No full textInformation Retrieval System is used to recover information - information that is relevant to the needs of the users of an automated information collection. One thing to remember is that the processed information contained in a document that is textual. Users of information retrieval system varies with information requirements. However, the problem is how to obtain technical information , term indexing techniques, document weighting techniques and how to choose the most relevant documents in accordance with the given query. The purpose of this study was to determine the weights of the index and a file that is needed in the process of indexing , searching and specify the file that corresponds to a given query and design a file search application with savoy method . The method used is the Waterfall method. Described in this study are based on index terms indexing. Document weighting is performed to determine the appropriate level of relevance of a document given a query and will be done in the frequency and savoy formula. Then, the document that has been indexed will be determined its weight, to get the information ( documents ) required boolean technique of ranking

No full textConfidentiality of data is a very important thing . It aims to prevent the data can not be read and used by unauthorized people and people who are not interested , such as data theft or receiving erroneous data due to shipper error . To overcome the problem of the developed technique known as cryptographic security . The reasons that drive interest to conduct this research . There are many types of cryptographic algorithms and is generally categorized into two groups: block ciphers and stream ciphers . This research will be conducted comparing two cryptographic algorithms , namely Sapphire II and RC4 . In principle, the algorithms are different but still belong to the stream cipher . To the researchers examined the performance of both methods in terms of avalanche effects and the computational time required to encrypt and decrypt a file . The key used by the RC4 algorithm and Sapphire II is of 256 bits . The software is designed based under windows using Visual Basic programming language . The software is designed to encrypt binary files ( * . * ) Because the file is done reading mode binary files include text , audio , image , and video . Comparisons are made in terms of the speed of encryption / decryption process , Avalanche Effects , and character distribution ( distribution of bytes )

Game software development game preparation on water pipes and garden done using SDLC method that starts with the planning , analysis , design , and implementation .The purpose of this study is to produce a software game Water and Garden . The first process of water and garden games are generating the solution of the game so that the system can determine the type of pipe for each box on the next process . By knowing the flow path of water from upper left to lower right in the box , the system can generate all types of pipes on each box . After generating a solution path , then the system will generate the type of pipe for each box . The software will display the show to play the game Water and Garden

Model the data analysis used by doubled linear analysis regresi.Sampel use the method of stratified random sampling, where beforehand clasification of a population into population sub pursuant to certain characteristic from population element. Probability sampling, that is technique of intake sampel giving same opportunity for every element population to be selected to to become the member sampel. The results of this research indicate that, motivation and training variable altogether have an influence on performance; motivation variable has a greater influence on performance rather than training variable; motivation is very important to be noticed by the company because the good training at the company can influence the employees to increase their performance; training at this company still can not fully influence the performance of the employees. This indicates that performance is not yet concerned by the company management

However, there are still many who use dial-up private from the center to the branch. This system is more cost very much per connection. The purpose of this research is to design a network that is economical in terms of cost of connections and ensure the security of data exchange between central and branch. The method chosen and carried out to analyze the need and the system is running (bandwidth, cost center and branch connections), IPSec designing, configuring site-to-site VPN. Surely not just the cost savings experienced connection, the data transaction security facility would also be obtained with a VPN (Virtual Private Network) is designed and propose
