    Contextual Approach-Based E-Module Assessment to Improve Students\u27 Critical Thinking Ability and Skills

    The research objective of this article is to provide an overview of assessment in the form of improving students\u27 critical thinking abilities and skills through a quality science learning contextual approach. This article discusses several formulations of the problem: E-Modules based on a practical contextual approach to improve students\u27 critical thinking skills, E-Modules based on an efficient contextual approach to improving students\u27 critical thinking skills, and the effect of using E-Modules in the Middle School Science learning process. The form of the research used was the RnD model instrument development research (Allesi and Trollip) which involved 35 respondents. This research involved 35 respondents from several students, teachers, and lecturers. Data is collected in Google form. After that, the data was processed and analyzed using SPSS 0.16. The study results show that the E-Module media is effective and efficient for use in the teaching and learning process and influences the learning process for junior high school students. This study shows that e-module teaching media can be preserved and used in teaching and learning. This article shows that e-module media can be used in the teaching-learning process. It is hoped that the existence of teaching media assessment instruments in the form of e-modules that are memorable in innovative and efficient teaching and learning processes

    Many interventions are done by parents to build some stimulation for their autistic children. Various stimulation techniques and models are created to stimulate the development of the brain, which is related to the ability to achieve the intended educational achievements. The most important hope of parents for their autistic children is the ability for them to live independently in the future, that is why early interventions need to be done, including educating their children via particular institution unit, such as special needs school, which contains in addition to academic subjects as well as non-academic ones that have been adapted according to the needs of the students. Mathematics is one of the subjects needed by students in general and students with disabilities in particular as a basis for growth in their logical thinking development, which is essential for their future. This research lasted for two months, with a qualitative study focusing on 20 students in Special Needs School at Deli Serdang; in the end, the conclusion is that the clapping technique for introduction numbers in A and B classes works. Students can sequence numbers well enough and know about the symbols of numbers.

    Competition today among schools forces each school management to improve teacher performance by providing motivation, involving teachers in training, and providing compensation or bonuses to teachers who successfully carry out their duties properly. This research aims to know the effect of salary on teacher productivity and determine the effect of work motivation on teacher productivity. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The quantitative research method can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine specific populations or samples and collect data using research instruments. Data analysis is quantitative statistics to test established hypotheses. The research carried out by the authors in this study is by distributing questionnaires to teachers at SMA Della Strada North Jakarta. The results of this research show that salary and motivation have a positive and significant influence on teacher productivity

    Development of Teaching Material to Support Merdeka Curriculum on the Acid-Base of Phase F

    This research aims to develop teaching materials to support Merdeka curriculum learning on acid-base phase F SMA/MA material that is valid and practical. This educational development research uses the Plomp model developed by Tjeerd Plomp. The development procedure includes the initial investigation and development or prototyping stages. The subjects in this study were UNP chemistry lecturers, SMA Negeri 2 Padang teachers, and Phase F students of SMA Negeri 2 Padang. The research instruments used validation sheets and teacher and learner response questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that teaching materials to support Merdeka curriculum learning on acid-base phase F SMA / MA material that has been developed and assessed by five expert validators are on valid criteria with an average of 0.86, an efficient category in teacher responses by obtaining a percentage of 87%, and student responses by obtaining a percentage of 97%. This teaching material is proven to increase students\u27 learning motivation and understanding, as well as facilitate teachers and students in the learning process of the Merdeka curriculum

    This research focuses on Pesantren education to maintain its existence, not just alternative education to become a reference education for the community. The study aims to build a modern educational mindset of students and provide understanding to the broader community. This research approach is qualitative research. The research used is descriptive qualitative research. The data analysis model in this study uses techniques, namely data reduction, data exposure, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study show that Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid is carrying out a pattern of learning education so that cottages and students are no longer left behind by the times and can compete outside and have also combined the pesantren curriculum and the national curriculum. Combining classical learning traditions with modern styles is well embodied in the teaching system and lessons. Not only limited to religious studies but also science educational pattern of the Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school in the existence of pesantren efforts to build a modern academic mindset, the learning process of the Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school began to make adjustments to the curriculum, methods, learning systems, materials and so on

    Improving Students’ Learning Enthusiasm for the Islamic Education Subject Using Wordwall

    The subject of Islamic Religious Education at Muhammadiyah 1 Senior High School (SMAMSA) Malang looks less attractive to students due to conventional methods and lack of learning media, which causes low enthusiasm for learning. To overcome these conditions, it is necessary to innovate learning to become more attractive, active, and not dull. This research tries to apply word wall as a learning media to increase students\u27 learning enthusiasm. This classroom action research followed the model proposed by Kemmis et al., with two cycles, including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Research data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed a significant increase in students\u27 learning enthusiasm in class XI IPS at SMAMSA Malang. Based on the observation, results showed that the average scores of the first and second cycles were 78% and 91%. Similarly, the questionnaire results increased from 85% in cycle 1 to 90% in cycle 2. In conclusion, word walls can increase students\u27 learning enthusiasm in class XI social studies major in Islamic Education

