No full text2012-2013年度科学研究費助成事業（若手研究（B））研究成果報告書 課題番号：24730292 研究代表者：三浦壮（鹿児島大学・法文学部・准教授）近代日本における地方工業化に対して、地方資産家が果たした役割はきわめて大きいものがあった。その原動力を、山口県宇部地域の工業化過程を対象に実証分析を行った。その結果、自らが共同投資をしないと地域社会が自らを受け入れてくれないという「連帯的強制」と、地域社会の持続的発展に寄与したいという「貢献意欲」が並列的に存在したことを二次資料からではあるが推認した。地方企業への投資動機は経済的動機と社会的動機に明確に区分されるものではなく、「地域社会の発展」という社会的動機により投資をした企業が利益を上げる組織に変化していく中で、最終的に社会的動機が経済的動機をみこしたものになっていくことを示した。As for the role that a local capitalist achieved, there was an extremely big thing, and, for the local industrialization in modern Japan, proof analyzed the driving force for the industrialization processes of the Ube, Yamaguchi area. No full text2011-2013年度科学研究費助成事業（基盤研究（C））研究成果報告書 課題番号：235306680 研究代表者：城戸秀之（鹿児島大学・法文学部・教授）本研究は高度情報化が進む現代日本社会において現れる大都市圏と地方との格差に社会学からアプローチする。これは技術の先端性を重視して情報化を一意的な過程と見る技術決定論的視点からでは捉えられない地域社会の多様性に関する問題を示すのであり、それは情報化の社会的な位相において捉える必要がある。まず地域社会内の制度・関係・行為などが変化する社会的過程として捉える視点を新たに示し、大分県での地域情報化事業と活動に関する事例調査を行った。そこから地域情報化において社会的な認識や制度のあり方が要件となっていることを示し、地域社会の特性に合わせた多様な情報化の可能性を探ることができた。Since 2001 Japanese Government has purposed the advanced informatization in ICT policy. On national level it was achieved, but on regional level rather new regional imbalances are found. It is considered technology determinism. of the policy pursues the unilinear development and omitted diversities of local societies in rural area. I approached this problem from sociology. I regard the process of regional informatization as the social process as changes of local society, so search for the social requirements to utilize ICT effective in local society. I conducted researches in Oita Prefecture, where people has attempted regional informatization with local sectors cooperation since 1980's. I have two findings; (1) The effective informatization of local society needs some social apparatuses to make ICT fit to its regional matters; (2) In the rural area, local society projects informatization different from the urban area with not high but fitted technologies and services

No full text内閣府国際交流事業の1つである平成25年度青年社会活動コアリーダー育成プログラムに参加し, デンマークにおける高齢者福祉を取り巻く状況を学ぶ機会を得た｡ デンマークは社会福祉国家として教育費, 医療・介護費の無料化, 充実した公的扶助により国民全ての生活が保障されている｡ 他方, 社会福祉サービスは社会サービス法で一元的に規定され, この法律の中で, 高齢者は可能な限り在宅で生活することを期待されている｡ また, 高齢者3原則(自己決定の尊重, 自己資源の活性化, 継続性の維持) の考えのもと, 1) 自助支援, 2) リハビリテーションの推進, 3) 福祉テクノロジーの活用, 4) インフォーマルサービス等の多様な支援により高齢者は地域で質の高い生活を実現できている｡ これは高齢者, 家族, 地域住民, 専門職, 行政がそれぞれの役割を理解し, その役割を実行することで互いが合理的かつ的確に連携しているためであると考える｡We had the opportunity to learn about the situation surrounding elderly welfare in Denmark through participation in the FY 2013 Young Core Leaders of Civil Society Groups Development Program, one of the international exchange projects sponsored by the Japanese Cabinet Office. As a social welfare state, Denmark guarantees life security for all its citizens by providing extensive public assistance, as well as free education, medical care, and long-term care. On the other hand, social welfare services are centralized under the law of social services. This law stipulates that the elderly should live at home to the extent possible. Moreover, based on the three principles of the elderly (i.e., respect for self-determination, use of own resources, and maintain continuity), a high quality of life is possible among community-dwelling elderly through various types of support, such as 1) help to self-help, 2) promotion of rehabilitation, use of welfare technology, and 4) informal services by NGOs and volunteers. This is made possible by the rational and appropriate collaboration between the elderly, families, community residents, specialists , and administration, by understanding and carrying out their respective roles
