The Albanian Prizren League factor and beyond: distinct developments exposed by the Western sources
For many countries in Europe, both in the West and in the East, the nineteenth century was critical in their respective paths towards the attainment of national independence goals. Each nation had its own unique struggles in that political course. Albania, and the Albanian nation was no exception. The seizure of the Albanian territory by the Montenegro, Serbia and Greece during the last two centuries severely affected the Albanian nation. The aim of this research, however, is not to focus exclusively on the ways and means related to Albanian territory division, but to delve into foundations of the selected events, with great impact to the Albanian nation. The current developments and challenges in the Albanian territories in the Balkans cannot be productively analyzed without examining the historical context, within which, the Prizren League played a critical part. Indeed, even though the League, at the time, was largely overlooked by the Western powers, still played, an important role in the ensuing Albanian historical developments. The League, initially an Ottoman supporting mechanism, of mutual (Albanian-Ottoman) interest, developed into an autonomous organization revolting to the perceived enemies of the Albanian cause, later, even against the Ottomans. This study aims to highlight the causes of the formation of the Prizren League, its activities, Albanian revolts against the perceived enemies and other related topics that painted their ordinary life, in the stipulated period. The objective of the research is to focus exclusively on the Western sources visa-a-vis the examined topics in an endeavor, to present, as much as possible, an unbiased picture of events and developments. Numerous themes have been explored in light of many old and authentic sources, in an attempt to enrich the quantity of the examined themes with qualitative inputs..
Impact of e-recruitment strategies in enterprises of the Republic of Kosovo
This research presents a general theoretical overview and empirical research on e-recruitment strategies in enterprises of the Republic of Kosovo and at the same time evaluates the effect of e-recruitment on the employment process. The study mainly focused on data from the survey of 317 managers of different levels and owners of enterprises who are present or involved in the Strategic Human Resource Management process. These data argued for the increased potential of electronic recruitment for qualitative selection, competitive advantage and other benefits.Electronic recruitment, although not an official part of recruitment, significantly enhanced the recruitment process and changed the nature of the current recruitment process. Deillon (2014) defines electronic recruitment as a new information technology tool for selecting one of the most important human resource resources. While Barber (1998) defines it as an activity to fill positions efficiently and effectively
Access to the Court, as a basic principle of due process
Access to the court, is one of the basic principle of due process. This principle is provided by the international acts and also by domestic laws. Constitution of Albania provides that every person has the right to address the court in order to protect their own legal rights, freedom and interests. Access to justice is an important aspect of due process, the absence of which makes in-existent the discussion for respecting the principle of due legal process. This principle is one of the European Convention of Human Rights elements of the article 6 and it is specifically interpreted by the European Court of Human Rights.Albania undertook some action to reform the justice system, and some of laws are amendmented and affected even the part of access to the court. Some changes were done to the Procedural Civil Code, with the aim that the civil procedure to be easy, the time of the proceeding to be reasonable, the access to court to be easy for every citizen, the procedures to be simplified etc.In this paper there are analyzied the rights to address to the court, as part of appropriate process, cases when this right can be restricted, which is the practice followed by the domestic courts intertwining with the attitude that keeps the European Court of Human Rights, the changes that were made to the laws by Albania during these years and affects that access to the court
Using Jovanovich’s Learning Effects Model to Predict Advantageous Product among Micro and Small agro-food manufacturing Enterprises in Kenya
Advantageous product is a product with a competitive edge over others in the market. It attracts more revenue for the enterprise, fulfils sophisticated customer demands and is highly differentiated. In this paper, enterprise’s size and age influence on advantageous food products for local and export markets are examined. Formality is considered as a moderating factor. The study sampled 132 food-manufacturing Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in Busia and Nairobi Counties. The researcher used Jovanovich’s Learning Effect Model to inform the conceptual framework. A seven Likert Scale questionnaire was used to measure the MSEs’ gradation in opinion, attitude and behaviour on size, age, registration and how they influenced their advantageous product. Research instruments’ reliability was tested by chronbach’s alpha and realized 0.97 which was greater than 0.70 showing excellent internal consistency. Due to weak information management system of agro-food processors in Busia county, snowballing sampling techniques was used and fisher sampling techniques formula at standard normal deviate of 1.96 on Nairobi County Government given its numerous food manufacturing enterprises. The data was analyzed using moderated Logit model at a corresponding 5% level of significance using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 21.0. The study found out that enterprise size, age and registration status (as a whole) significantly influenced agro-food processors to produce advantageous product (wald (1) =41.297, p=.000, sig<.05, 2-tailed) but not as independent stand alone factor. The study recommends census of all agro-food manufacturing enterprises in Kenya. It also suggests combination of size and age factors in the registration and development of the enterprises. Finally the study recommends establishment of a food and beverage administration authority to support MSEs for export market

Ethical Relativism and Morality
