Development of Medical Databases using Large Language Models
A database, PubMedMA (PubMed Meta-Analyses), was developed, which is based on the analysis of biomedical research papers and summaries using a Large Language Model (LLaMa3). The aim is to collect medical data in a structured database as medical records and make them usable for meta-analyses. By using Large Language Models, the analysis and extraction of data from the PubMed database for medical papers and summaries is implemented and automated as a pipeline. The generated medical records include information on diseases, drugs, medical groups and outcomes as well as results and are stored in the PubMedMA database. This enables comprehensive medical meta-analyses and promotes research through easy accessibility and structured query options that ensure clear access to the data. The evaluation of the results confirmed that the accuracy of data extraction and processing was generally good. The database proves to be a potentially valuable tool for medical researchers and the pharmaceutical industry to accelerate research and development processes and improve treatment methods

Das Führungsverständnis der Nagarro ES GmbH
Diese Arbeit untersucht den Zusammenhang zwischen der Übereinstimmung von Führungsverständnis, Führungserwartung und Führungserleben sowie deren Einfluss auf die Führungszufriedenheit der Geführten. Basierend auf dem Führungsmodell von Trost (2022) wurde eine quantitative Querschnittstudie innerhalb des Unternehmens Nagarro ES GmbH durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass eine geringere Abweichung von Führungsverständnis der Führungskraft und Führungserwartung der Geführten einen schwachen positiven Einfluss auf die Wahrnehmung der Geführten hinsichtlich der Führungskraft-Geführten-Beziehung haben kann. Außerdem wurde festgestellt, dass eine geringere Abweichung zwischen der Führungserwartung und dem Führungserleben der Geführten mit einer leicht erhöhten Zufriedenheit der Geführten einhergehen kann

Abstract
Introduction: Artistic gymnastics exposes athletes to high landing forces, increasing the risk of lower extremities injuries. The Landing Error Scoring System (LESS) identifies movement patterns that may predict such injuries. Limited research exists on training programs aimed at reducing landing-related injury risks. This study assessed the effects of a strength training program on LESS scores, Y-Balance Test results, and jump height in elite male gymnasts.
Methods: This pilot study examined a sample of nine male elite gymnasts (age: 11.6 ± 1.24 years). After baseline testing, participants completed the same eight-week specific 12-minute circuit training program with two sessions per week, followed by post-testing. The training program incorporated plyometric jumps, core and lower limb strengthening, and lower limb alignment stability exercises. The test battery included the LESS, the Y-Balance Test, and jump height measurement using a contact plate. Since the data are not normally distributed, the Wilcoxon Test was selected.
Results: Of the nine initially tested athletes, seven completed both the eight-week training program and the follow-up testing. There was no difference between baseline and post-treatment on the Jumping height (mean difference of ranks (MDR): -2.120 , standard error of the difference (SED): 0.819, p = 0.078), the LESS (MDR: 1.000, SED: 0.297, p = 0.233) and the right Y-Balance (MDR: -3.645, SED: 2.895, p = 0.310). There was a significant difference between baseline and post-treatment on the left Y-Balance (MDR: -4.062, SED: 1.020, p = 0.021).
Conclusion: This pilot study did not provide evidence that a specific strength training program improves test battery outcomes significantly for lower extremity control. Future studies should consider longer intervention periods or more targeted strength training exercises in bigger sample sizes. Furthermore, the adaptation of LESS evaluation criteria for different sports should be explored
