Tentative theory of learning support for students with developmental disorders －A social worker's perspective－
Get PDF40022242757application/pdf【要旨】本稿では，近年増加する発達障害や発達障害が疑われる学生の増加に鑑み，概況を把握するとともに学修支援の実践例やありようについて諸家の知見を整理し，本学での学修支援システム構築に資する基礎資料を作成することを試みた。日本学生支援機構によれば，大学，短期大学及び高等専門学校に在籍する障害学生数は33,812人でそのうち，「発達障害(診断書有)」6,047人であった。このうち支援障害学生は4,325人であったが，これに加えて発達障害(診断書無・配慮有)の支援障害学生3,105人の存在もある。発達障害のみならず，障害を持つ学生支援は全国的に質・量とも追求される時勢であるが，殊に発達障害学生について各大学の取り組みを概観するとともに，「学生支援体制づくり」「援助希求のない学生への支援」について筆者の私心を述べた。Abstract: In recent years, the number of students who have and who are suspected of having developmental disorders has been increasing. Given this fact, the analysis described herein was conducted to grasp the overall situation of students with developmental disorders. The results are expected to yield source materials to develop a learning support system at Nayoro City University through organization of practical examples of learning support and various researchers’ knowledge of how the support should be administered. According to the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO), the number of students with disorders currently attending universities, junior colleges, and technical colleges is 33,812. Of those, 6,047 students have “developmental disorders (with a medical certificate),” which includes 4,325 students with disorders receiving support. There are 3,105 other students with developmental disorders (without a medical certificate but with educational considerations) receiving support. These days, support for students with disorders, not limited to developmental disorders, is pursued both qualitatively and quantitatively nationwide. A review of health education intervention to reduce alcohol consumption in workplace
Get PDF40022242794application/pdf【要旨】職域における飲酒量減少に効果的な介入内容と評価指標を明らかにすることを目的とした。データベースを使用し，検索式は“飲酒”，“職域”，“介入”を示す語句を組み合わせた。採択基準は1）ランダム化比較試験，2）介入は栄養・健康教育・ヘルスプロモーションの領域，3）飲酒量減少効果の検証，4）対象集団が勤労者，5）断酒の対象にならない飲酒者，6）英語または日本語の記載とした。論文54件を精査し，表題と要旨より33件を除外し，全文の精読により12件を採択した。12件のうち，飲酒量減少効果が認められたのは2件で，介入内容に飲酒に関する情報提供だけでなく，職場環境への働きかけが含まれていた。飲酒量減少効果の評価指標は自己申告によるものが多かった。職域での栄養・健康教育には，職場環境へ働きかける介入やＷｅｂの使用に焦点があてられるようになってきていること，また飲酒量把握の評価指標については自己申告以外の方法の検討の必要性が示唆された。Abstract: This study examined the existing literature to clarify the strategies and evaluation indices effective in reducing alcohol consumption in the workplace. Using a database, the search formula was a combination of the terms “drinking,” “occupation,” and “intervention.” The acceptance criteria were 1) randomized controlled trials, 2) interventions in the areas of nutrition or health education, health promotion, 3) verified effect of reduced alcohol consumption, 4) workers as the target population, 5) drinkers who had not been diagnosed as alcoholic, and 6) articles in English or Japanese. We reviewed 54 papers: 33 were excluded based on their title and abstract and the full texts of 12 selected articles were read. Of the 12 articles, 2 showed a reduction in drinking, and the intervention content included not only providing information on drinking but also making changes in the work environment. In many cases, self-reports were used to evaluate reduced alcohol consumption. Nutrition and health education in occupational areas focused on workplace and web-based interventions. Furthermore, the need for employing other methods in addition to self-reports was suggested.departmental bulletin pape

メンタルヘルスの現況と課題 ～自殺予防に関する諸課題を中心に～

世界的にメンタルヘルスの促進の重要性が議論される時勢であるが、本稿ではわが国のメンタルヘルスの主要課題の１つである自殺とその周辺課題について、先行研究や政府公刊の白書等、意識調査の結果を中心に考察を試みるとともに、自殺対策についての提言を述べた。
わが国では1998年に自殺者が急増して以降自殺者が3万人を超える状態が続いた。2010年以降は9年連続の減少となっており、2018年は20,840人で前年に比べ481人（2.3％）減少したものの以前深刻な状況にある。特に、自殺総合対策大綱では、重点施策のひとつとして、「子ども・若者の自殺対策の更なる推進」が掲げられているが、先行研究を概観すれば、若年層は自殺念慮が最も高い世代であり、社会に絶望を感じながら、自己有用感が低いまま、これまでの人生で遭遇したいじめなどのつらい経験を抱えながら、レッテル貼りを警戒して専門職に相談することをあえてせず、家族や友人などの身近な“知った仲”によるサポートでギリギリ暮らしている実情が示唆された。departmental bulletin pape
