How to enhance readiness for advance care planning among community-dwelling older adults: A scoping review
Purpose: 1.Comprehensively identify and collate interventions designed and implemented across diverse settings—including communities and healthcare institutions—to enhance older adults' advance care planning readiness. These interventions address dimensions such as knowledge, attitudes, willingness to communicate, and behavioural intentions.
2. Conduct a detailed analysis and categorisation of the core characteristics of these interventions, including but not limited to their theoretical frameworks (such as the Health Belief Model, the Trans-Theoretical Model, mindfulness, etc.), intervention content and formats (such as educational programmes, decision-support tools, family conferences, psychological interventions, etc.), implementation methods and contexts (implementers, duration, frequency, settings), and the characteristics of the target populations (such as healthy older adults, individuals with chronic conditions, patients in the terminal stages of illness, etc.).
Expected outcomes: Present the primary intervention pathways for enhancing advance care planning readiness among older adults in a visual format, such as charts or categorised frameworks (e.g., education-empowerment approaches, communication-facilitation approaches, psychological counselling approaches, decision-support approaches, and integrated multi-component approaches). Clarify the representative methods, core components, and applicable scenarios for each strategy.
The inclusion criteria for this scoping review were based on the population, concept, and context (PCC) :(1) Population: older adults (age≥50 years old. This age selection is due to the shift in primary care focus towards chronic disease and cancer screening at this stage, providing healthy older adults with an opportunity to engage in ACP.); (2) Concept: This review focuses on intervention strategies to enhance older adults’ readiness for advance healthcare directives and their associated outcomes; (3) Context: Community; (4) Types of evidence: The studies included were full-length systematic studies published whose methods were quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods design
Immune Resonance in Rheumatoid Arthritis — A Systems Model of T–B Cell Synchronization and Therapeutic Implications
This work presents a structural model for chronic inflammatory diseases, using rheumatoid arthritis as the primary example.
The model defines disease expression as the interaction of intrinsic factors, external synchronizing stimuli, and individual susceptibility, formalized through a mathematical framework integrating immune pathways, cytokine modes, and B‑cell clonal dynamics.
This framework resolves long‑standing clinical contradictions such as MTX non‑response, relapse after biologics withdrawal, and heterogeneous disease courses.
The model is developed as an applied extension of a broader resonance‑based theoretical framework, adapted here to describe the structural dynamics of chronic inflammation.
Although rheumatoid arthritis is used as the central case, the structure is generalizable to a wide range of chronic diseases

Brand Development Strategies for Businesses in the Digital Era
Brand development in the current digital age can be even more complex, given the increasing number of technological advancements, use of digital media, and changes in consumer behavior. Today, organizations are not judged by the product/services they offer, but digital presence, digital communication, and brand experience are some important factors that determine how the customers perceive them. Brand development, therefore, can be an important function that affects competition, trust, and business sustainability. The article will analyze brand development for businesses operating under the digital environment, with a focus on the conceptual as well as practical approaches. The paper will not present any new theory or findings but will try to compile existing brand building concepts into something that will fit the actual digital market environment. The paper will discuss general concepts for digital brand building along with brand purpose, identity, engaging audiences, content-based communication, brand building, along with consistency on multiple digital channels. Furthermore, the article identifies some Typical Challenges that businesses experience concerning digital brand building. These include building a cohesive brand identity, digital reputation management, and adapting to the ever-changing digital trends. Through the provision of a defined and useful framework, the current research study hopes to aid businesses, especially small to medium-sized enterprises, in establishing robust, authentic, and loyal brands. The results of the research underpin the fact that sound digital brand building is subject to strategic planning, adaptation, and a match between the internal identity of the organization and the digital brand communication
FRAMFOW - Moral messaging and food wasting behaviour
This project examines how moral communication influences attitudes and intentions regarding food wasting. In a nine-condition experiment (seven moral video messages vs. one non-moral control video message vs. no video control), we measure attitudes, behavioural intentions, emotions, and policy support. We expect moral framings to reduce tolerance for food wasting and increase support for food-saving behaviours, offering both theoretical insights into moral psychology and practical guidance for public campaigns
