No full textإن نشاط المستثمر الأجنبي في أي اقتصاد وطني، مرهون بملائمة المناخ الاستثماري في ذاك الاقتصاد، ومدى إمكانيته لتحقيق استقطاب وجذب للاستثمار الأجنبي.
يعتبر الإطار التشريعي، وعلى رأسها قوانين الاستثمار، أحد العناصر الأساسية الأولية المساهمة في جذب واستقطاب الاستثمار الأجنبي، من خلال ثباته، تعامله الإيجابي مع الاستثمار الأجنبي، وتحقيقه للمساواة وعدم التمييز مقارنة بالاستثمار الوطني، فضلا عن الامتيازات التي قد يمكنمنها المستثمر الأجنبي.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تحديد مكانة الاستثمار الأجنبي من هذه الزاوية، في قوانين الاستثمار الجزائرية، وذلك في إطار دراسة مسحية لقوانين الاستثمار في الجزائر منذ الاستقلال وإلى غاية سنة 2016.
توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه، إذا كانت الفلسفة الاقتصادية للدولة الجزائرية، منذ الاستقلال وإلى غاية نهاية الثمانينات، لم تكن ترغب باستقطاب الاستثمار الأجنبي، إلا أنه ومنذ بداية الانفتاح الاقتصادي، لم تكن للدولة الجزائرية فلسفة وسياسة اقتصادية تنموية واضحة المعالم، تمكنها من اتخاذ موقف ظاهر وثابت إزاء الاستثمار الأجنبي.The establishment of economic activities linked to foreign investments in a country depends on the business climate that prevails there and its attractiveness for this type of investment.
The institutional framework, in particular the investment law, by its consistency, its benevolence towards foreign investors and the equal treatment it grants to foreign companies compared to domestic producers, constitutes one of the core elements of any attractiveness of a national territory for FDI.
This study aims to determine, through a retrospective examination covering the period from 1962 to 2016, the importance accorded in Algeria by the laws on foreign investments.
The study shows that, if the economic doctrine of the Algerian state of independence until the end of the 1980s was rather hostile to FDI, the policy of economic liberalization which has been at work since this period was not characterized by a clearly defined position vis-à-vis foreign investmen

وتهدف الدراسة الى ابراز كيفية توظيف الانظمة والتطبيقات الذكية في تطوير وتحسين جودة خدمات النقل والإمداد لتحديد المواقع والمعلومات الجغرافية وذلك من خلال اعطاء امثلة وتجارب عملية في الجزائر، وقد خلصت الدراسة الى انه مازال فيه عوائق وتحديات تحد من انتشار وزيادة معدل استخدام هذا النوع من التطبيقات والتكنولوجيا في قطاع النقل والامداد بالجزائر الا من خلال تشجيع الابتكار لتكنولوجي وخلق المؤسسات الناشئة البسيطة في هذا القطاع الحيوي.The research paper examined the problem of applying e-commerce systems via mobile phone and the impact of their use in improving the efficiency of the transport and logistics sector in Algeria, and knowing the extent of the sector's willingness to implement these systems, where digital technology systems as well as smart applications have played an important role in diversifying and improving transportation services of various kinds and methods With more quality, less costs, and at the right time for the customer or the economic customer, perhaps the most important one is the applications of global positioning and points of sale, as well as geographical information systems. The study aims to show how smart systems and applications can be used to develop and improve the quality of transport and logistics services to determine locations and geographical information, by giving examples and practical experiences in Algeria. The study concluded that there are still obstacles and challenges that limit the spread and increase in the rate of use of this type of application and technology In the transport and supply sector in Algeria, only by encouraging innovation in technology and creating simple startups in this vital sector

No full textنظرا للأهمية البالغة التي يكتسيها موضوع الأداء المالي على اعتباره الركيزة الأساسية التي تقوم عليها المؤسسات الاقتصادية من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى سعي هاته المؤسسات جاهدة لتحقيق توازنها المالي باعتباره شرطا جوهريا ورئيسيا في رسم خططها الإستراتيجية بما يضمن لها البقاء والإستمرارية ومواجهة التحديات المستقبلية.
وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن إسهامات النظام المحاسبي المالي تبدوا واضحة على مستوى المحتوى المعلوماتي المالي بالنسبة للقوائم المالية المعدة وفق هذا الأخير والتي تعتبر مخرجات لهذا النظام، ومن جهة أخرى فهي مدخلات رئيسية لقياس وتقييم الأداء المالي.Given the critical importance of financial performance as the cornerstone of economic institutions on one hand; and on the other hand; these institutions strive to achieve their financial balance as a main condition to design their plans Strategy to ensure sustainability; continuity and future challenges.
