Arkoun is one of contemporary Islamic thinkers with his applied Islamological ideas to compensate for western Islamology which he thinks is irrational of his approach, whereas classical Islamology has a weakness, ie not having a reflection on thought and methodology. He specializes in theology, philosophy, and law. According to Arkoun in the Muslim tradition of collecting al-Qur'an began at the time of the Prophet died in 632, but when he lived it seems certain verses have been written. Pembacaan Kontekstual Hadis-Hadis Shalat Tarawih: Aplikasi Teori Double Movement Fazlur Rahman
Tulisan ini merupakan upaya untuk melakukan pembacaan kontekstual atas hadis-hadis shalat tarawih dengan kerangka metodologi apa yang disebut Fazlur Rahman dengan double movement. Melaui dua langkah pembacaan sebagaimana digambarkan oleh Rahman, dengan mencakup pembacaan atas konteks awal dan kontekstualisasi atas hadis-hadis shalat tarawih, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa pertama, shalat tarawih merupakan shalat yang tidak ada kewajiban untuk melaksanakannya. Kedua, secara historis, shalat tarawih pernah dilaksanakan baik dengan bilangan delapan rakaat maupun 20 rakaat. Ketiga, dengan mengacu kepada kedua point di atas beberapa yang perlu untuk dipertimbangan dalam melaksanakan shalat tarawih secara berjamaah antara lain adalah kondisi jamaah shalat tarawih itu sendiri

This study deals with the al-Afghani’s socio-political thinking, a famous 19th century Muslim leader by carrying out Pan-Islamism as a paradigm of Islamic renewal. Departing from the spirit to free the world of Islam from colonialism and underdevelopment, all forms of imperealism for him are the restraint of human nature, freedom where the spirit of liberation is not only in line with human rights but also in line with the basic teachings of religion (Islam). Therefore, he wanted a form of democratic government as a rejection of an instructive government system (autocracy). Peningkatan Kreativitas Guru Dalam Mengajar Melalui Pelatihan Model Assure Dengan Pendekatan Scientific Pada Mgmp Pendidikan Agama Islam Di Sekolah Menengah Atas Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu Tahun 2017
Creativity is a new invention, in order to fix the problems that occur in the world of education, involving changes in technology and science that is developed today to achieve the goals. The purpose of this action research is to know the Improvement of Teachers’ Creativity in Teaching through Assure Model with scientific approach of MGMP PAI at Senior High School Indragiri Hulu Regency 2017. There were four stages in conducting the research. They were (1) planning, (2) Acting, (3) Observing, and (4) Reflection. From the results of actions research can improve the teachers’ creativity in teaching to achieve the ideal standard after giving training assure model by using approach of scientific is increasing, from pre-training and after training by the observer through (cycle 1) 72.59% to 77.04%, and the second cycle also increased to; 83.33% - 77.04% = 6.30%, The average of teachers’ creativity ability in teaching PAI amounted to 44.44% rose to 100%

The science material environmental changes physical in the fourth grade 9 bengkalis is still dominated by the provision of talk not turn students .The teacher explained and students noted .Teachers also simply contoh-contoh in textbooks , still not use media learning .Students are bored and not watching a lesson .Both teachers and students less active in learning .For that reason , study results obtained too low .This is apparent from the study results students iv in 2014 / 2013 lessons on any material change physical environment there are still many who received scores of students under the criteria at least ( ketuntasan kkm ) .To solve these problems were through the application of stad learning model by the audio visual on any material change of environment physical in the fourth grade 9 bengkalis bengkalis district .The purpose of this research to improve performansi teachers , the activity of student learning and study results science mater. Was used in the study the design of research the act of a class of ( ptk ) that have been carried out in the form of a notebook detailing the development .Per cycle consisting of the meetings of both the through four including planning went through several stages , the implementation of the , observation and reflection .A subject of study this is student of class iv and private primary schools state 9 bengkalis kabupaten bengkalis the new school term of 2013 / 2014 .The technique of collecting data which used is the technique of non-tes and tests from the analysis of qualitative data and quantitative .Indicators of the quality of the success of include the value of the end of performansi teachers would at least be the documents have been obtained the the criteria used to either by the value of letter b ( 71-80 ) , the percentage of liveliness students would at least be the 75 % and value of rata-rata a class of would at least be the reached 60 (kkm installations ipa as well as ) with the percentage of ketuntasan of students to study sekurang- a lack of 75 %. The research results show that the receipt of final score performansi teacher at cycle i is of 87,63 (a ) criteria good.Then increase in cycle ii be 90,99 ( a ) criteria good.The percentage activity learn students on cycle i is 71,60 % then increase in cycle ii be 84,58 %.The performansi teachers and activity student learning to increase their study results students.The average score class obtained at cycle i is 75 with the be completed learning is 75 %.Next been an increase in study results in cycle ii and an average of 82,81 while the be completed learning is 93,75 %.Based on the research done, can be concluded that the implementation of learning model stad with media audio visual on subjects ipa matter environmental changes physical in fourth grade land 9 bengkalis kabupaten bengkalis can increase performansi teachers, student learning activity and the study results

Pada saat ini ilmu pendidikan Islam telah diakui sebagai salah satu bidang studi dan telah menarik minat kalangan pelajar dan mahasiswa untuk mengkajinya lebih mendalam. Namun, sebagai sebuah bidang studi baru (new comer) terlihat kurang begitu berkembang, dibandingkan dengan bidang-bidang studi Islamlainnya. Buku-buku dan bahan-bahan bacaan lainnya yang berkenaan dengan pendidikan Islam dan tokoh-tokoh pendidikan Islam masih sangat kurang. Untuk itu pada tulisan kali ini penulis ingin mengangkat seorang tokoh dan ulama Timur Tengah yang sangat kharismatik yakni Abdullah Nashih Ulwan, yang mana beliau adalah seorang praktisi dan pemikir dalam dunia pendidikan, terutama pendidikan Islam. Pembahasan ini dibagi dalam dua tulisan, pada bagian pertama ini akan diketengahkan tentang tujuan pendidikan Islam, Kurikulum pendidikan Islam, dan kelembagaan pendidikan Islam menurut Abdullah Nashih Ulwan.
