responsible does not mean that they are in fact socially responsible. The majority of reporting logistics
companies do not sufficiently disclose the social responsibility component in their annual reports. This
makes it problematic to assess how logistics companies apply social responsibility and whether the
theoretical recognition of social responsibility coincides with actual practice. In this context, the problem
is the lack of implementation of social responsibility in logistics companies.
The aim of the proffesional BA thesis. After studying the specificities of UAB Hegelmann

principles of social responsibility.Pirmoje dalyje pateikiama įmonių socialinės atsakomybės raiška logistikos
įmonėse bei analizuojama įmonių socialinės atsakomybės koncepcija: socialinės atsakomybės samprata,
įgyvendinimo metodai, vertinimo kriterijai. Antrojoje dalyje aprašomi UAB „Hegelmann Transporte“
veiklos ypatumai, pateikiamas socialinės atsakomybės raiškos vertinimas įmonėje bei pateikiami
logistikos veiklos gerinimo, įgyvendinant socialinės atsakomybės principus tyrimo rezultatai. Trečioje
dalyje pateikiamos rekomendacijos įmonės logistikos veiklos gerinimui, įgyvendinant socialinės
atsakomybės principus. Darbo problema. Logistikos įmonių deklaravimas, jog jų vykdoma veikla yra socialiai
atsakinga, nereiškia, kad ji iš tiesų elgiasi socialiai atsakingai. Didžioji dalis ataskaitas skelbiančių
logistikos įmonių metiniuose pranešimuose socialinės atsakomybės dalies neatskleidžia pakankamai. Dėl
to problematiška vertinti, kaip logistikos įmonės taiko socialinę atsakomybę, ar socialinių atsakomybių
teorinis pripažinimas sutampa su įgyvendinama praktika. Atsižvelgiant į tai iškeliama problema –
nepakankamas socialinės atsakomybės įgyvendinimas logistikos įmonėje.

Art Education of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders
No full textRelevance of the research. Mikulėnaitė, Ulevičiūtė (2004, p.10) states that "Autism disorder is widespread all over the world. Children with this disorder are born in different families, regardless of their parents' education, social status and race." It is becoming one of the most important public health problems, even the term "autism epidemic" has even begun to be used (L Navickienė et al. 2019). The implementation of the inclusion plan in educational institutions will lead to an increase in the number of children with special needs in kindergartens, including autism spectrum disorder. Due to the increased special needs of educators working in kindergartens will face a challenge: how to educate children with this disorder in art activities.

The aim of the paper- reveal the possibilities of educating children with autism spectrum of activities in art.Temos aktualumas ir problema. Mikulėnaitė, Ulevičiūtė (2004, p.10) teigia, kad „Autizmo sutrikimas paplitęs visame pasaulyje. Minėtą sutrikimą turintys vaikai gimsta įvairiose šeimose, nepriklausomai nuo tėvų išsilavinimo, socialinės padėties ir rasės“. Tai tampa viena svarbiausių visuomenės sveikatos problemų, net pradėtas vartoti terminas „autizmo epidemija“ (L Navickienė ir kt. 2019). Įtraukties plano vykdymas švietimo įstaigose lems, kad darželiuose padaugės vaikų turinčių specialiųjų poreikių, tarp jų ir autizmo spektro sutrikimą. Dėl didesnio specialiųjų poreikių vaikų darželiuose dirbantys pedagogai susidurs su iššūkiu: kaip ugdyti šį sutrikimą turinčius vaikus dailės veiklose.

