Faisabilité et utilité d'une communication par courriers standardisés entre psychiatres de CMP et médecins traitants
But de l’étude : Quelle est la faisabilité et l’utilité de la mise en place d’une communication par courriers standardisés entre psychiatres des CMP et médecins généralistes ? <br>Protocole : Une étude analytique expérimentale sans comparaison type essai libre avec grilles d’évaluation des courriers standardisés et questionnaires de satisfaction pour psychiatres et médecins généralistes.<br>Lieu de l’étude : CMP adultes du secteur Niçois (7 CMP).<br>Malades : Tout patient suivi en CMP désignant un médecin traitant et donnant son accord pour une communication entre psychiatres et médecins traitant.<br>Intervention : Phase 1 : Envoi de courriers standardisés entre psychiatres et médecins traitants durant 5 mois. Phase 2 : Remplissage des questionnaires de satisfaction pour les médecins ayant participé à la phase 1.<br>Analyse des données : recueil anonyme des courriers standardisés et analyse via des grilles d’évaluation (qualité de remplissage en mode binaire sans analyse du contenu). Analyse des questionnaires de satisfaction.<br>Résultats : Taux de participation à la phase 1 de 45% pour les psychiatres et 5% pour les médecins généralistes. 123 courriers échangés avec 66,7% de Courrier initial du psychiatre. Net Promoter Score à 9,17/10 pour les psychiatres et 6,67/10 pour les médecins généralistes. Volonté de communication par courrier électronique (mail) pour les psychiatres et les médecins généralistes. <br>Conclusions : Courriers standardisés conformes aux attentes des psychiatres et utilisables. Recueil de l’opinion des médecins généraliste nécessaire par d’autres études ainsi que sur une population représentative de l’ensemble des psychiatres
Allied: A Framework for Executing Linked Data- Based Recommendation Algorithms
International audienceThe increase in the amount of structured data published on the Web using the principles of Linked Data means that now it is more likely to find resources on the Web of Data that represent real life concepts. Discovering and recommending resources on the Web of Data related to a given resource is still an open research area. This work presents a framework to deploy and execute Linked Data based recommendation algorithms to measure their accuracy and performance in different contexts. Moreover, application developers can use this framework as the main component for recommendation in various domains. Finally, this paper describes a new recommendation algorithm that adapts its behavior dynamically based on the features of the Linked Data dataset used. The results of a user study show that the algorithm proposed in this paper has better accuracy and novelty than other state- of-the-art algorithms for Linked Data

Low tech, high tech, wild tech : réinventer la technologie ? [introduction]
International audienceOn ne compte plus aujourd'hui les appels à repenser l'innovation. Il y aurait urgence écologique. Et certains n'hésitent pas à prédire la fin du monde à moins d'une rupture radicale de nos modèles de croissance. Alors que chaque nouvelle génération de téléphone ou d'ordinateur est célébrée comme si elle constituait un progrès décisif pour l'humanité, le low tech à l'inverse, cet ensemble hétérogène de techniques, de modes de composition alternatifs, définis tantôt négativement (pauvreté ou économie de moyens) tantôt positivement (faire beaucoup avec peu de choses, faire avec ce qu'on a, faire plus local et plus participatif, etc.) viendrait partout ébranler la toute puissance du high tech. Avec lui, ce ne sont pas seulement une autre lecture des techniques et d'autres façons de concevoir qui se donnent à voir, mais des population entières d'hommes et de procédés, dont le rôle a bien souvent été sous-estimé, de l'Inde à l'Afrique en passant par l'Asie. L'objectif de ce numéro n'est pas de cataloguer les formes de résistance ou d'invention très diverses que recouvre l'étiquette de low tech, mais plutôt de poser les bases d'une cartographie alternative des modes d'assemblage à l'échelle planétaire, et de donner des outils pour mieux penser des manières de fabriquer qui échappent à toute classification
