Perancangan Perangkat Lunak Red Eye Reduction dengan Teknik Intensity Color Checking
The images either with a regular camera or digital camera when taken with a high luminance of the people, often times produce red spots on the term pupils with red eye. This is certainly cause the photo to be no good outcome. With one particular software that serves as an image processing can easily remove red eye is by using a tool called red eye reduction. So with the program is the result of photos with a digital camera can be edited to remove red eye effect before printing. Red eye reduction algorithm checking color intensity in the process of replacing the image pixels in red and then replace it with a greyish black color according to the intensity of the resulting process. Programs that can reduce red eye with color intensity algorithm processing by checking certain selected region. The results of the image can then be printed or stored back in bitmap format

The process of recording and calculation of salaries adopted by the company is still manual payroll process often resulting in late, but it is also a possibility of error in the calculation of salary. This study aims to develop a system of payroll information on PT. ABS Labelindo which include payroll processing and preparation of reports. Tools used to perform the analysis and design is a data flow diagram (DFD). Meanwhile, the programming languages used to design the system is Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 applications using Microsoft Access 2010 as the database engine and application Crystal Report 8.5 as a design report. Nowadays, there is high competition that makes PT. Cahaya Prima Lestari Abadi needs an information system of web-based product catalog that can support and improved the performance of marketing system and product ordering system. The aim of this research is to design a system that it can reduce the risk of errors in delivering the information of the product to the customers and also for employee to process the customers’ orders. The methods of this research are divided into two methods, they are direct survey methods and library research methods. The direct survey methods are by obtaining the information, directly observes to the company and do investigations. In addition to the methods, there is library research methods are by getting the resources from books, journals, and the others those can support this research. The result of this research conducted in the form of the design web-based information system that is described using usecase and class diagrams. There are also design and an implementation from the system. The conclusion the research is the information system of web-based product catalog has been designed that have many advantages, that can support the performances of company. elements in the company post or academic institutions ,
because knowledge sharing is the required application to
fasilitate the note of knowledge and to motivate the
effectivity in sharing with associates. By the knowledge
sharing will accelarate the knowledge transfer and share
knowledge moving. The application of knowledge sharing
with the Web basic system is hoped to be a solution of the
organization demand. STMIK IBBI is one of the
educational institutes that is based on IT in Medan, North
Sumatera, that has not applied the knowledge management
especially the knowledge sharing among the lecturers. By
there is no policy and the culture among the lectures to
carry out the knowledge management (knowledge sharing)
basing on Web, causes the difficulty of knowledge sharing
among them. Both among lectures and among students,
moreover in the long run, it will not be good when it
creates possibities the loose the knowledge itself. The
lecturers will face the problem to convey the lecture among
the different classes to the same subject. From that matter,
writer try to design the knowledge share plan using UML.

Scope of the research is focused on how to achieve optimal quality Jabon tree by using an expert system . method used is the method of Backward Chaining , in order to deliver results quickly , precisely and accurately . Applications created using Visual Basic 6.0 . The result is an application that can communicate in both directions with a system that is user to find solutions achieving optimal quality . To achieve optimal quality , tree Jabon required specific facts , ie the parameters that correspond to the reality , such as climate parameters ( temperature , precipitation , humidity ) . While climate parameters are difficult to predict at this time . Hopefully this research can be used as a benchmark for quality produce optimal quality
