Conflicts, contradictions, and confrontations as the 
starting point for resolution
As a citizen activist by profession who aim to integrate life, work, 
and labor, I would like to address the question “how to deal with 
conflicts, contradictions, and confrontations” based on my 
experiences in the field. Conflicts, contradictions, and confrontations 
are the starting point for everything, and I believe they are important 
starting points for overcoming them. The reason why we do not reach 
a solution is because we do not perceive conflict, contradiction, and 
confrontation ourselves, or because we avoid them even if we feel 
them. In this sense, I do not believe that conflicts, contradictions, and 
confrontations are blocking our way, but rather that we are not facing 
them in the right way. Then, I would like to consider why this has 
happened and what the solution is.
