This barge was built in 1896 by Chicago Ship Building Company, Chicago, Illinois. She was owned by Bessemer Steamship Company, Cleveland, Ohio, until 1901, when she was sold to Pittsburgh Steamship Company, Cleveland, Ohio. In 1936, she was sold to Mohawk Navigation Company, Montreal, Canada. She was sold to Luedtke Engineering Company, Frankfort, Michigan, in 1967. She was sunk as temporary breakwater for construction of Hydro Electric Pumped Storage Project, Two Creeks, Wisconsin, on Lake Michigan, in 1967, along with Canadian propeller "Saskatoon." She was raised and towed to Kewaunee, Wisconsin, Septamber 14, 1972. She broke free from moorings at Kewaunee, Wisconsin, during storm on April 9, 1973, swung around, and struck Corps of Engineering dredge "Kewaunee" and some scows. The impact punctured a hole in her stern, above waterline. She was remoored alongside "Saskatoon," until 1975, when scrapping began at Hyman-Michaels Company, Duluth, Minnesota

This propeller was built in 1919 by Great Lakes Engineering Works, Ashtabula, Ohio. She was owned by U.S. Shipping Board, Washington, D.C., until 1927, when she was sold to International Packing Company, Seattle, Washington. In 1928, she was purchased by the U.S.S.R., Vladivostok, U.S.S.R.. In 1922, she became "Paria," in 1927, she became "Chase," and in 1928, she became "Kamchatka." She was dropped from Lloyd's Register circa 1959
