The Assessment of Soft Skills for Youth Offered By Community Organizations (Case Study: Mlicenter in Kamayut Township) (Hkawn Ring, 2025)
This study investigates the role of the Myanmar Leadership Institute (MLI), a
community-based organization in Kamayut Township, in enhancing soft skills among
youth aged 15 to 35. The research focuses on identifying the types of soft skill programs
offered and assessing their effectiveness in improving key competencies such as
communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, teamwork, and decision-making.
Drawing from both quantitative and qualitative methods, the study collected data from
100 respondents who participated in MLI programs. Descriptive statistics, including
mean scores and standard deviations, were used to measure perceived skill
development, while feedback responses added contextual depth. The findings indicate
that MLI’s programs contribute significantly to soft skills growth, supported by strong
peer learning, mentoring, and reflective methodologies. Despite certain challenges such
as time constraints and trainer limitations, MLI demonstrates a scalable and replicable
model of youth development through non-formal education. This research provides
actionable suggestions for strengthening CBO engagement in youth empowerment
efforts
A study on The Effect of Community Driven Development project (CDD) on Rural Socioeconomic conditions (A Case study of Hlaingbwe township) (Saw Tun Tun Oo, 2025)
The purpose of this study to explore the effects of community driven
development project on the rural socioeconomics conditions of Hlaingbwe township.
The total population of this study includes 940 households from 8 selected villages in
Hlaingbwe Township. By using Raosoft formula, the sample size is determined as 211
respondents. Simple random sampling method is applied in this study. Descriptive
statistics is used to summarize data from the surveys. Survey results highlighted that
the CDD project improve income, land ownership, and access to infrastructure,
representing the positive socioeconomic contribution of the project. Linear regression
analysis confirmed that village development, empowerment of the individual, and
infrastructure development positively and significant influence rural socioeconomic
development of Hlaingbwe township. The comparative analysis results confirmed that
the rural socioeconomic conditions are better than before the project. It is suggested
that the government and development organization should focus on the improvement
of CDD projects in Myanmar
Maternal Health Care Utilization and Under Five Mortality in Yangon (Case Study: East Dagon Township) (Wai Phyoe Ko Ko, 2025)
This study assesses the utilization of maternal health care services, including
antenatal, delivery, and postnatal care and explores their linkage to under-five mortality
risk factors in East Dagon Township, Yangon Region. A total of 200 mothers were
surveyed using a structured questionnaire and simple random sampling. The study also
examines mothers’ perceptions and barriers to accessing healthcare services. The
findings show that while antenatal and delivery care utilization is relatively high, with
93.4% receiving care and 90.5% delivering at health facilities, 15.5% of children were
born underweight, and 29.5% of mothers delayed breastfeeding or did not breastfeed.
Immunization coverage was strong, with 92% receiving three or more doses, yet access
to improved sanitation remains limited 68.5% of households lacked a toilet facility.
Perception data indicate moderate trust in health services, with cost and distance still
posing significant barriers
Effect of Agency Banking Services on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty towards MAB Bank (Moe Thida Aung, 2025)
This study aims to investigate how agency banking services impact customer satisfaction and to assess the mediating role of customer trust in the connection between customer satisfaction and loyalty to MAB bank. This research utilizes both primary and secondary data. Primary data were gathered from 397 customers selected from 50,000 agency banking clients of MAB bank’s agency banking services through the simple random sampling technique utilizing the Yamane sample size formula. A structured questionnaire featuring a 5-point Likert scale is employed to gather primary data through an online survey. Secondary data is collected from MAB bank, earlier research articles, textbooks, websites, and other relevant sources. Descriptive statistics along with linear regression analysis are utilized to evaluate the data. Regression findings show that convenience, service value, service quality, and agent quality significantly and positively influence customer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer trust has a mediating role in the connection between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. To boost customer satisfaction and loyalty, MAB bank ought to increase the accessibility and responsiveness of its agent network while ensuring service quality is similar to that of bank branches

Limited. This study collects primary and secondary data. Myanmar Kaido Company
Limited collects primary data from 179 of 325 clients using standardized
questionnaires. Previous research, papers, books, journals, literature reviews, and
websites provide secondary data. The study found that perceived utility, performance
anticipation, and social influence impact e-payment uptake. Myanmar Kaido Company
should push e-payment to clients for customer happiness, according to this study.
Increasing user use of this e-payment mechanism will improve customer satisfaction.

