безпеки як складової національної безпеки: 1) системність, оскільки
економічна безпека є частиною єдиної системи національної безпеки та
взаємопов’язана з політичною, воєнною, екологічною, енергетичною,
інформаційною тощо; 2) має комплексний характер, оскільки охоплює всі
сектори української економіки; 3) забезпечення, перш за все, носить
превентивний характер, оскільки спрямована не лише на подолання загроз, а
й на їх раннє виявлення та попередження; 4) збалансованість інтересів,
адже забезпечення економічної безпеки враховує потреби держави, бізнесу та
громадян для досягнення стійкого розвитку; 5) передбачає підтримку
конкурентоспроможності національного виробництва та інноваційного
потенціалу; 6) наявність визначеної системи показників і критеріїв оцінки
(ВВП, боргове навантаження, інфляція, безробіття, енергозалежність
тощо).
Констатовано, важливість забезпечення економічної безпеки як
складової національної безпеки є беззаперечною, адже від економічної
стійкості та спроможності держави залежить не просто матеріально-
фінансове благополуччя населення, але й існування українських суспільства
та держави як таких, і в умовах війни це є помітним особливо яскраво, коли
обороноздатність країни та можливість населення зберігати у такій
складній ситуації прийнятний рівень життя у величезній мірі залежить
саме від стану національної економіки та її здатності ефективно
протистояти відповідним загрозам і зберігати відповідні якісні та кількісні
показники.The following key features of ensuring economic security as a component of
national security are highlighted: 1) systemic, since economic security is part of a
single system of national security and is interconnected with political, military,
environmental, energy, information, etc.; 2) it is comprehensive in nature, since it
covers all sectors of the Ukrainian economy; 3) provision, first of all, is preventive
in nature, since it is aimed not only at overcoming threats, but also at their early
detection and prevention; 4) balance of interests, since ensuring economic
security takes into account the needs of the state, business and citizens to achieve
sustainable development; 5) it provides for supporting the competitiveness of
national production and innovative potential; 6) the presence of a certain system
of indicators and assessment criteria (GDP, debt burden, inflation, unemployment,
energy dependence, etc.).
It has been stated that the importance of ensuring economic security as a
component of national security is undeniable, because not only the material and
financial well-being of the population depends on the economic stability and
capabilities of the state, but also the existence of Ukrainian society and the state as
such, and in wartime this is especially noticeable, when the country's defense capability and the ability of the population to maintain an acceptable standard of
living in such a difficult situation depend to a large extent on the state of the
national economy and its ability to effectively resist relevant threats and maintain
the appropriate qualitative and quantitative indicators
