No full textThis propeller was built in 1954 by Port Weller Dry Docks, Port Weller, Ontario. She was owned by Colonial Steamships. She touched bottom just above whaleback Shoal, St. Lawrence River, October 15, 1973. She was dry docked at Thunder Bay from October 20 to 28 for repairs. She struck lock pier at Soo Locks on May 5, 1977, sustaining hull damage. A survey in Montreal discovered damage from September 1, 1978 incident when she bumped the bank about Welland Canal's Bridge 10. She was sold to Indian shipbreakers in September, 1990, and arrived at Alang for scrapping on October 31, 1990

No full textThis propeller was built in 1898 by F.W. Wheeler and Company, West Bay City, Michigan. She was owned by Bessemer Steamship Company until 1901, when she was sold to Pittsburgh Steamship Company. She was then sold to Wyandotte Transportation Company in 1954, Kovalchick Salvage Company in 1955, Merritt-Chapman & Scott Corporation in 1955, and Roen Steamship Company in 1958. In 1954, she became "Wychem 105." She originally carried twin stacks and was the largest freighter on the Great Lakes at the time of her launching. She was used in 1955 as temporary breakwater at Clegg Road water intake, Bay Village, Ohio. After completion of job, around 1958, she was towed to Cleveland, Ohio, prior to sale to Roen Steamship Company. Roen used her for the same purpose. She was scrapped in the fall of 1974, by Bay Shipbuilding Company, Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, with report that a portion of her hull was to be converted to a yard barge. She was removed from documentation in April, 1975, and the barges from the hull of the Morse ("Wychem 105) were scrapped over winter of 1981-82
