Sapir writes, "The study of how a language reacts to the presence of foreign words―rejecting them, translating 【translate, "To change in form, appearance, or substance, to transmute", OED_2, translate 4.III.4】 them, or freely accepting them―may throw much valuable light on its innate formal tendencies." (Sapir, Language, 1921, p. 210) However, as far as I know, no linguists have ever paid any attention to Sapir’s view. The present paper is a philological attempt to clarify how the innate formal system of English interferes when foreign words are introduced into the language, taking the case of auburn in Shakespeare, and to insist that Sapir’s view should be taken into consideration in English lexicologyサピアは以下のように言う。"The study of how a language reacts to the presence of foreign words―rejecting them, translating 【translate, "To change in form, appearance, or substance, to transmute", OED_2,

Comparison of Dietary Habits for Fijian People among the Three Local Villages
No full textフィジーの３村落を対象として、食材利用の比較を行った。また、安定同位体比を使った島嶼域の食生活を比較する方法論を確立するため、食材の安定同位体比を測定した。いずれの村落でも、野菜類の使用頻度が最も高く、穀物類と海産物がこれに次いだ。また、経済状況や市場へのアクセシビリティに関係なく、地域で生産された食材と市場購入した食材をいずれの村落でも同程度に利用していた。地域で採取した海産物食材では高い炭素・窒素同位体比が見られ、他の食材とは異なった。この特徴を利用すれば、食文化の違いを村落間で定量的に比較できるかもしれない

No full text本稿では、我が国が「知的財産立国」を明確に標傍して以来、研究開発の成果としてある
特許を巡って、様々な問題が指摘され論議が展開されてきたこと、中でも近年職務発明特許に関して、
特にその帰属、対価の在り方を焦点に特許法の改正を望む産業界からの強い要請があったこと、また
それらを受けて特許法35条が検討されてきたことについて記した。
2014年10月には、発明者の権利・利益を損ねることなく、産業界の対価リスク軽減要請に応じる
ような格好で法改正される方針が定まり、早期に国会へ改正法案を提出する予定で、最終的な検討調
整が、現在（2015年1月）各界の意見要望を爵酌しながら図られつつあることを述べた。On October 17 ,2014 , crucial decision was announced which would change the principle of Japanese Patent
Law Article 35 ,that defines indispensable aspects concerning invention by the employee. The right to an invention is to
shift from an inventor to a company ,that was produced. Because strong encouragement by employers to reduce the risk
against the huge remuneration requested by inventors has eventually led to the govenmental action.
This paper examins the particular background of this significant change
