Literature review on the development of educational programs for nursing managers in Japan
Get PDFapplication/pdfThe environment surrounding medical care in Japan has changed rapidly, and nursing managers are now required to have high managerial ability, so educational opportunities are needed. The purpose of this study was to clarify the outline of educational programs developed for nursing managers in Japan. A literature search was conducted using Japan Medical Abstracts Society, and 16 articles were selected. The contents of the developed educational programs were classified into five categories: . The evaluation method used existing scales or original questionnaires, and evaluations were based on the results before and after the intervention or after the intervention, and all educational programs showed an increase in scores or a sense of satisfaction. The developed educational programs were aimed at acquiring skills as a nursing manager and managing the managers themselves. All educational programs were effective, but the evaluation was not systematic, and improvements in research and evaluation methods are needed to clarify the effectiveness of the educational programs.日本の医療を取り巻く環境が激変し，看護管理者には高い管理能力が必要とされるなど教育の機会が求められている．本研究は，日本における看護管理者向けに開発された教育プログラムの概要を明らかにすることを目的とした．医学中央雑誌を用いて，文献検索を行い16文献を採択した．開発された教育プログラムの内容は，＜組織管理能力の獲得＞＜看護研究能力の獲得＞＜危機管理能力の獲得＞＜人材管理能力の獲得＞＜管理者自身の自己管理＞の5つに分類された．評価方法では，既存の尺度や独自に作成した質問紙を用い，介入前後，もしくは介入後の結果をもとに評価しており，すべての教育プログラムでスコアの上昇，もしくは満足感が得られていた．すべての教育プログラムで効果が得られていたが，評価が系統的に行えておらず，教育プログラムの効果を明らかにするために，研究方法，評価方法の改善が必要である．departmental bulletin pape
御嶽山南麓の伝上川の河川景観と河川流量
Get PDF木曽川上流の王滝川支流である伝上川を対象に河川流量と河川景観の把握を行った。伝上川は1984 年9 月14 日に発生した長野県西部地震の際に、御嶽崩れ（伝上崩れ）と呼ばれる大規模崩壊を起こし、河床が泥流堆積物で上昇するなど特異的な河川景観を有している。これらの特徴を把握するため、魚眼レンズを用いた写真撮影を行い、天空率・占空率を示した。その結果、伝上川の伝上川橋から上流約1.6km 区間において、支流との合流はないが、湧水の流入による流量増加があった。一方で、砂防堰堤が連続していることや礫の堆積環境などによる地下浸透と考えられる減水も認められた。河川景観では、崖が接近して閉塞感も高く、川幅も狭いため占空率と天空率の低い地点や川幅があり河川空間の開放感のある地点で占空率と天空率の割合が高くなるなど地点間の違いが示された。departmental bulletin pape
