The word decision means choice, namely the choice of two or more possibilities. Decision making is hardly a choice between right and wrong but what often happens is a choice between "almost right" and "maybe wrong". Decision making in an organization is the result of a continuous process of communication and participation from the entire organization. The results of these decisions can be statements that are agreed between alternatives or between procedures to achieve certain goals. However, to be able to determine the best decision, there are several methods that can be used to build a decision support system, one of which is Promethee. The promethee method is included in the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) group solving or multiple criteria decision making which is a discipline that is very important in making decisions on a problem that has more than one criterion (multicriteria)

    Dampak dari Pandemi COVID 19 dapat dilihat dari terpuruknya ekonomi masyarakat, khususnya pada masyarakat nagori Sitalasai tempat dilakukannya penelitian ini. Data dari Dinas Kelurahan menjelaskan bahwa hampir seluruh masyarakat merasakan sulitnya menjalankan roda perekonomian. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan ini pemerintah membuat program pemberian bantuan khusus bagi masyarakat yang layak. Untuk menentukan kelayakan penerimaan bantuan Covid 19 ini dibutuhkan model atau aturan agar tepat pada sasaran. Saat ini pihak kelurahan hanya memiliki data yang bersumber dari Dinas Sosial dan tidak semua masyarakat masuk kedalam daftar tersebut sehingga banyak masyarakat yang seharusnya layak menerima bantuan tidak masuk kedalam daftar penerima bantuan. Data mining dengan algoritma C4.5 merupakan salah satu metode didalam ilmu komputer untuk memecahkan permasalahan klasifikasi. Dengan algoritma C4.5 variabel untuk mengukur faktor-faktor kelayakan penerima bantuan ini dikorelasikan untuk menghasilkan aturan. Hasil yang akan dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah aturan pohon keputusan kelayakan penerima bantuan Covid 19. Dengan metode pemecahan permasalahan ini menggunakan data mining algoritma C4.5 dapat mengklasifikasikan kelayakan penerima bantuan Covid19 sehingga data yang diolah valid dan tepat sasara

Selama ini penentuan kelas siswa di Bimbel Mora College Pematangsiantar masih mengikuti jurusan apa yang mereka ambil, tanpa melihat kecerdasan nilai IQ siswa. Penentuan kelas siswa berdasarkan nilai kecerdasan IQ siswa penting dilakukan untuk mempermudah tim pengajar untuk menyampaikan materi pelajaran yang akan di ajarkan, serta siswa juga dapat menerima pelajaran dengan metode yang tepat dan efektif. Dengan demikian, tim pengajar dapat menentukan metode dan cara penyampaian materi pelajaran sesuai dengan kelas kecerdasan IQ siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode K-Means Clustering. Dari hasil pengelompokan di dapat 3 cluster, yang memiliki nilai IQ tinggi ialah kelas A, yang memiliki nilai IQ sedang ialah kelas B dan yang memiliki nilai IQ rendah ialah kelas C

To observe the freshness of tilapia is done by the introduction of color changes that appear on digital images using the least squares method. The purpose of this research is to build an image management application system to detect the freshness of tilapia. The data used are 10 samples of tilapia images which are photographed every 1 hour for 15 hours and obtained 150 image data and then processed and analyzed using the least squares method. The first process begins with image processing by cropping at the edge of the eye of the original image and then proceed with resizing to 1000 x 1000 pixels and changing the image format to *. Png. After the image has been processed then the average value is calculated rata grayscale uses the 'rata_rata Gambar' application system and an equation is stored which is stored as training data on the application system. After the image has been processed then the image is input into the system, the image will be converted into grayscale form and displayed at a predetermined place together with the rgb and grayscale histograms and then calculated using the least squares method.
