Розкрито специфіку реінтеграції як комплексу заходів, спрямованих на відновлення здатності особи брати участь у суспільному, професійному та сімейному житті, повернення її до виконання соціальних ролей і забезпечення оптимального рівня функціонування у своєму середовищі. Представлено особливості реінтеграційної роботи фахівців у сфері психічного здоров’я з різними категоріями клієнтів.
Мета цього видання – допомогти психологам, які розпочинають свою діяльність у царині реінтеграційних процесів, сформувати системне уявлення про чинники, умови і складові реінтеграції, ознайомитися з методами психологічної роботи у цій сфері, удосконалити професійні компетентності, необхідні для здійснення практичної психологічної допомоги ветеранам та членам їх сімей у процесі їх реінтеграції до цивільного життя.The Advisor presents the practical achievements of psychologists working with war trauma, dealing with issues of maintaining the combat readiness of units, and forming strategies for the reintegration of combatants into civilian life. The specifics of reintegration as a set of measures aimed at restoring a person’s ability to participate in public, professional, and family life, returning them to fulfilling social roles, and ensuring an optimal level of functioning in their environment are revealed. The features of reintegration work of mental health professionals with different categories of clients are presented.
The purpose of this publication is to help psychologists who are starting their activities in the field of reintegration processes to form a systematic understanding of the factors, conditions, and components of reintegration, to become familiar with the methods of psychological work in this area, and to improve the professional competencies necessary to provide practical psychological assistance to veterans and their family members in the process of their reintegration into civilian life

No full textУ проведеному дослідженні здійснено аналіз розуміння змісту та сутності засад як юридично значущого терміна. Обґрунтованість цього дослідження зумовлена тим, що в науковій та законодавчій сферах цей термін систематично використовують із різним змістом. Наведено висновки щодо його змістовного наповнення на підставі поглядів інших учених. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз видів засад, а саме: правових, організаційно-правових та адміністративно-правових. Наведено авторське визначення адміністративно-правових засад, а також окремо розкрито сутність терміна «засади».This study analyses the understanding of the content and essence of the principles as a
legally significant term. The validity of the study is due to the fact that in the scientific and
legislative spheres the term “principles” is systematically used with different content. The
article analyses the topics of dissertation research on legal issues which were submitted for
consideration to the Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine.
The normative essence of the term “principles” is briefly characterised, which made it
possible to identify its main characteristics. It is noted that in legislation the term “principles”
refers to the foundations, principles, grounds, procedure and legal regime of activity, the list
and general powers of the entities which carry it out, key procedures for its implementation,
strategy, purpose, tasks, directions, and specific features of the formation and implementation
of state policy in the relevant area.
The conclusions regarding the content of the term “principles” are made on the basis of
the opinions of other scholars. The comparative analysis of the types of principles is carried
out, in particular, legal, organisational and administrative principles. The article emphasizes
that all these categories are interrelated, and the latter two may be generally identified in the
context of the rule-of-law State, except for the cases when the scope of research is directly
defined by administrative and tort law.
It is determined that the principles are a set of ideas, principles, qualities, directions, goals
and foundations that serve as the basis for any type of activity. At the same time, however, the
principles may be used in phrases as a mechanism or a way of carrying out an activity. The article proposes to identify administrative and legal principles and organisational and
legal principles, which are understood as a set of rules of conduct of subjects of a certain activity or any relations, methods and mechanisms for organising their activities, peculiarities
of their legal status in the system of public administration and public relations, as well as
principles, ideas of functioning and directions of their improvement which are “pointers” for
their development and ensuring

У результаті проведеного дослідження сформульовано низку висновків, пропозицій та рекомендацій, спрямованих на досягнення поставленої мети.The thesis provides a theoretical generalisation and proposes a new solution to the scientific task, which consists in determining the essence, content and features of the administrative and legal principles of combating corruption in the state authorities of Ukraine, developing proposals and recommendations aimed at improving administrative legislation and solving a set of urgent problems in the specified area. As a result of the research, a number of conclusions, proposals and recommendations aimed at achieving the set goal have been formulated
