メンターとの対話を通した初任日本語教師の成長 : 初任日本語教師を対象としたOJTを事例として
Get PDF本稿は、日本語教師の従事する教育現場の固有性、不確実性を認めた上で、日本語教師の成長を明らかにするものである。筆者がメンターとなり、初任日本語教師を対象として行ったOJTを事例とし、ハーマンス・ケンペンの対話的自己論の「ポジション」の概念を援用し分析を行った。その結果、初任日本語教師がよりよい授業案の作成を目指し、自身の授業案を発展させていくという教師の成長は、メンターからの提案をそのまま受け入れて改善するだけではなく、自身の考えを表明したり、メンターのコメントとの調整をする中で見られた。さらに、メンターという他者への同一化をはかることを通し、メンターの視点や考えを理解し、それを自身の授業案作成のレパートリーへと昇華させている可能性も示唆された。このような日本語教師の成長は、1対1で継続的にメンティーに寄り添いサポートをするというOJTの特徴によって可能となったと考えられる。departmental bulletin pape
ビジネスE メールの作成時におけるテンプレートの使用実態 : 使用場面および使用時の困難点・不安に関する調査から
Get PDF日本語ビジネスEメールの作成では、書き方の見本となるテンプレートが活用されていると考えられるが、その場合でも作成上の問題が生じる可能性がある。そのため、日本語非母語話者向けのビジネス日本語教育への示唆を得るためにも、テンプレートの使用場面と使用時の困難点・不安に関する調査が必要である。そこで本研究では、日本で勤務する日本語母語話者と非母語話者を対象にWebアンケートと半構造化インタビューを行った。その結果、双方の回答は類似性が高かったものの、日本語非母語話者は日常業務で用いられやすい表現にも困難を感じていることや、語用論的知識の不足によりテンプレートの選択時・改変時に困難を感じていることが明らかになった。上記の結果から、1）日本語非母語話者は日本語ビジネスEメールで用いられる表現の学習ニーズが高い、2）相手や状況別にテンプレートを選択し、改変する練習が必要という教育的示唆を得た。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFRecent years have witnessed a significant surge in research on ecological civilization in China, spanning various disciplines including environmental philosophy, environmental engineering, political economics. This paper aims to provide an overview of the developmental concept of ecological civilization by synthesizing policy documents and debates in Chinese academia. Additionally, it seeks to comprehend the current stageʼs comprehensive policy aspects through an analysis of the policy system's targets and indicators. The study compares Chinaʼs green development strategy at the present stage with the environmentallyoriented policies and theories of Ecological Modernization (EM) that emerged in Western Europe and the globally agreed-upon Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the UN level. The paper reveals a significant gap between the conceptualization of the ecological civilization construction and its practical outcomes. It underscores the characteristics of ecological civilization as a policy system at the present stage, highlighting its aim to transform the industrial economy into an ecologically sustainable model during the ongoing process of industrialization, achieving both industrialization and ecological structural transition concurrently.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFThis paper examines the verb "eru," which expresses a passive meaning. Firstly, using the BCCWJ corpus, the top 100 noun phrases marked by the accusative case particle "wo" that co-occur with "eru" were extracted. Subsequently, focusing on 40 of these noun phrases, specifically verbal nouns or those derived from the continuative form of verbs, five major constructions through which "eru" conveys a passive meaning were identified. The syntactic features and nuances of these five constructions were analyzed.
