The methodological basis of the thesis is AI using deep learning and the use of CNN. The method was used to integrate this methodology into e-government services to improve citizens' access to services and identify the importance of iris recognition for e-government applications as part of AI. We use a modified linear activation function, max pooling, and flattened matrix to build deep learning models. The application of AI technologies in e-government opens the way for opportunities for innovation and the development of new services and solutions
