy była ocena wpływu wybranych cech jakościowych produktów żywnościowych na decyzje nabywców związane z wyborem sklepów dyskontowych jako miejsca zakupu. Część badawczą opracowano na podstawie badań sondażowych, które zostały przeprowadzone w 2016 roku na grupie 358 młodych nabywców produktów mleczarskich, przy wykorzystaniu metody doboru celowego. W zbieraniu danych wykorzystano metodę CAWI wspomaganą metodą PAPI. W analizach statystycznych opisujących zachowania badanych nabywców zastosowano analizę czynnikową, a do modelowania decyzji konsumentów w zakresie wyboru miejsca zakupu (tj. sklepu dyskontowego) wykorzystano model probitowy. W przeprowadzonych badaniach potwierdzono kluczowe znaczenie cech jakościowych przy podejmowaniu decyzji zakupowych młodych nabywców produktów mleczarskich. Po przeanalizowaniu wpływu czynników jakościowych na wybór sklepu dyskontowego jako miejsca zakupu produktów mleczarskich stwierdzono, że najsilniejszy wpływ na decyzje młodych konsumentów miały cechy sensoryczne oraz zdrowotność produktów.Changes in the commercial sector cause that the present-day market of food products is characterized by high volatility and unpredictability. An important element of creating a competitive strategy for entities operating on a given market is to know and understand the factors that shape buyers’ choices of products and purchase places. In Poland the development of discount chains was reported. Until recently, for the most part, low prices in the discount stores encouraged Polish buyers to purchase in those stores, however over time the growing requirements of discount customers became a key factor in the development of new sales models in the discount stores. They started a process of changing the concepts of their standards through improving the offer of products with regard to the quality. The objective of the paper was to assess the effect of some selected quality factors of food products on the buyer decisions related to selecting discount stores as a place of purchase. The research part was de-veloped on the basis of surveys carried out in 2016 on a group of 358 buyers of dairy products using a targeted selection method. A CAWI method supported by a PAPI method was used to collect data. In the statistical analyses describing behaviours of the purchasers surveyed, a factor analysis was used and a probit model was applied to model consumer decisions on selecting the place of purchase (i.e. the dis-count store). The conducted research confirmed that the quality features were of crucial importance for the young buyers of dairy products while making their purchasing decisions. On the basis of the analysis of the effect of qualitative factors on the selection of the discount store as a place to purchase dairy products, it was found that sensory factors and the healthfulness of the products had the strongest stimulating effect on the consumer decision

Celem przedstawionych badań było opisanie i wstępna diagnoza respondentów na płaszczyźnie ich kompetencji kreatywnych. W niniejszym rozdziale przedstawiono wyniki badań pilotażowych realizowanych na grupach studentów kończących I i II stopień studiów stacjonarnych.
Analizie poddane zostały takie elementy, jak postawa, wiedza i umiejętności w zakresie kreatywności. Analiza wyników wskazuje na potrzebę kształtowania kompetencji kreatywnych w procesie edukacyjnym oraz budowanie świadomości potencjalnych menedżerów w sferze wzmacniania i wspierania kreatywności własnej oraz zespołów. dynamic social and economic changes as well as the growing demand for education that
moulds good and versatile employees. With that, it clearly vital to develop their cooperation
and team working skills, since the contemporary creativity is a feature of both employees
and an important element of team work. The aim of the chapter is to describe and present
a preliminary diagnose of the respondents' creative competences. This chapter introduces the
outcome of pilot research carried out on groups of students graduating from the 1st and 2nd
degree full-time studies. The procedure reviewed elements such as attitude, knowledge
and skills from the creativity perspective. The scrutinised effect indicates the need to shape
creative competences in the educational process and build awareness of potential managers
in strengthening and supporting the creativity of their own and their teams. The author
emphasises the importance of creativity as a competence that links building cooperation and
knowledge sharing

Dla przedstawienia ścieżki dowodowej podjęto działania empi-ryczne w oparciu o metodę case study, w której wykorzystano badanie ankietowe, obserwacje i wywiady. Eksplorację danych zrealizowano w oparciu ometody analizy statystycznej, m.in. analizy czynnikowej i regresji. Na podstawie analizy ustalono, że dzielenie się wiedzą po-średniczy w relacji współdziałania zjakościową miarą synergii (satysfakcji wspólnego dzia-łania) w pracy zespołowej, rozpoczynając tym samym proces budowania jakości działania i zespołowego uczenia się w organizacji.In learning organisations, the support of action efficiency is the pursuit of new quality of knowledge that, as a result of creative and entrepreneurial action, enables both the innovative development of organisation and its each individual. Thus, on one hand, teamwork in this context, is the foundation, which gives the possibility to embody many potentials but also is the source for the emergence of an exceptional strength in a team. This is the phenomenon of synergy, the effect of team work, which accelerates and develops the team's ability to act better together. The source of creating activity in an organisation is generating and spreading knowledge through cooperation. The process of team learning in an organisationis initiated with the right quality of relations and structuring team work, that as result create conditions for synergies, along with the strengthened openness of cooperating people to share their knowledge with each other. This process is important for the implementation of ongoing tasks, as well as setting new directions of activities and shaping the future of the entire organisation. Bearing in mind the significance of the aspects, the purpose of the article is to indicate the intermediary role of knowledge sharing in the relationship between cooperation and a qualitative measure of synergy in teamwork. To presentthe evidence path, the empirical procedure involved the case study method using survey, observations and interviews. Data mining included statistical analysis methods i.e. factor and regression analysis. Get PDFThe United Nations can be a proof of the integration capacity of humanity but at the same time a mirror of vertical and horizontal problems. It is a sensitive organization for the global collective security system, which is often subject to criticism. It results from the critics' failure to fulfill their universal destiny, especially in the existential issue of security. The reasons for the alleged UN indolence should be seen in the structural and functional aspects of its organization and procedure. An important issue implicating a certain UN condition is a kind of dualism of provenance of the organization's destiny, based on one hand on responsibility for the fate of the world, on the other hand the tendency to influence its fate by the main states of the so-called "five" of the UN Security Council. In the context of the above observations, the specifics of the presence of the Russian Federation as one of the playmakers will be analyzed.Organizacja Narodów Zjednoczonych może być dowodem zdolności integracyjnych ludzkości, lecz jednocześnie zwierciadłem wertykalnych i horyzontalnych bolączek. Jest organizacją newralgiczną dla światowego systemu bezpieczeństwa zbiorowego, która wielokrotnie w swojej historii podlegała krytyce. Wynika ona z podejmowanego przez jej krytyków niewywiązywania się ze swego uniwersalnego przeznaczenia, szczególnie w kwestii tak egzystencjalnej jaką jest bezpieczeństwo. Przyczyn domniemanej indolencji ONZ należy upatrywać w strukturalnych i funkcjonalnych aspektach jej organizacji oraz procedowania. Ważnym zagadnieniem implikującym określoną kondycję i wizerunek ONZ jest swoisty dualizm proweniencji przeznaczenia tej organizacji. Zasadzający się bowiem, z jednej strony na odpowiedzialności za losy świata, z drugiej strony na tendencjach do wpływania na jego losy przez główne państwa tzw. "piątki" Rady Bezpieczeństwa ONZ. W kontekście powyższych spostrzeżeń dokonana zostanie analiza znaczenia tego gremium w polityce zagranicznej Federacji Rosyjskiej
