Efficiency analysis of courts of appeal in Poland as an element of the value creation of the organization
No full textThe article presents the situation of courts of appeal in Poland with reference to the need to find solutions in the areas of efficiency, which was identified as a crucial from the point of view of creating value to the organization. The purpose of the article was the analysis of the efficiency with special attention to indicators of impact control, indicators of settling and indicators of the residue. For the indication of relationship between indicators and their importance for creating value in the common judiciary methods were used, such as: Ward's method – one of the agglomeration methods of hierarchical clustering of objects and the method of non-hierarchical k-means, where a set of objects is divided into k groups (clusters), and the number of groups is determined and priori. As a distance measure Euclidean distance was adopted. The whole was completed with conclusions
Analiza statyczna i wytrzymałościowa konstrukcji wykonanej z profili aluminiowych w systemie standard 4,5mm
No full textThe aim of this study was to examine the effort of the object, made of the system standard 4,5MM aluminum profiles, subjected to loads caused by weather conditions, in particular wind.As part of the work the measurements, strength tests and subsequent analysis of the data have been made using a computer program - Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional.The computation model, which was loaded by automatically generated wind load, was created in the above mentioned program. Calculation results were compared to the results of laboratory tests, due to determine the level of effort of bearing and filling elements.Finally, the answer, if structure may be usability and which weather conditions it is safe, was obtained.Promotor - Dawid MrozekCelem niniejszej pracy było sprawdzenie wytężenia obiektu wykonanego z profili aluminiowych systemu standard 4,5MM poddanego obciążeniom atmosferycznym w szczególności wiatru.W ramach pracy dokonane zostały pomiary, testy wytrzymałościowe oraz późniejsza analiza zebranych danych w programie komputerowym Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional.Został stworzony model obliczeniowy w ww. programie, na który zostało nałożone obciążenie wygenerowane w sposób automatyczny. Rezultaty obliczeniowe porównano z wynikami badań laboratoryjnych w celu ustalenia poziomu wytężenia elementów nośnych i wypełniających.W efekcie końcowym uzyskano odpowiedź, czy konstrukcja może być użytkowana i w jakich warunkach atmosferycznych jest to bezpieczne.Promotor projektu inżynierskiego - Dawid MROZE

On lattices of closed subgroups in the group of infinite triangular matrices over a field
No full textWe investigate a special type of closed subgroups of the topological group UT(∞, K) of infinite-dimensional unitriangular matrices over a field K (|K| > 2), considered with the natural inverse limit topology. Namely, we generalize the concept of partition subgroups introduced in [23] and define partition subgroups in UT(∞,K). We show that they are all closed and discuss the problem of their invariancy to various group homomorphisms. We prove that a characteristic subgroup of UT(∞,K) is necessarily a partition subgroup and characterize the lattices of characteristic and fully characteristic subgroups in UT(∞, K). We conclude with some implications of the given characterization on verbal structure of UT(∞, K) and T(∞, K) and use some topological properties to discuss the problem of the width of verbal subgroups in groups defined over a finite field K

No full textStudiując zalecenia międzynarodowych norm projektowych oraz norm krajów, w których występują obfi te opady śniegu, można wyróżnić dwa modele obliczeniowe określające obciążenie dachu śniegiem: stosowany w większości norm i opracowań model multiplikatywny, w którym wynikiem jest iloczyn obciążenia śniegiem gruntu i współczynników korygujących, oraz będący podstawą normy [1] mieszany model addytywnomultiplikatywny, który jest sumą kilku składowych obciążenia śniegiem. Formułując niniejsze opracowanie, porównano trzy normy projektowe: polską normę projektową [2], europejską normę projektową [3] wraz z załącznikiem polskim oraz amerykańską normę projektową [4]
