学術論文におけるURLを用いた引用を対象とした要否判定のためのデータセット
No full textA dataset created from main conference papers published between 2000 and 2021 in the international NLP conferences ACL, NAACL, and EMNLP. PDFNLT-1.0 is used to convert PDF to text. This dataset is intended for training and evaluating models that determine the necessity of citations using URLs (URL citations). It is organized into CSV files by publication year, with each row containing a sentence to be evaluated. In each sentence, the location of URL citations is marked with the placeholder "[URL_CITE]". When performing citation-worthy detection, the placeholder "[URL_CITE]" should be removed from the text.自然言語処理分野の国際会議であるACL, NAACL, EMNLPの2000年~2021年の本会議論文から作成したデータセット．論文PDFのテキスト化にはPDFNLT-1.0を使用している．URLによる引用（URL引用）を対象にした要否判定を行うことためのモデルの学習と評価に使用することを想定している．年ごとにcsvファイルにしており，各行に判定対象の文が含まれている．各文にはURL引用が行われている箇所に``[URL_CITE]''が挿入されている．要否判定に使用する際には``[URL_CITE]''を削除して使用する．Information on related papers:

気候災害時代の高等教育のあり方 : 韓国における新唯物論的教育研究の可能性
Get PDF本稿の目的は、最近の教育研究（educational research）における新唯物論の発展を把握し、これを評価することにある。気候災害の増加とデジタル技術の発展により、新唯物論は推進されるようになった。新唯物論的教育研究でも、セマンティックウェブ技術、デジタル写真などを活用した研究が増加している。このような傾向は、これまで疎外され排除された「非人間行為者」の意味と価値を見直す機会となっている。しかしながら、新唯物論は哲学的にも政治的にも批判に直面している。私たち人間と物ごとの結びつきを自由に置き換えることができるという発想は、物事を私たちの利害関係に合わせて好き勝手に扱えるという意味にも解釈される。政治的にも、歴史の主役であった人間に背を向け、物質の魅力と資本主義商品の魅力が同等だと捉える効果を生んでしまう。その結果として、新唯物論は人間を物質に従属させる危険を生む恐れがある。にもかかわらず、新唯物論的教育研究は、近代教育の転換のための言語を提供し、事実に対する問題から関心に対する問題に私たちを導くことによって、教育研究における実践的教育学と教育科学の分離を克服する手段となっている。新唯物論的教育研究は、反省的行為者を中心に置く従来の教育研究をどうやって変化させていくかという役割も負っているのだ。The purpose of this article is to identify and evaluate the development of the new materialism in recent educational research. This new materialism has been driven by the development of climate disasters and digital technologies. Research that uses semantic web technology and digital photography is also increasing in this new materialistic strand of educational research. This trend has led to retrospective examinations of the meaning and value of the agency of nonhumans who have been marginalized and excluded. However, the new materialism also faces philosophical and political criticism. Furthermore, the idea that people can freely change the arrangement they have with objects has been interpreted to mean that they can treat objects as they please according to their interests. Politically, this makes people turn a blind eye to humans as historical subjects and view matter and capitalist products as equally attractive. Ultimately, new materialism risks subordinating humans to matter. Nevertheless, new materialistic educational research is a resource for overcoming the separation between practical pedagogy and educational science in educational research by providing a language for the transition of modern education and leading us from the problem of facts to the problem of interest.
