Get PDF18世紀に、「美」、「感性」、「芸術」を
三位一体のテーマにして成立した「美学」
は、19世紀から20世紀を通して、「芸術」、
あるいは「アート」の考察へと傾斜して
いった。ところが現代アートの情況が混
迷する20世紀末には、その名づけ親た
るバウムガルテン（Alexander Gottlieb
Baumgarten, 1714－1762）に立ち戻りつ
つ、感性というテーマに再び向き合うに
いたった。この美学の系譜学的な自己活
性化の情況において、美学が感性という
テーマを再発見するとき、その視線は、
おのずとメタ美学へと向かう。その結果
俎上にのせられるのが、たとえば、イー
グルトン『美のイデオロギー』1（1990）、
ド・マン『美学イデオロギー』2（1996）
に見られるように、美学自身が歴史的に
