Kedudukan Linguistik Dalam Penafsiran Al-Qur’an: Telaah Pemikiran Āmīn Al-Khūlī Dan Naṣr Hāmid Abū Zaid
Get PDFPengkaji al-Qur’an mengakui bahwa muncul keragaman metode penafsiran untuk menginterpretasikan teks al-Qur’an. Adalah linguistik salah satu metode penafsiran yang digunakan untuk menafsirkan al-Qur’an. Nyatanya kajian linguistik menjadi tahapan dalam penafsiran sebagaimana yang dinyalakan oleh Amīn al-Khūlī dan Naṣr Hāmid Abū Zaid dalam melakukan pembaruan dalam metode penafsiran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif berbasis studi kepustakaan (library reseach) dengan menggunakan sumber berupa buku, majalah, jurnal atau tulisan yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Amīn al-Khūlī dan Naṣr Hāmid Abū Zaid menjadikan linguistik menjadi pijakan yang utama dalam menemukan penafsirsan teks al-Qur’an, dimana al-Khūlī mendudukan kajian sastra sebagai prioritas pemerolehan makna, yang dalam hal ini kajian linguistik menjadi pijakan dalam interpretasi teks. Sedangkan Naṣr Hāmid Abū Zaid mendudukan linguistik hanya sebagai proses tahapan awal menginterpretasikan teks al-Qur’an. Tahapan selanjutnya masih dibutuhkan pendekatan lain yang menjadi penyelaras interpretasi dengan kondisi masa kini, baik teologi, filsafat, historis maupun sosial dan budaya. Hubungan antara Kesadaran Metakognitif dan Prestasi Akademik Mahasiswa Pendidikan Agama Islam
Get PDFResearch related to the relationship between metacognitive awareness and academic achievement aims to examine the relationship and understand more about the role of metacognitive awareness in achieving optimal academic achievement for Islamic Religious Education students. This research uses a quantitative approach and type of correlation research. The data collection technique used the distribution of the Metacognitive Awareness Inventory (MAI) questionnaire adapted from Schraw and Dennison (1994). The research sample consisted of 96 students selected by simple random sampling technique. Data analysis used a correlation test to see whether or not there was a relationship between metacognitive awareness and academic achievement. The test was strengthened by simple linear regression test. The results showed that a correlation of 0.663 was found, which showed that the two variables had a strong correlation. And a significance value of .000 was found, which if the sig. < .01 means there is a significant relationship between the two variables. In the simple linear regression test, it produces a value of F hitung = 73.610 with a significance level of 0.000, which if the sig.<0.05 means that there is a significant influence between metacognitive awareness and the GPA of Islamic Religious Education students