A Study on Employment Barriers for Persons With Disabilities in Hlaingthaya Township, Yangon Region ( Thet Phyu Wai, 2025)
This study examines the employment barriers faced by Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in Hlaingthaya Township, Yangon Region, Myanmar, where economic activity is high, but inclusion remains limited. Despite commitments such as the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD) and Myanmar’s Disability Rights Law (2015), PWDs continue to experience significant challenges in accessing decent work. The objective is to identify and analyze the key factors hindering their employment. Using a descriptive research method approach, the research collected quantitative data through structured surveys with 300 PWDs and 50 employees, complemented by qualitative insights into perceptions and experiences. Findings reveal five main categories of barriers: physical and environmental, educational and skills-based, institutional and legal, societal and attitudinal, and economic. Major obstacles include social stigma, lack of vocational training, inaccessible infrastructure, and weak legal enforcement. The study recommends stronger inclusive policies, improved skills development, accessible infrastructure, and enhanced collaboration among stakeholders
Factors Influencing Customer Satisfaction Towards Personal Loan Services of KBZ Bank (Mya Thida Aye, 2025)
This study aimed to investigate factors influencing customer satisfaction with
personal loan services provided by KBZ Bank. Service quality, interest rates and pricing,
processing time, loan repayment terms, convenience and accessibility, and documentation
procedures. Quantitative research method was applied in this study. A sample of 182
customers who borrowed personal loan from KBZ Bank was selected through simple
random sampling method to get the data. The findings indicated that documentation had
the strongest positive influence on customer satisfaction, followed by convenience and
accessibility, and interest rates and pricing. Based on these results, the study recommends
that KBZ Bank should prioritize enhancing its documentation procedures and enhance the
influencing factors consisted of accessibility through digital platforms. Additionally, the
bank should focus on offering more flexible repayment options, ensuring fair and
transparent pricing, and streamlining loan processing to strengthen overall customer
satisfaction and build long-term loyalty
A Study on Public Awareness of Electromagnetic Radiation on Human Health ( Zarne Aung, 2025)
Public understanding of Electromagnetic Field (EMF) is mixed and often
influenced by misinformation, less regulatory guidelines and requirement of scientific
literacy. As mobile phone use became widespread, public concerns about health effects
became a common topic of discussion. This study investigates public awareness and
perceptions of electromagnetic fields (EMF) and their potential health effects base on
the ground data from Myanmar telecom regulator. To achieve the objective, a
quantitative, descriptive method was used and 250 respondents revealed that only 40%
were aware of EMF, who is higher education and limited for those for others level.
Health concerns were widespread, with over 70% of participants fearing EMF exposure
could lead to health conditions like cancer and chronic headaches. It is also found that
social media emerged as the primary information source (80%), while only 20% relied
on official channels, that result indicating that a lack of effective communication from
authorities and telecom providers
Customer Relationship Management, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty at KB Bank Myanmar Limited (Si Thu Kyaw, 2025)
The study aims to analyze the effect of CRM practices on customer satisfaction
and examine the effective of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in KB Bank
Myanmar Limited. This study used both primary data and secondary data. The
quantitative research method is mainly used. Primary data was collected from 98
respondents of retail account holders selected by using simple random sampling
method. This study focused CRM dimensions that include Key Customer Focus, CRM
based technology, Personalization of Service, Knowledge Management and Customer
Orientation. Secondary data was collected from the website of KB Bank Myanmar
Limited, past research studies and online sources. According to the regression analysis,
knowledge management, customer orientation and CRM Based Technology have
significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer orientation has the most statically
significant effect on customer satisfaction. Moreover, customer satisfaction has positive
effect on customer loyalty at KB Bank Myanmar Limited. KB Bank Myanmar Limited
should frequently measure and monitor customer expectations and strengthen
customer-centric service as a top priority of KB Bank Myanmar Limited
Assessment of Students’ Perceptions on Innovative Pedagogical Approaches in Learning Methods at Thanlyin Technological University (Zin Zin Oo, 2025)
As education adapts to a fast-evolving society, approaches like active learning,
project-based learning, blended learning, inquiry-based learning, experiential learning,
and technology integration have become more prominent. This study examines
students’ views on these methods, focusing on their confidence, learning experiences,
and skill development. Quantitative and Qualitative data were collected through a
survey of 320 final-year students at Thanlyin Technological University (TTU), selected
via simple random sampling. Descriptive statistics and regression analysis were
employed to examine the data. The results show that students generally have a positive
perception of innovative pedagogies, with high confidence and noticeable skill growth.
However, challenges such as limited resources, financial constraints, and time
management difficulties were identified as barriers to fully engaging with these
methods. This research highlights the valuable insights into student perceptions of
innovative teaching strategie
