No full textThe study was based on the premise that business strategies by performing quality service company is one important thing to be able to satisfy the customer. In order to obtain the optimal results it is necessary to sound customer-oriented company that enterprise customer needs are met. The existence of a positive assessment of the company\u27s customers will make the customer remain a loyal customer. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the quality of service delivery adopted by the PT. JNE has been going well and tepat.Adapun sampling methods used by the author is using purposive sampling method with a total sample of 30 respondents. Results of tests carried out showed that the variables most satisfying customers is the variable responsiveness and assurance that they have a default value of 3.81. Then a row followed by empathy variable that has a value of 3.57 and a reliability standard in third position which has a default value of 3.55 while the last position occupied by the tangibles variable has a default value of 3.47 which describes the response of customers satisfied

The problem also experienced by Sinar Jaya Iron Shop that specializes in the sale.To overcome these problems, the authors designed a control system sales and purchases that have been computerized, where the system using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and uses Microsoft Access 2003 database and Seagate Crystal Report 8.5 for report generation and run on Microsoft Windows 98 operating system or a higher version of Windows. With this system, manually inputted data will be processed by the database management system better.With the computerized system, the Sinar Jaya Iron Stores will gain some convenience gained from the system include minimizing the error in terms of inventory control, sales and purchase transactions. Lately, there are findings related to skin diseases, in which there are different types of bacteria and viruses that infect humans such as skin from unhealthy environmental factors, changes in climate or temperature, even from direct contact with the host or the parent virus. Skin disease that affects humans is rapidly spreading due to lack of information and knowledge about treatment.
Therefore, the authors make the research of expert system for diagnosis of skin diseases so patients can learn and understand the different types of skin diseases suffered

Hence, eventhough the employees have the same position but they work with different length of time, the salaries will be different as well.