    Development of Civic Responsibility Competence in the Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum

    Curriculum development as an educational program has a solid foundation and principles to support implementing the expected national education goals. The decline in students\u27 academic and character values, especially the low awareness of responsibility, is the urgency why this research was carried out. This study aims to determine the development of civic responsibility competencies in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive design. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. It was then validated using triangulation to ensure the trustworthiness of the information obtained from the informants. Data analysis techniques in this study are data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the development of civic responsibility competencies in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in schools is very much needed. Developing an attitude of responsibility can be done through habituation, group work, and discussion. Developing civic responsibility competencies in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum is considered capable of equipping students to become good and responsible citizens. This research is expected to provide implications as reference material for further research

    The Effect of Problem-Based Learning Based Ethnoscience on Science Literacy Ability of Elementary School

    This research aims to determine the effect of problem-based learning based on ethnoscience on science literacy skills at SDN Bringinbendo 2. The Ethnoscience-based PBL model is a learning model that can develop students\u27 scientific literacy abilities. This study used a quantitative approach with experimental methods with the type of research one group pre-test-post-test. The sample in this study was V-grade students at SDN Bringinbendo 2, which consisted of 21 students. Data collection in this study used a pre-test and post-test. Data were analyzed using a hypothesis t-test and the Eta Squared test. The results of the research hypothesis test were t-sample t-test, Sig. (2-tailed) ie 0.00 <0.05 so there is a significant effect (H₁ is accepted and H₀ is rejected). So it can be seen that the ethnoscience-based PBL model influences the scientific literacy skills of class V at SDN Bringinbendo 2. In the results of the eta-squared test, there is an increase with a vulnerable score of t > 0.14, indicating an influence of the big one. Using the Ethnoscience-based PBL model can improve the scientific literacy skills of V-grade students

    Development of Teaching Materials Based Learning Management System “Sifajargoro” to Foster Attitudes of Responsibility and Student Learning Outcomes in The Subjects of Civics Fifth Grade Elementary School Students

    The background of this study is that the use of Google Classroom in elementary school spoon II Bojonegoro is considered less effective e. This study aims to determine: 1) the development process of teaching materials based on LMS "Sifajargoro"; 2) the feasibility of teaching materials in terms of practical aspects, valid and effective. This type of research is the ADDIE development mod l. The subjects of this study were sixth-grade students of State Elementary School Sudu II-Bojonegoro academic year 2021/2022, totaling 18 children. Data were collected through validation instruments, written tests, and questionnaires. The results obtained: 1) process of developing teaching materials based on LMS "Sifajargoro" using ADDIE development model through 5 stages, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation n. 2) LMS-based teaching materials product "Sifajargoro" is said to be suitable for use as a medium of learning in terms of 3 aspects, namely: the validity aspect obtained from the validation results with an average score of 84.21% included in the valid criteria, the effectiveness aspect in terms of test questions obtained the percentage of students who complete is 70%, so it is said to be effective, and the practical aspect in terms of the questionnaire and the overall average percentage result is 73.97%, so it is included in the practical criteria. So that from the results of development can significantly improve student learning outcomes.

    This research examines the management of the Fieldwork Practice Supervisors (PKL) in improving work discipline and the obstacles faced by the Fieldwork Practice Supervisors (PKL) at SMK Negeri 2 Luwu Utara. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were the supervisors of the Fieldwork Practice (PKL) program for students of SMK Negeri 2 Luwu Utara, totaling eight people. Data was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: 1) The discipline of students at SMK Negeri 2 Luwu Utara who carried out Fieldwork Practices (PKL) was in good condition. 2) Management supervision of Fieldwork Practices (PKL) in improving the work discipline of students of SMK Negeri 2 Luwu Utara who take part in Fieldwork Practices (PKL) is carried out through three stages, namely: a) planning, b) implementation, and c) supervision consisting of direct supervision and indirect supervision; 3) Obstacles faced by supervisors for fieldwork practices (PKL) in improving the work discipline of students of SMK Negeri 2 Luwu Utara who take part in Fieldwork Practices (PKL) include internal factors originating from students, namely the nature and character of students and external factors, namely those originating from outside students such as the environment; and 4) Solutions to increase the work discipline of students at SMK Negeri 2 Luwu Utara who take part in Fieldwork Practices (PKL), namely by setting an example, providing motivation in applying discipline and imposing sanctions for violations committed
