    Cleo Blackburn (on left) presents one of two medals to Larry Highbaugh, Washington's sensational sprinter, during Flanner House's annual track and field meet held at CYO Field. Highbaugh, voted the city's top athlete, broke the meet record in the 100 and the 220. He holds the state record in the 220 with a :20.5 clocking.