Multiwavelength variability study and search for periodicity of PKS 1510-089
International audienceContext. Blazars are the most luminous and variable active galactic nuclei (AGNs). They are thus excellent probes of accretion and emission processes close to the central engine. Aims: We concentrate here on PKS 1510-089 (z = 0.36), a blazar belonging to the flat-spectrum radio quasar subclass, an extremely powerful gamma-ray source and one of the brightest in the Fermi-LAT catalog. We aim to study the complex variability of this blazar's bright multiwavelength spectrum, to identify the physical parameters responsible for the variations and the timescales of possible recurrence and quasi-periodicity at high energies. Methods: The blazar PKS 1510-089 was observed twice in hard X-rays with the IBIS instrument onboard INTEGRAL during the flares of Jan. 2009 and Jan. 2010, and simultaneously with Swift and the Nordic Optical Telescope (NOT), in addition to the constant Fermi monitoring. We also measured the optical polarization in several bands on 18 Jan. 2010 at the NOT.Using these and archival data we constructed historical light curves at gamma-to-radio wavelengths covering nearly 20 yr and applied tests of fractional and correlated variability. We assembled spectral energy distributions (SEDs) based on these data and compared them with those at two previous epochs, by applying a model based on synchrotron and inverse Compton radiation from blazars. Results: The modeling of the SEDs suggests that the physical quantities that undergo the largest variations are the total power injected into the emitting region and the random Lorentz factor of the electron distribution cooling break, that are higher in the higher gamma-ray states. This suggests a correlation of the injected power with enhanced activity of the acceleration mechanism. The cooling likely takes place at a distance of 1000 Schwarzschild radii( 0.03 pc) from the central engine - a distance muchsmaller than the broad line region (BLR) radius.The emission at a few hundred GeV can be reproduced with inverse Compton scattering of highly relativistic electrons off far-infrared photons if these are located much farther than the BLR, that is, around 0.2 pc from the AGN, presumably in a dusty torus. We determine a luminosity of the thermal component due to the inner accretion disk of Ld ≃ 5.9E45 erg s-1, a BLR luminosity of LBLR ≃ 5.3E44 erg s-1, and a mass of the central black hole of MBH ≃ 3E8 M⊙.The fractional variability as a function of wavelength follows the trend expected if X- and gamma-rays are produced by the same electrons as radio and optical photons, respectively.Discrete correlation function (DCF) analysis between the long-term Steward observatory optical V-band and gamma-ray Fermi-LAT light curves yields a good correlation with no measurable delay. Marginal correlation where X-ray photons lag both optical and gamma-ray ones by time lags between 50 and 300 days is found with the DCF.Our time analysis of the RXTE PCA and Fermi-LAT light curves reveals no obvious (quasi-)periodicities, at least up to the maximum timescale (a few years) probed by the light curves, which are severely affected by red noise
Is the Driving Behaviour of Young Novices and Young Experienced Drivers under Alcohol Linked to Their Perceived Effort and Alertness?
