ヘルスケアAI 開発における設計者の責任
Get PDF本論文は，今日実用化が進むヘルスケア AI について，その設計者が担う責任を明らかにすることを目的とするものである．まずヘルスケア AI 倫理研究の課題を明確にするため，本論文は狭義の AI と広義の AI とを区別した．さらに実例を踏まえつつ，「医療」と「ヘルスケア」との違いを指摘し，両者を区別しないことの弊害を指摘した．
そして政府や民間企業によって説かれているヘルスケア AI の社会的意義や潜在的影響力を踏まえた上で，本論文はピーター＝ポール・フェルベークの議論を手がかりにヘルスケア AI の媒介的役割について考察した．最終的に本論文は，技術の民主的設計を可能にするためにシステムを再設計する仕組みとして，対話型の共進化技術を提案した．departmental bulletin pape
