Strengthening the Employer Image of Hella Lithuania, UAB in Lithuania
No full textThe first part of the work " Theoretical definition of an employer's image, it‘s features and significance for the organization " discusses the theoretical features of the employer brand image and compares the internal and external employer branding. In the second, analytical part of the work "Characteristics and situation analysis of UAB" Hella Lithuania"" the competitive environment of the company is analyzed, the structure of the empirical research is defined and the obtained research results are analyzed in detail.The third part presents solutions that improve the employer brand image of UAB „Hella Lithuania“. The main problem of BA thesis. What is the initial image of UAB Hella Lithuania's employer, what influences the image of the international company in Lithuanian context and what steps need to be taken to improve the employer's image in the long run in order to stand out from existing competitors and become the first choice employer?
The aim of BA thesis. Based on the international and Lithuanian context, identify the image of UAB Hella Lithuania's employer and provide solutions for its improvement.Pirmoje darbo dalyje „Darbdavio įvaizdžio teorinis apibrėžimas, jo ypatumai bei reikšmė organizacijai“ aptariami teoriniai darbdavio įvaizdžio ypatumai bei lyginamas vidinis ir išorinis įvaizdis. Antrojoje, analitinėje darbo dalyje „UAB „Hella Lithuania“ charakteristika ir situacijos analizė“ analizuojama įmonės konkurencinė aplinka, apibrėžiama empirinio tyrimo struktūra bei išsamiai išanalizuojami gauti tyrimo rezultatai. Trečioje, projektinėje darbo dalyje pateikiami sprendimai, gerinantys UAB „Hella Lithuania“ darbdavio įvaizdį. Darbo problema. Usually, a social worker faces various difficulties while working with social risk families. Difficulties such as hostility, unwillingness to cooperate, aggression, and other work aggravating aspects: conflicting relationships with the manager or colleagues, shortage of cooperation with other family support institutions, employee workloads and etc. Due to all the difficulties encountered in working with social risk families, social workers often feel stressed, the consequences of which are felt by both the worker and the workplace.Socialinių darbuotojų dirbančių su socialinę riziką patiriančiomis šeimomis patiriamų sunkumų ir streso įveikos aktualizacija nėra pilnai išplėtota. The composition of the decorative glass plaques “Liberation of the Blue Bird” The final work tries to analyze how and in what ways a person is able to liberate and whether music / art really liberates the person's interior. The topic of personal liberation is addressed in a quantitative survey.
The aim of the final thesis is to explore the theme of music in modern glass plastic and implement the decorative composition of glass plaques "Liberation of the Blue Bird"
The final work consists of an introduction, theoretical part, technological part, economic part of the creative process and conclusions and recommendations. The first part analyzes the synthesis of music and art and the importance of art therapy in the development of glass plastic, which analyzes the importance of music creation, questioning, singing, art therapy for patients with stuttering, parkinson's, tourette, mental health, attention disorders, dementia, depression, PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), grief and loss, trauma, relationship problems, and many more.
In order to achieve the goal of the final work, the task is to conduct a research, survey and find out, “Can art / music liberate a person’s inner world”. A structured quantitative study (survey) of a descriptive nature is performed. In this way, the aim is to find out the individual's opinion about art, music and their importance.
It was found that most respondents agree that art helps to discover oneself and liberate a person’s inner world. Even 81.1 percent. does not agree that freedom is important only to artists. 47.8% agrees that censorship can be a good creative inspiration and all 100 percent. respondents unilaterally agreed with the question: "Do you feel that art / music can liberate a person's inner world?"
During the creative process, a composition of seven extraordinary glass plaques was created using several colored fusing “Spectrum 96” 3 mm glass, black stained glass iron oxide and blue glaze to reveal the "Liberation of the Blue Bird".Baigiamojo darbo pavadinimas: Muzikos tema šiuolaikinėje stiklo plastikoje. Dekoratyvinių stiklo plakečių kompozicija „Mėlynosios paukštės išsilaisvinimas“ Baigiamajame darbe yra bandoma išanalizuoti kaip ir kokiais būdais asmuo geba išsilaisvinti ir ar muzika / menas tikrai išlaisvina asmens vidinį pasaulį. Asmens išsilaisvinimo tema yra nagrinėjama kiekybinėje apklausoje.
