Psychological and pedagogical assessment of juvenile offenders in criminal proceedings
No full textУ статті розглянуто психологічні та педагогічні аспекти експертизи неповнолітніх правопорушників у кримінальних провадженнях.
Проаналізовано законодавчі та методологічні засади проведення експертиз у провадженнях за участю осіб, які не досягли повноліття, з урахуванням вікових, когнітивних, соціальних та емоційних особливостей підлітків.
Автори акцентують увагу на значенні міждисциплінарного підходу в роботі фахівців (психологів, педагогів, судових експертів) з метою об’єктивного оцінювання рівня розвитку, особистісних характеристик, мотиваційних чинників та умов соціалізації неповнолітніх. Визначено основні критерії оцінки поведінки та психоемоційного стану неповнолітніх у процесі кримінального провадження. Обґрунтовано важливість індивідуального підходу до кожного випадку з урахуванням психолого-педагогічних висновків для ухвалення правосудного рішення.The article examines the psychological and pedagogical aspects of assessing
juvenile offenders within the framework of criminal proceedings. It analyzes the
legislative and methodological foundations for conducting expert evaluations in
cases involving individuals under the age of majority, taking into account the agerelated, cognitive, social, and emotional characteristics of adolescents. The author
emphasizes the importance of an interdisciplinary approach in the work of
professionals-psychologists, educators, and forensic experts—in order to
objectively assess developmental levels, personality traits, motivational factors,
and conditions of socialization of minors. The article outlines the main criteria for
evaluating the behavior and psycho-emotional state of juveniles during the
criminal process. The importance of an individualized approach in each case,
based on psychological and pedagogical conclusions, is substantiated as essential
for the delivery of fair judicial decisions

No full textВідзначено, що мінливість контенту зі слідами кримінальних правопорушень, а також фізична неможливість державних інституцій постійно виявляти та фіксувати подібні прояви в Інтернеті зумовлюють необхідність накопичення, обробки та аналізу хоча б в обмеженому об’ємі такої інформації.
Реалізація описаного завдання може бути здійснена шляхом створення автоматизованої системи накопичення відомостей на основі використання розвідданих з відкритих джерел із вказівкою відповідного посилання на джерело. Такі системи могла б надати суттєву допомогу під час розслідування правопорушень, шляхом вивчення ретроспективи тих або інших кримінальних діянь.It is noted that the variability of content with traces of criminal offenses, as well as the physical impossibility of state institutions to constantly detect and record such manifestations on the Internet, necessitate the accumulation, processing and analysis of at least a limited amount of such information.
The implementation of the described task can be carried out by creating an automated system for accumulating information based on the use of intelligence from open sources with an indication of the appropriate link to the source. Such systems could provide significant assistance during the investigation of offenses by studying the retrospective of certain criminal acts

технічні та психологічні аспекти протидії самогубствам і навмисним самоушкодженням серед дітей.
Окремо проаналізовано кримінально-правову відповідальність за доведення до самогубства та шляхи
реагування на подібні загрози. Рекомендації містять словник термінів, додатки й посилання на додаткові
джерела.The methodological recommendations are dedicated to the preventive activities of the National Police of Ukraine in combating suicide and intentional self-harm among children, taking into account modern digital risks. International legal standards, the peculiarities of the work of police officers in the field of suicide prevention, methods of detecting dangerous content on the Internet, in particular the activities of "death groups", as well as technical and psychological aspects of combating suicide and intentional self-harm among children are considered. The criminal liability for inducing suicide and ways of responding to such threats are separately analyzed. The recommendations contain a glossary of terms, appendices and links to additional sources
