Get PDF教職大学院で学ぶよさの一つは、現職院生とストレートマスターが協働で新たな理念をつくり出せる点にある。特に、授業づくりの過程において、そのよさが顕著に表れる。現職院生の経験に根ざした提案とストレートマスターの素朴な疑問やアイディアを融合させることにより、授業づくりの可能性が広がっていくと考える。本稿では、「みやぎの先人集 未来への架け橋」（第１集）に掲載されている医師「櫻井喜吉の生涯」を教材として授業プランを作成させた取組を踏まえ、協働で学ぶ意義について考察する。学校現場において協働的な学びを実践する際に留意したい点も含めて論述する。departmental bulletin pape