Antimicrobial properties of narrow-leaved gourmet (Chamerion angustifolium)

The emergence, spread, and proliferation of new strains of antimicrobial resistance have been a growing public health concern worldwide over the past decade (Larson, 2007; Nicasio, Kuti, & Nicolau, 2008; Norrby, Nord, & Finch, 2005). Bacterial resistance to antibiotics is a clinical challenge facing physicians and other health care providers in the new millennium. This growing problem has been linked to the irrational use of antibiotics. According to the data of the European Antibiotic Consumption Monitoring Network (ESAC-Net), Lithuania has been leading among European countries in the use of antimicrobial drugs in hospitals for many years - in 2010–2019. The situation of antimicrobial resistance in Lithuania is unfavorable. The urgency of the problem is shown in 2019 outbreak of carbapenem-resistant enterobacteria in hospitals in the country. From February of that year until November 199 cases of carbapenem-resistant enterobacteria were identified. As large pharmaceutical companies are not currently researching new antibiotics and are not developing due to their poor financial situation, new alternatives need to be explored, including natural herbal or plant-derived extracts with antibacterial properties. One plant that has long been used in folk medicine to fight infections is the narrow-leaved gourmet (Chamerion angustifolium). According to M. Lasinskas (2019), the plant has anti-inflammatory properties, improves digestion and is suitable for the treatment of anemia. When you find a gaurometer in the meadow, you can use all its parts - leaves, stem and flowers. Even the roots have useful properties. Gaurometis can improve the functioning of the nervous system or even protect against cancer.
Problem: does Chamerion angustifolium have antimicrobial activity?
Object: Antimicrobial activity of Chamerion angustifolium.
Aim: to determine the antimicrobial properties of Chamerion angustifolium.
Tasks: 1) Describe the biological properties of Chamerion angustifolium and the antimicrobial effect of the plant on microorganisms. 2) To evaluate the antimicrobial activity of the prepared Chamerion angustifolium extracts. 3) To compare the antimicrobial activity of Chamerion angustifolium extracts in gram-positive and gram-negative microorganism cultures.
Methodology. Information on the composition, biological, phytochemical and pharmacological properties of Chamerion angustifolium in the scientific literature has been examined. Qualitative microbiological study was performed with different amounts of extracts from Chamerion angustifolium raw materials collected from different parts of Lithuania. Produced five 20 percent concentration ethanolic extracts. Ten cultures of reference microorganisms were used in the study and were treated with five different volumes of Chamerion angustifolium extracts (0.1 ml, 0.25 ml, 0.5 ml, 0.75 ml, 1 ml). A total of 25 samples of Chamerion angustifolium extracts with reference cultures of microorganisms were tested. The survey data were processed in Microsoft Excel 2019 program.
Results and conclusions. The amount of Chamerion angustifolium extracts in the environment of the tested microorganisms was found to be directly proportional to the antimicrobial activity of these extracts. All narrow-leaved gourmet extracts tested, except for extract E, were active in 1 ml (10 pct. concentration ) against all gram-positive (Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Enterococcus faecalis, Listeria monocytogene, Bacillus cereus) and gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus mirabilis) as well as the fungus Candida albicans. The extracts had the strongest antimicrobial activity against the fungus Candida albicans and against the gram-positive bacterium Listeria monocytogenes. Chamerion angustifolium extracts had the weakest antimicrobial activity against Enterococcus faecalis and Klebsiella pneumoniae. Higher amounts of extracts had a better antimicrobial activity against gram-negative bacteria than against gram-positive