No full text現在，保育の現場においては，「保育の質」がさかんに言われており，｢保育の質｣ とは具体的に何なのか，あきらかにする必要があると本研究者は感じていた。そこで本研究では，愛媛県西予市での保育士に対する研修会資料として発表した資料を基に，絵本『ガンピーさんのふなあそび』や，保育士養成校での授業での取り組みによる各事例を紹介しながら，「保育内容」における保育の本質を論じた。 子どもの年齢と発達を理解した実践の中で，家庭に子どもの育ちを伝えながら，子どもを否定的に見ず，保育の基本である遊びの楽しさを伝え，子どものすることを善意に見る視点を持って関わることが「保育の質」の原点であることがあきらかになった。A current topic in early childhood education is childcare quality. In this paper the author introduces a workshop study with the childcare staff of Seiyo City, Ehime. The workshop focused on lessons presented in the Japanese children’s book Ganpi-san’s Toy Boat and how these lessons can be applied to the nursery and kindergarten classrooms in order to raise the quality of education. Furthermore, the workshop stressed that quality education includes: 1) communication with parents regarding their child’s development, 2) creation of a positive environment where children can enjoy learning, and 3) acceptance of each child for who they are, no matter their abilities

The Current State of School Social Work in Ehime
No full text本研究は，愛媛県におけるスクールソーシャルワークの今日に至る過程と現状を整理したうえで，そこ での課題を析出することを目的としたものである。その際，特にA市におけるスクールソーシャルワーカー の活動を事例として取り上げ，同市を舞台としたミクロレベル，メゾレベル，マクロレベルの実践の内容 についてそれぞれ検討を行った。以上の結果，（1）スクールソーシャルワークの推進体制を機能強化し， 福祉専門職がスクールソーシャルワーカーとして教育現場に適切に配置されること，またそれによって（2） ソーシャルワーカーの専門的な知識や技術を用いて，子どもや子どもを取り巻く環境に働きかけるための 枠組みを愛媛県においても今後さらに整備していく必要性が示された。The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology began the school social worker project in 2008. This paper aims to discuss current problems of school social work in Ehime. The authors conducted a survey of the conditions for school social workers, taking into consideration two issues. First, local governments need to employ specialists and include job security for the professional school social workers. Second, school social workers must improve their skills in order to deal with all of the problems, including domestic problems, facing children today
A Study of Facial Distinctiveness in Parts and Wholes
No full text顔の示差性とは，集団の中におけるある顔の目立ちやすさのことである。目立ちやすいほど示差的な顔であり，反対に目立ちにくい顔は典型的な顔とされる。本研究では，示差性に関する次の2つの問題を検討した。第1は，示差性の高い顔とそうでない顔とでは同じ処理がなされているのか，という問題である。 第2は，部分特徴に注目した場合，示差性の高い部分特徴（もしくはそうでない部分特徴）は存在するのか， という問題である。この問題を検討するために，顔認識において重要とされる布置情報と部分特徴，いずれかを変化させた2つの条件で比較を行った。実験1の結果，示差性は部分特徴変化の検出感度に影響するものの，顔認知の感度は示差性よりも布置情報の変化に影響されることが示され，示差性の高い顔も低い顔も同様の処理が行われている可能性が示唆された。また実験2の結果，部分特徴単独であっても示差性が存在することが示された。While a non-distinctive face is often referred to as a “typical” face, facial distinctiveness is the central method used to distinguish any one particular face in a crowd. This study posits two questions concerning facial distinctiveness: First, are so-called “distinctive” faces and “typical” faces processed in the same way? Second, does each individual facial part have distinctiveness in and of itself? In order to test these two queries, we conducted two experiments that measured facial recognition ability after either the configural or the part information of a face was changed. The results of experiment 1 showed that the sensitivity of facial recognition was more affected by the configural information than by the facial distinctiveness; therefore, we conclude that “distinctive” and “typical” faces are processed in the same manner. Experiment 2 showed that individual facial parts each have innate distinctiveness