Baigiamojo darbo tikslas - ištirti muzikos temą šiuolaikinėje stiklo plastikoje ir įgyvendinti dekoratyviniu stiklo plakečių kompoziciją „Mėlynosios paukštės išsilaisinimas“
Baigiamasis darbas susideda iš įvado, teorinės dalies, technologinės dalies, ekonominės kūrybinio proceso dalies ir išvadų bei rekomendacijų.
Pirmoje dalyje analizuojama muzikos ir dailės sintezė bei meno terapijos svarba kuriant stiklo plastiką kurioje analizuojama muzikos kūrimo, klausimo, dainavimo, meno terapijos svarba pacientams su mikčiojimo, parkinsono, tourette, psichine sveikatą, dėmesio sutrikimais, demencija, depresija, PTSS (potrauminis streso sindromas), sielvartu ir praradimu, traumomis, santykių problemomis ir dar daugybe kietų.
Siekiant įgyvendinti baigiamojo darbo tikslą iškeltas uždavinys: atlikti tyrimą, apklausą ir išsiaiškinti, „Ar menas / muzika gali išlaisvinti asmens vidinį pasaulį“. Atliekamas struktūruotas aprašomojo pobūdžio kiekybinis tyrimas (apklausa). Tokiu būdu siekiama išsiaiškinti individu nuomonė apie meną, muziką ir jų svarbą.
Išsiaiškinta jog dauguma respondentų sutinka, kad menas padeda atrasti save ir išlaisvinti asmens vidinį pasaulį. Net 81,1 proc. nesutinka jog laisvė yra svarbi tik menininkams. 47,8proc. sutinka jog cenzūra gali būti gera kūrybinė inspiracija bei visi 100proc. respondentų vienašališkai sutiko su klausimu: „Ar jaučiate, jog menas / muzika gali išlaisvinti asmens vidinį pasaulį?“.
Kūrybinio proceso metu įgyvendinta septynių vienetinių stiklo plakečių kompozicija, naudojant keletos spalvų fiuzinginį „Spectrum 96“ 3 mm stiklą, juodą vitražinį geležies oksidą bei mėlyną glazūrą norint atskleisti „Mėlynosios pauktštės išsilaisvinimą“

The author says that spa treatment is a great opportunity to escape the routine, take time for oneself, relieve stress and improve health. According to the author, spa treatment is important because it is not only relaxing, but also helps people's health and is an excellent means of disease prevention.Žmonės kasdien susiduria su stresu, įtemta aplinka darbe bei namuose, jie ieško būdų atsipalaiduoti, skirti laiko sau. Sanatorinis gydymas yra galimybė žmonėms ne tik atsipalaiduoti, tačiau ir pagerinti sveikatą. Pasak Langvinienės (2011), Lietuvoje vis plečiantis turizmo rinkai atsiranda naujas požiūris į SPA paslaugas. Autorė teigia, kad sanatorinis gydymas yra puiki galimybė pabėgti nuo rutinos, skirti laiko sau, numalšinti stresą ir pagerinti sveikatą. Most people with a fear of dental treatment try to avoid visits to an oral care professional and only visits when problems arise. People with a fear of dental treatment often do not properly evaluates individual oral hygiene and underestimates oral hygiene less.Naudotas kiekybinio tyrimo metodas, uždaro tipo apklausa raštu – anketa Tyrimo imtis –270 respondentų. Tyrimas atskleidė, kad dauguma žmonių, turinčių dantų gydymo baimę, stengiasi išvengti apsilankymų pas burnos priežiūros specialistą. Dantų gydymo baimę turintys žmonės dažniausiai netinkamai atlieka individualią burnos higieną ir prasčiau vertina savo burnos ertmės būklę
