Cosmetologists opinion on the effect of chemical peels in juvenile acne management
No full textRelevance of the topic. Acne is the most common skin problem in teenagers, but it can also
occur and frustrate in older age (Skroza ir kt., 2018). It is caused by many factors - hyperactivation
of the sebaceous glands, increased skin keratinization, bacterial growth, inflammation, hormones
and others (Catsillo, Keri, 2018). Many attempts are being made to solve this problem in a variety
of ways, one of them is chemical peels, which not only helps fight acne, but also reduces scars,
hyperpigmentation and wrinkles. Salicylic acid is mainly used for acne, which reduces the amount
of acne and treats post-inflammatory scars (Al-Talib ir kt., 2017). Chemical peels are very relevant
to anyone experiencing acne as it is one of the fastest acting, non-invasive treatments (Clark ir kt.,
2018).
The problem of research. What is cosmetologists opinion on the effect of chemical peel in
solving acne problems?
The object of research. Cosmetologists opinion on the effect of chemical peels in solving
acne problems.
The aim of research. To reveal the cosmetologists opinion on the effect of chemical peels in
solving acne problems.
Points of focus.
1. To review chemical peels, their properties and effects on skin affected by acne.
2. To describe the causes, mechanisms and post-inflammatory occurences of acne.
3. To determine the opinion of cosmetologists about the effects of chemical peels on the
skin affected by acne.
Research methods and subjects. The research method was an empirical study conducted at
www.docs.google.com>forms. The questionnaire was posted on social networking groups and
sent personally. The survey was conducted in April of 2022 and was answered by 55 cosmetolo gists. The questionnaire included 19 questions aimed at finding out the opinion of cosmetologists
about the effects of chemical peels in solving acne problems. The obtained data was analyzed and
systematized using Microsoft Exel program.
Research results and conclusions. The survey revealed that cosmetologists are very positive
about the effect of chemical peels in fighting acne. They are most commonly done for acne and
its post-inflammatory occurences in adolescents and people under 22 years of age. Cosmetologists
believe that chemical peels is a highly requested and effective treatment to reduce post-inflamma tory scars and hyperpigmentation. All respondents recommend this procedure for skin affected by
acne.Temos aktualumas. Jaunatviniai spuogai yra dažniausia paauglių odos problema, tačiau ji
taip pat gali atsirasti ir varginti vyresniame amžiuje (Skroza ir kt., 2018). Jų atsiradimą lemia
daugybė veiksnių- riebalinių liaukų suaktyvėjimas, padidėjusi odos keratinizacija, bakterijų dauginimasis, uždegimai, hormonai ir kiti (Catsillo, Keri, 2018). Šią problemą bandoma spręsti įvai riausiais būdais, vienas iš jų yra cheminis šveitimas, kuris padeda ne tik kovoti su spuogais, tačiau
ir mažina randelius, hiperpigmentaciją, raukšles. Jaunatviniams spuogams daugiausiai naudojama
salicilo rūgštis, kuri sumažina spuogų kiekį ir gydo randelius, likusius po jų (Al-Talib ir kt., 2017).
Cheminis šveitimas yra labai aktualus visiems, susidūrusiems su jaunatviniais spuogais, nes tai
viena iš greičiausiai veikiančių, neinvazinių procedūrų (Clark ir kt., 2018).
Tyrimo problema. Kokia kosmetologų nuomonė apie cheminių šveitiklių poveikį sprendžiant
jaunatvinių spuogų problemas?
Tyrimo objektas. Kosmetologų nuomonė apie cheminių šveitiklių poveikį sprendžiant jau natvinių spuogų problemas.
Tyrimo tikslas. Atskleisti kosmetologų nuomonę apie cheminių šveitiklių poveikį sprendžiant
jaunatvinių spuogų problemas.
Tyrimo uždaviniai.
1. Apžvelgti cheminius šveitiklius, jų savybes ir poveikį jaunatvinių spuogų pažeistai
odai.
2. Aprašyti jaunatvinių spuogų atsiradimo priežastis, mechanizmus ir liekamuosius reiš kinius.
3. Nustatyti kosmetologų nuomonę apie cheminių šveitiklių poveikį jaunatvinių spuogų
paveiktai odai.
