No full textW artykule przedstawiono korpus języka mieszkańców polskiego Spisza jako źródło badań współczesnej kultury wsi. Pierwsza część szkicu zawiera podstawowe informacje o elektronicznym zbiorze nagrań i ich transkrypcjach. W części drugiej, egzemplifikacyjnej, scharakteryzowano - na podstawie treści wyekscerpowanych z bazy - obrzędowość pasterską górali spiskich (m.in. pędzenie owiec na wypas, zajęcia pasterzy). Temat, choć wybrany arbitralnie, trafnie ilustruje zawartość Korpusu Spiskiego. Zebrany materiał pokazuje, że opublikowane w otwartym dostępie "archiwum mowy" stanowi cenny rezerwuar tradycji ludowych, wzorów tożsamościowych oraz wartości, przynosi również nową wiedzę o zwyczajach Spiszaków. Przykładowa analiza wskazuje ponadto, jakie dane kryją się w wywiadach gwarowych, w jaki sposób korzystać z Korpusu oraz z jakimi trudnościami może się mierzyć osoba go przeszukująca.This article presents a corpus of the language of the inhabitants of Polish Spisz as a source for research on contemporary rural culture. The first part provides basic information about this electronic collection of audio recordings and their transcriptions. The second part characterises the shepherding rituals of the Spisz highlanders (including, for example, herding sheep, shepherds’ occupations) on the basis of material extracted from the database. Although the topic was chosen arbitrarily, it aptly illustrates the content of the Spisz Dialect Corpus. The examples under discussion demonstrate that the "speech archive" in question, which is available to the public, serves as a significant repository of information about folk traditions, identity patterns and values, and provides novel insights into the customs of the Spisz people. The analysis further reveals the nature of the data contained in the dialectal interviews, the manner in which the Corpus can be used, and the difficulties that a person browsing this resource may encounter
