No full text本稿は，愛媛県内企業におけるワーク・ライフ・バランス支援の取り組み状況について，筆者らが2016年に実施した調査をもとに分析を行ったものである。分析の結果，回答企業の8割以上が自社の取り組みに対して成果を実感するなど，ワーク・ライフ・バランスに対する「企業」レベルの支援は，愛媛県内企業においても定着しつつあることが明らかとなった。他方において，非正規の職員・従業員への適用をめぐっては依然として支援の対象外となっているケースが一定数見受けられ，適用拡大にむけて今後一層取り組む必要があることも示唆された。This paper focuses on company support to help employees achieve a work-life balance in Ehime. As a result of the analysis, based on a survey by the authors in 2016, it is concluded that more than 80% of the companies in the survey realized improved outcomes for their efforts. In addition, some problems became clear, such as expansion of how to apply these measures to include non-regular employees