As an egoistic nature, the human being finds it difficult to be relative to others and absolute to himself, while he is inclined to believe that others should be relative to him.The moment we want to make a step in our life, perhaps at an early age, we face another idea, desire or belief. It is this period which proves that our beliefs are personal creations that take life when we allow ourselves to engage in the broader social circle. The individual is unable to accomplish himself if he does not become part of the nucleus to which he belongs, where he also gets the energies needed in adapting his ego to the universal one, which is the world itself. This paper provides in-depth analysis of what moral is in the ethical relativism: different for every human being, depending on the view point of the person affected and the conditions a person is placed in. None the less, all of these are also affected by the society, a person is born and raised in, being it the ruling norm in the family, the social interactions, traditions and customs executed, which determine the concept of moral actions to everyone
The Adriatic Coast and Tourist Potentials in the Lagoon Ecosystems
The Adriatic coast is characterized by the presence of a highly diversified lagoon system. That is considered to be a high tourism potential and a basis for a more sustainable development of the economy of the area in which they are found. Changes of sea level rise on the Adriatic coast lagoon prominently displayed on the change of biodiversity. Besides the natural factors in this lagoon as well as all other lagoons of the Adriatic coast it feels a lot during the last 60 years of pressure from human society itself. In the dynamics of the waters of the Patok lagoon play a major role in hydrological processes of climate (the arrival of water through tides, increasing during heavy autumn, winter flooding, evaporation process of the wind, etc.), which raise or lower the level water in the lagoon creating this process through channels connecting the Patoku sea. The study aims to identify the values of this wetland complex located in the coastline and is identified as a region in a critical condition and vulnerable to climate change. Here, it can be successfully develop several types of tourism: the creative and ecological. The chaotic urbanization and the problems that derive from it, have arisen massive violation of environmental balance, associated with environmental, social and demographic problems. The paper, it is based on a multi-year work to show their biodiversity values, as well as the measures needed to be taken in order to build the tourism secto
The Conflict Resolution, Security and State-Building Process in Libya
The aftermath of the Libyan conflict and the country instability continues due to the internal political division echo of the Arab Spring and the overall fragile regional context strongly influenced by external powers seeking to impact on the direction the country takes socio-economically and politically. In post-Qaddafi Libya the long transition to sustainable institutions and peace remains fragile. The tensions between political parties, armed groups and non-state security actors with different ideological preferences resulted in the full-scale civil war that broke out in the mid-2014. The large arsenal inherited from Qaddafi regime fell under the armed groups and non-state security actors control increasing the already vast proliferation of weapons escalating political tensions and polarization between religious and secular actors. This research aims to examine the transition process in the post-conflict Libya assessing the political developments within the broader aspects of regional peace, stability and security and in reverse how the political instability in Libya affects broader regional security, the growth of violent extremism and uncontrolled acute forced migrations through Libya’s porous border. Libya is a strategic partner and an international player for the EU engaged with the emerging power in the Mediterranean region and the Middle East. The EU interest focuses - beside foster a sustainable economic system – on preserve peace and prevent conflict strengthening its relations with its neighboring countries to maintain security in the region. To reach national, regional and international security is necessary to recognize security as a political matter to be reflected in a long-term process part of the governance reform and economic development through a coherent and effective inter-policy approach
Scientific revolution and God: compatibility gap analysis from the non-religious perspective
For some time now and at several levels, various debates have been taking place, on whether the God factor, is, or can be made compatible with the contemporary science. This study attempts to explore the nature of this debate, by delving in two critical concerns; origin and evolution of life and universe. In line with meticulous endeavor to comprehend the matter of the concern, the theories pertaining to subjects of the debates, such as, the theory of evolution, theory of relativity and quantum physics are explored and analyzed. The exclusivity of this study is the omission of the religion (or respective religious point of view) from the debate itself. The paper also attempts to define God and additionally offers numerous prominent scientists’ views in relation to God. Moreover, the study also delves into the inside focus of the science camp and the burden of responsibility they have to the outside world. A number of significant points to the study, diverse in shape and composition, are put forward to elucidate the issues concerned. The paper, however, concludes that modern science, in relation to origin and evolution of life and universe, is unreliable, in disarray, filled, above all, with gaps, inconsistencies and paradoxes that scientists themselves admit. This challenging state has, ultimately, induced even modern prominent scientists to shift their belief and acknowledge that God, or, an undetected, but a crafted universal intelligence, is responsible for the creation, origin and evolution of life and universe, and not chance or spontaneity
Legal Aspects of International Trade
International law serves to increase international trade, investment and promote prosperity. These laws and mechanisms fall into two main categories, the private law of international trade and international public law, albeit there is a significant overlap between the categories. The law on private trade deals with the rights and obligations of international traders and investors facing each other. Here, there is a need for mechanisms to resolve the conflicts of laws between persons from different legal systems. There is also a value in promoting harmonization initiatives to reduce trade transaction costs between people from different legal cultures. Where there is a law on international trade, there is a need to develop an appropriate compromise between the sovereign rights of the nation states and the desire for cooperative behavior between them. Here, there is a special need to identify processes and mechanisms to promote the normative effect of international rules, given the lack of any form of coercion over national states. Insufficient and inefficient laws and mechanisms will be a disincentive to trade and productive investment