Tyrimo metodika ir tiriamieji. Tyrimo metodu pasirinktas kiekybinis tyrimas, kuris buvo
vykdytas puslapyje www.docs.google.com>forms. Anketa buvo talpinta į socialinių tinklų grupes
ir siųsta asmeniškai. Apklausa atlikta 2022 metų balandžio mėnesį, joje dalyvavo 55 kosmetolo gai. Anketoje buvo pateikti 19 klausimų, kuriais siekta išsiaiškinti kosmetologų nuomonę apie
cheminių šveitiklių poveikį sprendžiant jaunatvinių spuogų problemas. Gauti duomenys analizuoti
ir susisteminti naudojant Microsoft Exel programą.
Tyrimo rezultatai ir išvados. Atlikus apklausą išsiaiškinta, kad kosmetologai labai teigiamai
vertina cheminių šveitiklių poveikį sprendžiant jaunatvinių spuogų problemas. Jie dažniausiai at liekami dėl jaunatvinių spuogų ir jų sukeltų liekamųjų reiškinių paaugliams ir žmonėms iki 22
metų amžiaus. Kosmetologų nuomone, cheminiai šveitimai yra labai paklausi ir efektyvi procedūra, norint mažinti použdegiminius randus ir hiperpigmentaciją. Visi į apklausą atsakiusieji

Nurse Experience in Nursing Patients after Breast Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
No full textThe relevancy of this research: According to the data, published by the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) in 2019 there were carried out more than 11,3 million surgical procedures worldwide, which over 1,7 million were breast augmentation, more than 740 thousand were breast lift and 600 thousand breast reduction surgeries. The topic is new and relevant in Lithuanian health care doctrine. Little research has been done in Lithuania considering the care of women who underwent breast plastic and reconstructive surgeries. The aim of this research: To the nurse’s experience in nursing patients after breast plastic and reconstructive surgeries. The objectives of this research: 1. Characterize breast plastic and reconstructive surgeries, the most common complications. 2. To identify problems that are faced by patients, who underwent breast plastic and reconstructive procedures in the eyes of the nurse. 3. Determine what type of actions help to prevent problems that are faced by patience after breast plastic and reconstructive surgeries. The methodology of this research: the analysis of scientific literature, qualitative research – semi-structured interview (interview with nurses, descriptive analysis) was done. The contingent of this research: The research involved 6 general practice nurses working in X treatment facilities, that nurse patients after breast plastic and reconstructive surgeries. The result of this research: Most often patients after breast plastic and reconstructive surgeries experience physical problems, patients suffer from pain, stretching feeling, and swelling, which causes discomfort. Moreover, after surgeries, it is difficult to move, hard to choose a position to sleep in and there can be problems considering personal hygiene. Patients not only endure difficulties but also unpleasant sensations that may be associated with anesthesia or surgery. After anesthesia, patients experience dizziness, weakness, and nausea. Pain, stretching, and discomfort are unavoidable after surgery. Pain is relieved by prescribing medication considering a scale, to relieve less severe pain non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are used and for more severe pain narcotic analgesics are used to treat it. In the case of pain and discomfort patients are taught how to properly sit in bed, move and take care of themselves. Cold applications are used to reduce bleeding, swelling, and stretching, they are placed after the surgery and as directed by the doctor.Darbo aktualumas: Pagal International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) duomenis, 2019 m. pasaulyje buvo atlikta daugiau nei 11, 3 mln. chirurginių procedūrų, pagal šiuos duomenis 2019 m. moterims atlikta daugiau nei 1,7 mln. krūtų didinimo, kiek daugiau nei 740 tūkst. krūtų pakėlimo ir 600 tūkst. krūtų mažinimo operacijų. Tema yra nauja ir aktuali Lietuvos sveikatos priežiūros doktrinoje. Lietuvoje menkai tyrinėta moterų, kurioms atlikta krūtų korekcija, slauga. Nepavyko aptikti jau atlikto tyrimo apie slaugytojų patirtis slaugant pacientes po krūtų plastinių ir rekonstrukcinių operacijų. Darbo tikslas: Atskleisti slaugytojo patirtis, slaugant pacientes po krūtų plastinių ir rekonstrukcinių operacijų. