Nurse Manager’s Perceptions of the influence of opening Medical Treatment and Supervision Act on general psychiatric care
Get PDFapplication/pdf[Objective] The purpose of this study was to clarify the impact on general psychiatric care as perceived by nurse managers of the opening of a medical treatment and supervision act.[Methods] A semi-structured interview survey was conducted with nurse managers belonging to designated inpatient care facilities under the medical treatment and supervision act. Qualitative data were analyzed with reference to the content analysis of Graneheim and Lundman.[Results] There were 16 study participants, and the average interview duration was 51.5 minutes. From the verbatim transcripts, 243 codes were extracted. The codes were classified into four major categories: [Administrator toward ideal nursing], [Enriched patient support procedures], [Practice of team medicine not only by words], and [Peace of mind gained by the patient], 11 medium categories, and 34 subcategories.[Discussion] The impact of the opening of the medical treatment and supervision act ward on general psychiatric care was that, first of all, the nurses’ experiences in the medical treatment and supervision act ward deepened their learning, and the transfer of these nurses transmitted the philosophy, ideas, and psychosocial programs of the medical treatment and supervision act medical probation law to the general psychiatric wards.目的：指定入院医療機関の看護管理者が認識する医療観察法病棟開設による一般精神科医療への影響を明らかにする．方法：医療観察法の指定入院医療機関に属する看護管理者を対象に半構造化面接を行い，Graneheim & Lundmanの内容分析を参考に質的データを分析した．結果：研究参加者は16名，面接時間は平均51.5分であった．逐語録より243コードを抽出した．医療観察法病棟開設による一般精神科医療への影響は，【理想の看護へ向かう管理者】【豊かになる患者支援の手立て】【言葉だけではないチーム医療の実践】【患者が得た安寧】の4大カテゴリ，11中カテゴリ，34サブカテゴリに分類された．考察：医療観察法病棟開設による一般精神科医療への影響は，まずは医療観察法病棟での経験により看護師の学びが深まり，その看護師の異動により医療観察法の理念や考え方，心理社会的プログラムが一般精神科病棟へ伝達されていた．departmental bulletin pape
北宋中期における市井人の閑居と蔵書について
Get PDF伝統的な中国の知識人たちが好んだ閑居の楽しみのひとつに、庭園を整備し愛でることがあり、それは北宋期の知識人たちにも継承されるが、資料からは、彼らが訪れる庭園の中に市井の人が所有するものが含まれている可能性を指摘することができる。市井の人が所有するこのような庭園についての記録は少ないが、蘇軾が黄州流謫期に制作した「記游定惠院」には、北宋中期の地方において、洗練された趣味を有した豊かな市井人が庭園や邸宅を所有し、そこが士大夫たちの清遊の場となっていた状況が記されている。また黄庭堅「松菊亭記」は、市井人の閑居の楽しみの位置づけについて詳細に検討して、知識人たちの閑居と同様に、徳の修養を意識したものであることが必要であると説いており、市井の人の閑居においても、それを正当なものであるためには知識人層の人々の閑居と同様に、儒教的な理想を意識することが求められている。departmental bulletin pape
