The first chapter describes the purpose, necessity, contents, range and the method of the study.
The second chapter suggests the direction of careers information generation through literature review and the analysis of“Myfuture”, the careers information portal site in Australia. The changed concept due to the information and communication technology revolution is arousing changes in the paradigm of career development. MyFuture gathers and provides occupational information that developed for public purpose. Therefore career information needs to reflect the reality of career world and to be efficiently accessible. Also career information should have the proper delivery system and support the self-directedness of information consumer.
특수형태근로종사자의 직업능력개발 연구
The purpose of this study is to investigate the labor market features of the special employment workers who are employed as well as self employed at the same time and their conditions of vocational education and training(VET) and to propose the policy support to them.
This research focus on two parts: (i) to investigate the working condition and the skill development of special employment worker who have the right to claim compensation insurance service(and so on: a statutory special employment worker), (2) to analyze the cases of patients helpers and new media artists and discuss the directions of policy support and their skills development.
평생직업능력개발 촉진을 위한 국가역량체제(NQF) 운영 방안
Current National Qualifications Framework (NQF) has become a global phenomenon as it has been implemented or is under the process of implementation in more than 155 nations. As South Korea is also one of the nations that prepare for NQF implementation, it is going under the process of NQF implementation as a part of government project to ‘create a competence based society, not on academic clique’. Therefore, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Employment and Labor are planning to build up NQF, ultimately until 2017, through demonstration projects by establishing ‘Basic Plan of National Qualifications Framework (2013.12)’.
However, even though the purpose of NQF is respectable, if it is difficult to be absorbed by existing system or has some implementation limit, it is considered that its original policy goal cannot be fully achieved. Therefore, it is required to have systematic examination and analysis about the foundation for NQF and the existing system.
창조경제 핵심인력 육성정책 연구 : SW산업과 광고산업을 중심으로
This study is designed to achieve largely the following two purposes: One is to define the scope of creative industries and promising fields among them which reflect the nature of Korean creative economyand the other is to suggest practical manpower policy measures to realize creative economy successfully by analyzing current situation and prospect, and by drawing effective linkage measures between education and labor market.
Overseas and domestic literature review was conducted to clarify the concept and issues of Korean model of creative industry and its leading manpower. In the research advertising industry and software industry are selected as representative fields in creative economy, so as to explore the job specifications and its education and training system. Especially the balance of core and the rest of the labor force in the specific industries were looked into both in the formal education system and non-formal training system.
Besides, some survey research were conducted to grasp the conditions of supply and demand of core labor force, which would be applied as grounding to suggest development policy tasks to enrich the quality of education and training to advance the industries.

The aim of this research is to seek political improvement plans by conducting a detailed diagnosis and analysis on the operational condition and cases of the work-based learning and its semester system to contribute to college education by intensifying the industry field-oriented education to set up current junior colleges as a key higher vocational education institution.
This research applied its methods of literature review, actual condition investigation, and expert conferences to produce objective and appropriate results.

Thus the three purposes of this research are as follows: first, to accurately understand the qualification systems of Germany, Great Britain, and Australia, which are mainly referenced in running Korea’s project, and to determine the complications arising in management and operation, as well as how frequently and how well the systems are utilized in the labor marketsecond, to analyze the background for the results, given that the three nations’ qualification systems are making positive resultslastly, to find not only the direction Korean qualification system should take, but also future implications needed to make effective policies to help restore the role of qualifications in the labor market.
국가직무능력표준 학습모듈 개발관리 체계화 방안
The goals of the research are to review utilization of the learning modules as learning materials in vocational education and training institutes, and also to suggest basic direction to systematize development and management of the learning modules.
The research methods used to achieve the goal are as follows. Firstly, current status and problems of learning modules development and management were analyzed. Secondly, domestic and foreign cases of development and utilization of learning materials used in NCS-based vocational education and training courses were examined. Foreign cases were focused on Australia, the United Kingdom and Spain, the benchmarking target of NCS and learning modules. Thirdly, the authors who participated in learning modules development in 2013 were surveyed about the measures of learning modules development and management.

The study has been conducted to analyze the current status of economic activities, and to suggest improvement plans and policy tasks for skills development and employment for marriage immigrant women. The concrete purposes of this study are as follow:
First, the characteristics and propensity of employment are identified by analyzing the tendency of increase in marriage immigrant and their economic activities based on social change to seek measures to upgrade their economic status.
Second, support measures and lessons are suggested to improve effectiveness of employment by analyzing the current situation of labor market policies and programs for the marriage immigrant women. ...
HRD-Index(인적자원개발지수) 구축 및 활용
The purpose of this study is to develop the Human Resource Development Index(HRD-Index) in Korea by using the Human Capital Corporate Panel(HCCP) survey data of the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training(KRIVET).
HCCP survey started in 2005 to identify the actual status of corporate human resources and the achievements of knowledge and skill formation in Korea and has conducted in every two years. It surveyed 500 firms which employed 100 and over workers. At this study the 3rd (2009) to 5th (2013) wave data are used.
NCS를 활용한 훈련과정 개발 지원 및 심사평가 연계 방안
In this study, enabled the NCS-based training courses, with plans for training and development support so as to develop a training course using National Competency Standard(NCS) actively conducted. Aims to derive a plan to link the skills development training institutions evaluation and training to maintain and improve the quality of screening for such training.
Looking at the main NCS-based training and development support, and review the evaluation linkages derived from this study are as follows.
First, it is determined in the NCS-based training course development support needed to develop their own training institutions teaching the test system and recognition system. And the limited time that is deemed necessary to support the actual cost payment and settlement systems to ensure training facilities and equipment. And this is deemed necessary in the provision of corporate and institutional apparatus for providing equipment and training institutions free of charge subject.