8th AHFE - International Conference on Applied Human Factors and Ergonomics, Los Angeles, ETATS-UNIS, 17-/07/2017 - 21/07/2017The aim of this study is to evaluate effort and alertness perception and objective performance of young drivers depending on Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) and driving experience. Assuming that, during monotonous driving, performance should be impaired with alcohol when alertness is low, the hypothesis was that subjective state linked to monotonous driving is modified with alcohol and produces impairment of performance depending on driving experience. Fifteen young novice drivers (18 years, two months of driving) and 15 young experience drivers (21 years, 3 years of driving) participated in three simulated driving sessions in which BACs were randomly assigned (0.0, 0.2 and 0.5 g/L). Every session took place between 2 and 4 pm, during postprandial period, around one hour after the drink. The circuit represented a typical highway road, the task was to drive during 45 min and to maintain a steady speed (110 Km/h) and a stable position on the lane. After each driving session, participants responded to Thayer scale (subjective alertness) and to an adaptation of the NASA-TLX (only subjective effort dimension was analysed). Speed and lane position were continuously recorded. Generalized linear model were applied to data, completed with correlations. Preliminary correlation analyses showed that alertness estimations were negatively correlated with perceived effort, stability of speed and of lateral position, notably for young novice drivers, indicating that when alertness estimation was high, perceived effort, stability of speed and of lateral position were low. Results of generalized linear model analyses showed that young experienced drivers estimated to make less effort than young novice drivers. Moreover, a significant effect of alcohol was observed, with estimated alertness level lower with 0.5 g/l of alcohol compared two other conditions (0.0 and 0.2 g/l). Another analysis revealed that driving performance (stability of speed and of lateral position) was determined by driving experience, with performance better for young experienced drivers than for young novice drivers, and by alcohol, with speed variation higher with 0.5 g/l than with the other two conditions. It existed too an interaction effect between perceived effort and alcohol and between alertness and alcohol on driving performance. Thus, with 0.5 g/l of alcohol, speed variation increased with the effort, conversely with 0.2 g/l and 0.0 g/l an effort increase was linked to a speed variation decrease. On another side, an increase of subjective alertness produced a speed increase with 0.2 g/l and 0.0 g/l only. Globally, young novice drivers seem to have more difficulties to stabilize their speed with 0.5 g/l than young experienced drivers. Thus, first effect of alcohol appears at lower doses for young novice drivers than for young experienced drivers and this result confirms our earlier works. Young novice drivers have not acquire all the competences necessary for a safe drive and to use regulatory mechanisms to preserve their driving performance. Moreover, with 0.5 g/l, an effort increase is not sufficient to maintain good performance. In summary, alcohol degrades driving performance, and especially when the effort is high, alertness is low and drivers lack experience
Efficient Deployment of Connected Unmanned Aerial Vehicles for Optimal Target Coverage
International audienceAnytime and anywhere network access can be provided by Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) with air-to-ground and air-to-air communications using directional antennas for targets located on the ground. Deploying these Unmanned Aerial Vehicles to cover targets is a complex problem since each target should be covered, while minimizing (i) the deployment cost and (ii) the UAV altitudes to ensure good communication quality. We also consider connectivity between the UAVs and a base station in order to collect and send information to the targets, which is not considered in many similar studies. In this paper, we provide an efficient optimal program to solve this problem and show the trade-off analysis due to conflicting objectives. We propose a fair trade-off optimal solution and also evaluate the cost of adding connectivity to the UAV deployment
Filamentous ascomycete genomes provide insights into Copia retrotransposon diversity in fungi
International audienceBackground: The relative scarcity of Copia retrotransposons has been recently characterized in metazoans in comparison with the other superfamilies of LTR elements. Furthermore, Copia retrotransposons have often a particular dynamics that results in a highly predominant single clade of elements within a large host taxon, such as the GalEa-like retrotransposons in crustaceans. Taking advantage of the skyrocketing amount of genomic data available for fungi, we carried out the first large-scale comparative genomic analysis of the Copia clades in filamentous ascomycetes.Results: Screening 30 completely sequenced genomes allowed us to identify more than 2500 Copia copies with conserved LTR, which are distributed in 138 families. Their characterization revealed that fungal Copia diversity is much broader than previously thought with at least 27 clades, 23 of which likely correspond to new ones. While the Copia copy number is low in most species, the two clades GalEa and FunCo1 are widely distributed and highly dominate Copia content as they both account for 80% of the detected sequences.Conclusions: In Fungi, GalEa retrotransposons are restricted to Pezizomycotina in which they can make up an outstandingly high proportion of the genome (up to 10% in Cenococcum geophilum). At last, we revealed that fungal GalEa elements structurally differ from all other Copia elements with an absence of Primer Binding Site. These elements however harbor a Conserved Hairpin Site which is probably essential for their transposition.sequences
