та соціально-політичні процеси, що відбуваються в світі в період сьогодення,
і особливо зважаючи на ситуацію в Україні, ефективність дипломатичної
діяльність набирає все більшого значення, особливо, для країни, що бореться
за своє існування. Доведено, що на почесного консула покладено широкий перелік обов’язків та повноважень, що означає, що робота даного інституту
дипломатів робить значний внесок в забезпечення державних інтересів країни,
що представляється. Саме цей факт підтверджує важливість функціонування
даного інституту, і необхідність практичної реалізації всього доступного
потенціалу його діяльності Україною. Вивчення діяльності даної категорії
уповноважених осіб відповідає інтересам продиктованим реаліями в яких
знаходиться світ, особливо враховуючи факт того, що Україна не повністю
використовує потенціал почесних консулів. Таке положення речей має місце в
силу певних економічних, соціальних та політичних причин. Водночас
питання розширення діяльності осіб даної категорії в інтересах України є
актуальним та таким, дослідження якого відповідає національним
інтересам нашої держави.The scientific article emphasizes that, given the complex economic and
socio-political processes taking place in the world today, and especially
considering the situation in Ukraine, the effectiveness of diplomatic activity is
gaining increasing importance, especially for a country struggling for its existence.
It is proven that the honorary consul is entrusted with a wide range of duties and
powers, which means that the work of this institute of diplomats makes a
significant contribution to ensuring the state interests of the country being
represented. This fact confirms the importance of the functioning of this institute,
and the need for practical implementation of the entire available potential of its
activities by Ukraine. The study of the activities of this category of authorized
persons meets the interests dictated by the realities in which the world finds
itself, especially considering the fact that Ukraine does not fully use the potential
of honorary consuls. This state of affairs occurs due to certain economic, social
and political reasons. At the same time, the issue of expanding the activities of
persons of this category in the interests of Ukraine is relevant and one whose
study meets the national interests of our state
