(2) The smaller the diameter, the wider the rotation region of the liquid. (3) The angle when the fluid climbs up the wall of container is also affected by the container shape. (4) When the fluid is 100% alcohol, the rotational resistance is small and the vibration control effect is large

Seasonal Fluctuation of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons and Aerosol Genotoxicity in Long-Range Transported Air Mass Observed at the Western End of Japan
In order to clarify the level transboundary air pollution caused by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and genotoxic substances, aerosols were collected from forest and suburban sites in Nagasaki, west Japan, for 6 years. The PAH concentration was measured, and the genotoxicity of the substances were evaluated using the umu test. The results showed no notable trends in the concentration or toxicity of either sites throughout the study period. The suburban and forest sites shared similar seasonal fluctuation patterns and quantitative values, suggesting that the western end of Japan might be affected by long-range transported pollutants, especially in winter. PAH concentration and genotoxicity showed the same seasonal patterns of increased levels in winter and lower levels in summer. This suggests that PAHs and genotoxic substances were correlated and share common sources. Back trajectory and source analyses were conducted using the diagnostic ratios of PAHs. It was predicted that air pollution by PAHs at the forest site arise predominantly as a result of biomass or coal combustion in continental regions, such as northern parts of China and the Korean Peninsula. This is particularly expected in winter. Therefore, genotoxic substances would also be strongly influenced by transboundary pollution from the continental region. In addition, it was estimated that the contribution of transboundary PAH pollution could reach 70% at the suburban site in winter
Influence of alumina air-abrasion for highly translucent partially stabilized zirconia on flexural strength, surface properties, and bond strength of resin cement
OBJECTIVE: This study aims to evaluate the influence of different air-abrasion pressures and subsequent heat treatment on the flexural strength, surface roughness, and crystallographic phases of highly translucent partially stabilized zirconia (Y-PSZ), and on the tensile bond strength of resin cement to Y-PSZ. METHODOLOGY: Fully sintered zirconia specimens were ground with SiC paper (control) and/or air-abraded with 50 µm particles of alumina at 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, or 0.3 MPa or left as-sintered. After air-abrasion at 0.2 MPa (0.2AB), additional specimens were then heated to 1500°C, and held for one hour at this temperature (0.2AB+HT1h). Flexural strength and surface roughness were evaluated. Crystalline phase identification was also carried out using X-ray diffraction. Bonded zirconia specimens with self-adhesive resin cement were stored in distilled water at 37°C for 24 h, either with or without aging (thermal cycling 4-60°C/20000). Results were analyzed statistically by ANOVA and Tukey-Kramer tests. RESULTS: The flexural strength decreased with the increase in air-abrasion pressure, while in contrast, the surface roughness increased. The lowest flexural strength and the highest roughness value were found for the 0.2AB and 0.3AB groups, respectively. All groups contained cubic-, tetragonal ( t )-, and rhombohedral ( r )-ZrO2 phases with the exception of the as-sintered group. Upon increasing the air-abrasion pressure, the relative amount of the r -ZrO2 phase increased, with a significant amount of r -ZrO2 phase being detected for the 0.2AB and 0.3AB groups. The 0.2AB+HT1h group exhibited a similar flexural strength and t -ZrO2 phase content as the as-sintered group. However, the 0.2AB group showed a significantly higher tensile bond strength (p<0.05) than the 0.2AB+HT1h group before and after aging. CONCLUSION: Micromechanical retention by alumina air-abrasion at 0.2 MPa, in combination with chemical bonding of a resin to highly translucent Y-PSZ using a MDP-containing resin cement may enable durable bonding

A Note on the Conceptual Frameworks of IFRS
The purpose of this note is to clarify income computational issues in the conceptual frameworks. To accomplish the purpose, this note focuses on the general purposes of financial reporting and the elements of financial statements which are stated in two IASB's frameworks in 2010 and 2018 as well as IASC's conceptual framework in 1989. This note finds some differences among them. For example, as to the general purpose, conceptual framework published 1989 explains stewardship purpose and providing decision useful information purpose separately, but conceptual framework published 2018 merges stewardship purpose in providing decision useful information purpose. However, the most important issue of the conceptual frameworks is the relation between the balance sheet and the income
statement. IASB's conceptual frameworks adopt the Asset-and-Liability view, but the conceptual frameworks explain that the main purpose of the balance sheet is to calculate net asset, and income is calculated in the income statement. Significance of p53-Binding Protein 1 Nuclear Foci in Cervical Squamous Intraepithelial Lesions: Association With High-Risk Human Papillomavirus Infection and P16INK4a Expression
As p53-binding protein 1 (53BP1) localizes to the sites of DNA double-strand breaks and rapidly forms nuclear foci (NF), and its
presence may be an indicator of endogenous genomic instability (GIN). We previously showed that 53BP1 NF in cervical cells
increase with neoplastic progression, indicating the significance of 53BP1 expression for the estimation of malignant potential during cervical carcinogenesis. This study aimed to further elucidate the impact of 53BP1 expression as a biomarker for cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion (SIL). A total of 81 tissue samples, including 17 of normal cervical epithelium, 22 of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) 1, 21 of CIN2, and 21 of CIN3, from patients positive for high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV)were used for double-label immunofluorescence of 53BP1 and Ki-67/p16INK4a expression and HR-HPV in situ hybridization. We analyzed associations between 53BP1 expression type with parameters such as CIN grade, HR-HPV infection status, p16INK4a expression, and CIN prognosis. Expression type of 53BP1 was significantly associated with histological grade of CIN and HR-HPV in situ hybridization signal pattern (P < .0001). There was a significant correlation between 53BP1 and p16INK4a expression levels
(r ¼ .73, P < .0001). However, there was no association between 53BP1 expression type and CIN prognosis. We propose that 53BP1 expression type is a valuable biomarker for SIL, which can help estimate the grade and GIN of cervical lesions reflecting replication stress caused by the integration of HR-HPV to the host genome