ones, and lower and medium amounts of narrow-leaved gourmet extracts had a stronger antimicrobial activity against gram-positive bacteria than against gram-negative ones.Temos aktualumas. Naujų padermių atsparių antimikrobinėms medžiagoms atsiradimas, plitimas ir padidėjimas per pastarąjį dešimtmetį kelia vis didesnį visuomenės sveikatos susirūpinimą visame pasaulyje (Larson, 2007; Nicasio, Kuti ir Nicolau, 2008; Norrby, Nord ir Finch, 2005). Bakterijų atsparumas antibiotikams yra klinikinis iššūkis, su kuriuo naujajame tūkstantmetyje susiduria gydytojai ir kiti sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų teikėjai. Ši didėjanti problema buvo susijusi su neracionaliu antibiotikų vartojimu. Europos antibiotikų suvartojimo stebėsenos tinklo (ESAC-Net) duomenimis, pagal antimikrobinių vaistų suvartojimą ligoninėse – 2010 - 2019 m. Lietuva jau daug metų pirmauja tarp Europos šalių. Antimikrobinio atsparumo situacija Lietuvoje nepalanki. Problemos aktualumą rodo kai 2019 m. šalies ligoninėse įvyko protrūkis enterobakterijų, atsparių karbapenemams. Nuo tų metų vasario mėn. iki lapkričio mėn. buvo nustatyti 199 atsparių karbapenemams enterobakterijų atvejai. Kadangi šiuo metu didelės farmacijos įmonės nevykdo naujų antibiotikų tyrimų ir nekuria dėl prastos finansinės padėties, reikia ieškoti naujų alternatyvų, įskaitant natūralius vaistažolių arba augalinės kilmės ekstraktus, turinčius antibakterinių savybių. Vienas iš jau nuo seno liaudies medicinoje naudojamas augalas kovoti su infekcijomis yra siauralapis gaurometis (Chamerion angustifolium). Pasak M. Lasinsko (2019) augalas turi priešuždegiminėmis savybės, gali gerinti virškinimą, yra tinkamas mažakraujystės gydymui. Pievoje rastas gaurometis gali būti panaudotas visas, visos jo dalis – lapus, stiebą ir žiedus. Ir šaknys pasižymi naudingomis savybėmis. Siauralapis gaurometis gali pagerinti nervų sistemos veiklą ar net apsaugoti nuo vėžinių susirgimų.
Problema: ar Chamerion angustifolium veikia antimikrobiškai?
Objektas: Chamerion angustifolium antimikrobinis veikimas.
Tikslas: nustatyti Chamerion angustifolium antimikrobines savybes.
Uždaviniai: 1) Aprašyti Chamerion angustifolium biologines savybes bei augalo antimikrobinį poveikį mikroorganizmams. 2) Įvertinti pagamintų Chamerion angustifolium ekstraktų antimikrobinį veikimą. 3) Palyginti Chamerion angustifolium ekstraktų antimikrobinį veikimą gramteigiamoms ir gramneigiamoms mikroorganizmų kultūroms.
Metodika. Išnagrinėta mokslinėje literatūroje pateikta informacija apie Chamerion angustifolium sudėtį, biologines, fitochemines ir farmakologines savybes. Atliktas kokybinis mikrobiologinis tyrimas su skirtingais ekstraktų kiekiais iš skirtingų Lietuvos vietovių surinktomis Chamerion angustifolium žaliavomis. Pagaminti penki 20 proc. koncentracijos etanoliniai ekstraktai. Tyrime naudota dešimt etaloninių mikroorganizmų kultūrų rūšių ir jos buvo veikiamos penkiomis skirtingomis Chamerion angustifolium ekstraktų kiekiais (0,1 ml, 0,25 ml, 0,5 ml, 0,75 ml, 1 ml). Iš viso tirta 25 Chamerion angustifolium ekstraktų mėginių su etaloninėmis mikroorganizmų kultūromis. Tyrimo duomenys apdoroti Microsoft Excel 2019 programa.
Rezultatai ir išvados: Visi tirti siauralapio gauromečio ekstraktai, išskyrus ekstraktą E, 1 ml kiekyje (10 proc. koncentracijoje) veikė visas tirtas gramteigiamąsias (Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Enterococcus faecalis, Listeria monocytogenes ir Bacillus cereus) ir gramneigiamąsias (Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus mirabilis) bakterijas, taip pat ir grybelį Candida albicans. Ekstraktai antimikrobiškai stipriausiai veikė prieš grybelį Candida albicans ir prieš gramteigiamą bakteriją – Listeria monocytogenes. Silpniausiai ekstraktai antimikrobiškai veikė prieš bakterijas Enterococcus faecalis ir Klebsiella pneumoniae. Didesni ekstraktų kiekiai antimikrobiškai veikė geriau prieš gramneigiamas bakterijas nei prieš gramteigiamas, o mažesni ir vidutinis kiekis siauralapio gauromečio ekstraktai veikė antimikrobiškai stipriau prieš gramteigiamas bakterijas nei prieš gramneigiamas
