Safety and health during part-time work among students
No full text120006342806application/pdf健康管理という観点から学生アルバイト職場の労働安全衛生について調査した。調査は無記名の質問紙で、アルバイト就労状況、経済的な背景、アルバイト職場でのトラブル経験、アルバイトと学業や睡眠、労働法規の認知度、相談先についての質問とした。多くの学生がアルバイトに従事していた。様々なトラブルを多くの学生が経験しており、アルバイトをする限り何らかのトラブルに遭遇する可能性が高いということが示された。そのため、身体的、あるいは精神的にストレスがかかっていたり、睡眠不足となるなど労働安全衛生上の問題があった。しかし、経済的理由で辞めることができないとする学生が多かった。大学で可能な対策もあるが、大学のみでは学生のアルバイト職場での労働安全衛生環境を整えることはできない。学費・奨学金制度のほか、非正規雇用の拡大など、学生に大きな負担をかけている制度や社会の見直しが必要である。We conducted a survey of occupational safety and health at part time job among students of Nayoro City University in 2015.
Among respondent students,73% had experience working part-time since admission to university. A sizable percentage of students have experienced a variety of psychological harassments and troubles at work. As a consequence, these students have suffered mental physical stress, and sustained sleep deprivation. Nevertheless, they indicated that it was impossible to quit their jobs because difficulties covering their tuition fees and living expenses.
This survey revealed that safety and health at part-time jobs is a significant issue in the healthcare of university students. Health service centers in universities are not able to resolve these issues alone. Japanese social systems and practices that place excessive strain on university students, such as expensive academic fees, heavy student loans and an growing irregular employment system, need to be reconsidered and strategies for improvement discussed by those in positions to implement change.departmental bulletin pape

No full text120006342822application/pdf本件は、平成 19 年 12 月 7 日に愛知県の東海道本線で認知症高齢者の男性(当時 91 歳、 要介護４)が徘徊中に駅構内に立ち入り、列車に衝突して死亡したことによる列車 20 本の 遅延による損害額約 720 万円を、ＪＲ東海が家族に請求した事案である。最高裁第三小法 廷平成 28 年 3 月 1 日判決は、原判決（名古屋高裁平成 26 年 4 月 24 判決）を破棄自判とす る逆転判決として、妻および長男にも民法 714 条の法定監督義務者該当性を明確に否定し た。認知症介護の実態を重くみた最高裁判決として、多くのマスコミ報道で高く評価され ている。家族であるだけでは監督義務者に当たらず、監督義務者に準ずる者も総合的な判 断基準を採用したことで評価できるが、認知症で責任無能力者の行為の賠償責任の主体が 客観的に定まらず、多様な被害者の状況に応じた損害賠償のあり方および損害保険のニー ズの拡大といった社会全体で議論する必要性が迫られているといえる。departmental bulletin pape

No full text120006342809application/pdf13世紀も後半になると神学者たちは、強まりゆく理性主義に対して、学問としての神学の確実性を示さなければならなくなった。そこで彼らの多くが採った理論は知性認識の根底においては神が働いているとする証明説であった。だがそうなると、知性認識に形象は不要ということになり、また知性は個々の事物を直接的に把握できるとする直観説になる。その結果、次第に神学は、個物のみが存在するとする唯名論に傾くことになった。だが現実の人間に認識できるのは感覚できる個物だけだから、神についてはいかなる知識も不可能ということになる。その結果、ただ信仰のみが主張されるようになり、宗教改革と教会分裂の悲劇を招くことになった。
1章ではトマスが採用した抽象説とそれが秘める困難について説明される。
2章ではヘンリクスの折衷説とそれがもたらす困難について説明される。
3章では個物こそ事物の完成であると説いたスコトゥスの学説が説明される。
4章ではスコトゥスを否定したオッカムの唯名論により神学が不可能になったことが説明される。
5章ではオッカムがもたらした敬虔主義とその破局である宗教改革そして懐疑思想の復活が説明される。In the late 13th century, facing the rise of rationalism, many theologians had to prove the certainty of theology. Consequently, they adopted the theory of divine illumination, which claims the intervention of God in human intellectual cognition. In such case, however, cognitive species come to be needless, and all theology leaned inevitably towards nominalism which admits the existence of only individual things. But human beings can only recognize things that can be sensed, so we can’t acquire any knowledge about God. As a result, people relied only upon belief, which led consequently to the Reformation and the tragedy of schism.

3rd chapter : The theory of john Duns Scotus, who taught that individual things were ultimate perfection.

Multi-layer support for foster parents in S City—from an interview survey to “nurture foster parents”
No full text120006342817application/pdf要保護児童の里親委託には、適切な家庭生活のありようを学び、自己肯定感を育むこと などの効果が期待され、委託が促進されている。しかし一方で、要保護児童の中に障がい のある児童や被虐待児が増加し、その抱える問題が複雑になっていることから、里親には より専門的な知識が必要である。また、養育に不安を抱えている里親もおり、今後、里親 に対する支援体制が重要な役割を担うと考えられる。以上のような問題意識から、里親委 託を積極的に推進している S 市において、登録数の 8 割を占める養育里親を対象としてイ ンタビュー調査を行い、里親への支援体制について取り組みの現状と課題を探り、効果的 な支援策について考察した。その結果、里親には重層的な支援が必要であることが分かっ た。里親のニーズを研修内容に組み込み、里親の意見が反映される環境を整え、相談でき る窓口を複数設けるなどして幅広いサポートをすることが必要である。departmental bulletin pape