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Aprašyti krūtų plastines ir rekonstrukcines operacijas, dažniausias komplikacijas. 2. Nustatyti problemas su kuriomis susiduria pacientės po krūtų plastinių ir rekonstrukcinių operacijų slaugytojo požiūriu. 3. Nustatyti kokie slaugytojo veiksmai padeda išvengti problemų, su kuriomis susiduria pacientės po krūtų plastinių ir rekonstrukcinių operacijų. Tyrimo metodai: Atlikta mokslinės literatūros analizė, kokybinis tyrimas – pusiau struktūrizuotas interviu (pokalbis su slaugytojomis, aprašomoji analizė). Tyrimo kontingentas: Tyrime dalyvavo 6 X gydymo įstaigoje dirbančios bendrosios praktikos slaugytojos, slaugančios pacientes, kurioms atliktos krūtų plastinės ir rekonstrukcinės operacijos. Tyrimo rezultatai: Pacientės po krūtų plastinių ir rekonstrukcinių operacijų dažniausiai patiria fizines problemas, pacientes vargina skausmas, tempimo jausmas bei patinimai, kurie sukelia diskomfortą, po operacijų pasunkėja judėjimas, atsiranda problemų pasirenkant tinkamą miegui poziciją, rūpinantis asmens higiena. Pacientes vargina ne tik problemos, bet ir nemalonūs pojūčiai, kurie gali būti susiję su taikyta anestezija arba atlikta chirurgine intervencija. Po taikytos anestezijos, pacientes vargina galvos svaigimas, silpnumas, pykinimas. Po atliktos chirurginės intervencijos neišvengiama skausmo, tempimo jausmo bei diskomforto. Skausmas malšinamas pagal balus skiriant medikamentus, silpnesniam skausmui malšinti naudojami nesteroidiniai priešuždegiminiai vaistai nuo skausmo, stipriam ir nepakeliam skausmui – narkotiniai analgetikai. Skausmo ir nemalonių pojūčių lengvinimui pacientės mokomos tinkamai atsisėsti lovoje, judėti, pasirūpinti savimi. Kraujavimo, patinimo ir tempimo problemai mažinti naudojamos šalčio aplikacijos, kurios profilaktiškai dedamos po operacijos bei gydytojui nurodžius

the existing management system and suggestions for improving are
also included.Dabartinė nepalanki situacija dėl COVID-19 pandemijos verčia
turizmo įmones daugiau dėmesio skirti klientams ir jų poreikiams.
Ryšių su klientais valdymas viešbutyje yra svarbiausias aspektas, kurį
reikia nuolat tobulinti, siekiant patenkinti vartotojų poreikius bei
gerinti paslaugų kokybę. Klientų ryšių valdymas apgyvendinimo
pramonėje yra labai svarbus aspektas, siekiant įgyti pranašumą
rinkoje ar išsilaikyti konkurencinėje aplinkoje. Šiame darbe
analizuojamas santykių su klientais valdymas literatūroje bei keturių

Peculiarities of Geodetic Measurements in the Road Construction
No full textThe final work discusses general knowledge about the peculiarities of geodetic
measurements in road construction, describes the legal regulations governing geodetic
measurements, measurements for the preparation of topographic plan, topographic plan - basic
content, with heights and geodetic pavement plan. The aim is also to ensure that all measurements
for geodesy meet the accuracy requirements that are imposed.
Results of the final work: It was found that according to the technical regulations of
geodesy and cartography and the legislation on geodetic measurements of roads, the geodetic
features of measurements in three different objects were analyzed: road no. 3509 Viduklė-Gyliai Šienlaukis section from 7,41 to 10,52km during the overhaul, during the reconstruction of Taikos
road sections from Kovo 11 street. to Birželio 23 street. and Ateities pl. during the preparation of
topographic plan for the future road.Baigiamajame darbe aptariamos bendros žinios apie geodezinių matavimų ypatumus kelių
tiesime, aprašyti teisiniai nuostatai, kuriais vadovaujamasi atliekant geodezinius matavimus, atlikti
matavimai topografinio plano, topografinio plano - bazinio turinio, su aukščiais bei geodezinio
dangų plano rengimui, pavaizduotas duomenų pateikimas geodeziniuose planuose. Taip pat siekta
užtikrinti, kad visi geodezijai matavimai atitiktų tikslumo reikalavimus, kurie yra keliami.
Baigiamojo darbo rezultatai: Nustatyta, kad remiantis geodezijos ir kartografijos
techniniais reglamentais ir teisės aktais apie geodezinius matavimus atliekamus kelių tiesime buvo
išanalizuoti geodeziniai matavimų ypatumai trijuose skirtinguose objektuose: kelio nr. 3509
Viduklė-Gyliai-Šienlaukis ruožo nuo 7,41 iki 10,52 km kapitalinio remonto metu, rekonstruojant
Taikos pr. atkarpos nuo Kovo 11-iosios g. iki Birželio 23-iosios g. ir Ateities pl. būsimo kelio
topografinio plano sudarymo metu
