Get PDFapplication/pdf【要旨】大昔から人類は様々な出生回避策を採ってきた。それらに対して過去の道徳と社会はいかなる態度をとってきたか，またとりわけ経口避妊薬が今後の道徳と社会に与えるであろう影響について考えてみたい。全部で八節と結論からなる。一節から六節までは出生回避に関する文献に基づいて歴史的事実を確認する。七節では出生回避に対してカトリックが反対する論拠を，八節ではそれに対する筆者の見解を示す。結論において新しい技術の開発が女性の性行動に変化をもたらすこと,行動の変化は慣習の変化となること,最終的には性的快楽を不道徳としてきたこれまでの道徳が,性的快楽を善とする快楽社会の道徳 に変わっていくことが指摘される。今回は前巻に続く三節と四節を掲載する。
三節ではマーガレット・サンガーを中心にバース・コントロール運動の展開を概観する。
四節ではバース・コントロールが優生思想の影響を受けたことを説明する。Abstract: Since ancient times, human beings have adopted a variety of birth control measures. In this treatise, I will discuss historical moral and societal attitudes towards contraception and consider the potential impact of oral contraceptive drugs on morality and society in the future. This article consists of eight sections and conclusion. The first six sections cover the historical facts of contraception, while the final two sections are a subjective statement of values. I will outlook future sex moral and the coming society subsequent from it in conclusion. Following the previous two sections I make the 3rd and 4th sections public here.

Get PDFapplication/pdf【要旨】本研究は，筋ジストロフィー病棟において筋強直性ジストロフィー（DM）患者の看護に携わる2～4年目看護師の経験から若手看護師の想いを明らかにし，DM患者の看護と若手看護師の教育に役立てていくことを目的とする。若手看護師の経験には，「DM患者の特性による困難と観察の重要性」「DM患者の自己決定とその看護に関する困難」「終末期看護における後悔と気づき」「長期的なDM患者とのかかわりによる人間関係構築の可能性」「困難への直面と看護師としての成長への希求」の5つのテーマが導き出された。若手看護師の困難に対しては，熟練看護師による支援や他施設の筋ジストロフィー病棟に配属されている若手看護師との交流といった教育支援体制を構築していくことが必要である。Abstract: The purpose of this study was to reveal the thoughts of young nurses regarding their struggles as nurses in their second to fourth year of nursing myotonic dystrophy（DM）patients in a muscular dystrophy ward. Furthermore， we aimed to use this information in the nursing of DM patients and to provide guidance for young nurses. The following five themes emerged out of this qualitative descriptive research: the challenges faced by DM patients and the importance of observation; the self-determination of patients with DM and difficulties associated with their care; sympathy and compassion in terminal care; the possibility of building relationships through long-term involvement with patients with DM; and facing challenges and the desire to grow as nurses. To address these difficulties faced by young nurses，it is necessary to develop an educational support system that includes assistance from experienced nurses and interaction with other young nurses assigned to muscular dystrophy wards at other facilities.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFapplication/pdf【要旨】看護教育において学生が生命倫理にまつわる見識を養い，看護実践に臨むうえでの基準となる自らの死生観を確立させるための取り組みは，在宅医療の推進や国際化に伴い多様な価値観が尊重される近年において，さらに重要性を増していると言える。より効果的・効率的な生命倫理教育を検討していくためには，看護学生が死に対してどのようなイメージを抱き，どのような体験に影響を受けているのかを把握することが大前提となる。そこで，学生の死生観に関する研究論文に焦点を当てながら，生命倫理教育の動向を概説し,講義・演習の在り方について提言を試みた。Abstract: Initiatives in nursing education aimed at helping students acquire insight into bioethics as well as develop their own principled views on life and death for approaching nursing practice can be said to have become even more important in recent years, during which diverse values have come to be respected following advancements in home-based medical care and internationalization. To consider more effective and efficient education on bioethics, having an understanding of what kinds of feelings nursing students have towards death and what types of experience they are influenced by is a major premise of the study. Therefore, while maintaining a focus on research papers into students’ views on life and death, we have attempted to outline trends in bioethics education and make recommendations regarding how best to provide lectures and practical exercises in such education.departmental bulletin pape