A Study of the Arteries distributed in the Sinuatrial Node of Human Heart : relationship between the Coronary Arterial Dominance and the Origin of the Sinuatrial Nodal Branch
No full textThe sinuatrial nodal branch (SANB) of the coronary artery is anatomically and clinically important as it irrigates the sinu-atrial node. Studies of the origin and route of the SANB in human hearts have produced discrepant findings and therefore in this study we macroscopically investigated the origin, route, and distribution of the SANB in 100 human hearts. In addition, we examined the relationship between the coronary artery dominance and numbers of the branches, origin of the SANB. The SANB was found to take one branch in 91cases (91.0%), two branches in 8 cases (8.0%), and
three branches in one case (1.0%). Right coronary artery dominance was found in 57 cases (57.0%), while balanced coronary circulation and left coronary artery dominance was found in 28 cases (28.0%) and 15 cases (15.0%). The origin of the SANB was independent of coronary arterial dominance

No full text2012-2013年度科学研究費助成事業（若手研究（B））研究成果報告書 課題番号：24792564 研究代表者森隆子（鹿児島大学・医学部・助教）小規模島嶼においては、住民自らが主体的な役割を獲得して、積極的に保健活動に参加できることが重要である。そこで、看護職がどのようにしてそのような看護実践を意図した役割を獲得していくかを検討した。小規模島嶼における熟達者は、島嶼社会において従来精神衛生上の課題とされてきたと見られる文脈を克服し、むしろそれ以上に専門職としての役割形成ならびに役割遂行の‘手がかり’として効果的に活用しながら発展的な活動デザインを創り出していた。In rural islands, the residents themselves to win the role proactive, can participate in health activity is important. No full text2011-2013年度科学研究費助成事業（基盤研究（C））研究成果報告書 課題番号：23580475 研究代表者：徳永正雄（鹿児島大学・農学部・教授）好塩性酵素は、総荷電が大きくマイナスに偏った酸性蛋白質であり、広いpH領域で多量のマイナス荷電をもち、通常酵素が機能しない高濃度塩存在下でも「塩析効果」を受けず機能できる。高次構造を壊す他のストレス環境下でも多量のマイナス荷電による高可溶性と荷電の反発による「非凝集性」を保持し、可逆的な構造回復能を示す「不可逆的に変性しない酵素」である。この好塩性タンパク質遺伝子を分離、大量発現させ、性質検討を行った。また、融合タンパク質作成のタグとしてその全長または部分配列を利用した。Halophilic proteins, acidic proteins with high content of negative charge, can function under high salt conditions without salting-out effects of salts. High solubility and negative charge repulsion make halophilic protein resistant to various stresses which induce denaturaion of protein, and thus, holophilic proteins are highly resistant to denaturation (resistant to irreversible-aggregation). No full text2010-2013年度科学研究費助成事業（若手研究（A））研究成果報告書 課題番号：22686032 研究代表者：寺井慶和（鹿児島大学・理工学研究科・准教授）シリサイド半導体β-FeSi2は、近赤外の波長領域で受・発光機能を示す新規シリコン光エレクトロニクス材料である。本研究では、能動的にひずみを導入し、β-FeSi2のバンド構造を制御することを目的とした。その結果、β-FeSi2エピタキシャル膜のa軸方向へのひずみ導入が、間接遷移型から直接遷移型へのバンド構造制御に有効であることを見出した。また、その研究過程で、低残留キャリア濃度の高品質β-FeSi2エピタキシャル膜の作成にも成功した。Semiconducting silicide, beta-FeSi2, is a novel silicon-optoelectronic material which shows photoresponse and light emission in the wavelength range of near infrared. In this study, we have studied the strain-induced modification of band structure in beta-FeSi2. In the results, it was revealed that an introduction of strain along a-axis direction of the beta-FeSi2 epitaxial film is effective to control the band structure from indirect transition type to direct transition one. In addition, we have succeeded in the growth of high quality beta-FeSi2 epitaxial film with low residual carrier concentration