As a result of previous development that did not pay attention to sustainability in terms of economic, social and environmental aspects. We can see the impact on environmental damage, economic inequality, fractured social relations, and other problems. Actually, if we want to examine cultural and religious heritages in depth. These impacts should not occur massively or at least can be controlled. Among the cultural heritage that contains the value of sustainable development is the Tanbih Suryalaya Text, which is still often recited by its followers. Therefore, this article will attempt to develop the Tanbih text, which is still in Sundanese, into Arabic. Then make it as a teaching material for Arabic Language Education based on sustainable development through a descriptive qualitative approach method with literature study sources. How Self-regulated Learning and Motivation Affect Mathematics Outcomes of Students Living in Boarding Schools and at Home
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the effects of self-regulated learning and learning motivation on mathematics learning outcomes among students residing in boarding schools and at home. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample consisted of 90 students of Madrasah Aliyah in Yogyakarta, which was taken using a purposive sampling technique, with 45 students living in boarding schools and 45 students living at home. The research instruments included questionnaires to measure self-regulated learning and learning motivation, as well as midterm assessment test results to evaluate mathematics learning outcomes. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that self-regulated learning and learning motivation had an influence of 7.9% on the learning outcomes of students living in boarding schools and 8.5% on students living at home. Learners at home exhibited a stronger positive relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes compared to learners in boarding schools. Learning motivation, especially intrinsic ones, is an important factor in supporting learners' learning outcomes at home, while the structured environment in boarding schools tends to make other factors, such as teaching methods and facilities, more dominant
Miskonsepsi Siswa dalam Menyelesaikan Masalah Pecahan berdasarkan Tingkat Keyakinan Siswa
Get PDFThis study aims to describe students’ misconceptions in solving fraction problems based on their level of belief. The research method employed is qualitative, with a descriptive research approach. Subjects were selected students who experienced misconceptions in solving problems. The results of examining students’ answers showed that out of 27 students, 18 did not know the concept, and 9 had misconceptions. Selected 5 students who experienced misconceptions as subjects to ensure data variation due to similarities in the answers or responses given. The misconceptions made by the subjects include: 1) Generalization misconception occurred because the subjects made mistakes in explaining the meaning of numerator and denominator of fractions and mistakes in applying the concept of addition and substructions of fractions; 2) Calculation misconception occurred because the subject made mistakes in calculating fractions and mistakes in simplifying fractions; 3) Notation misconception occurred because the subject made mistakes in using operation symbols and mistakes in writing numbers; 4) Language misconception occurred because the subject made mistakes in converting information into mathematical language. To overcome this problem, teachers are advised to provide a deeper conceptual understanding and practice problems regularly to improve students' understanding
ANALYSIS OF HARDCORE MUSIC IN MALANG CITY AND ITS FORM AS AN EXPRESSION OF THE LIFESTYLE OF MALANG CITY YOUTH

The search for identity makes teenagers often try new things to be accepted or get peer group recognition. One of the things done by teenagers is to choose a different type of music from the old group and identical to the young. Hardcore music is one of the genres of music that is favored by young people because it voices the hearts of young people who are full of rebellion.
The focus of this research is (1) What is the history of the emergence of the Malang City Hardcore (MCHC) community in the city of Malang? (2) What are the reasons why teenagers in Malang city like Hardcore music and join the MCHC community?
The approach used in this research is qualitative research. This type of research uses a descriptive type of research. The presence of the researcher acts as a data collector. The research location is located around Godbless Cafe 2. The data sources used are secondary data and data, with key informants and supporting informants selected by snowball and purposively. Data collection procedures in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data using the analysis model of Miles and Huberman. To maintain the validity of the findings, triangulation (method, source and time) and referential adequacy were used.
Suggestions for further researchers are to examine the lives of hardcore teenagers outside the perspective of forms of expression or to examine the symbolic interactions of the hardcore music community.

ANALISIS PUTUSAN INKONSTITUSIONAL BERSYARAT MAHKAMAH KONSTITUSI 112/PUU-XX/2022 DALAM PERPANJANGAN MASA JABATAN PIMPINAN KPK
Get PDFMahkamah Konstitusi melalui putusan Nomor 112/PUU-XX/2022 yang di layangkan pada 25 Mei 2023, menetapkan atas uji Materiil Undang – Undang nomor 30 tahun 2002 jo UU 19 tahun 2019 tentang Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi. Dalam salah satu amar putusannya menyatakan bahwa pasal 34 undang – undang a quo inkonstitusional secara bersyarat. Syarat yang diberikan Mahakamah Konstitusi adalah akan tetap inkonstitusional sepanjang tidak dimaknai, “Pimpinan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi memegang jabatan selama 5 (lima) tahun dan dapat dipilih kembali hanya untuk sekali masa jabatan.” Implikasi dari putusan Mahakamah Konstitusi tersebut menimbulkan problematika dan memunculkan pertanyaan. Penelitian ini akan ditelaah dengan metode yuridis normative, menggunakan pendekatan peraturan perundang – undangan dan pendekatan kasus. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya problematika dalam putusan a quo diantaranya, pergeseran konsep Mahkamah Konstitusi yang seharusnya sebagai negative legislator, minimnya urgensi serta tidak adanya implikasi jelas terhadap desain kelembagaan KPK kedepan dari adanya perpanjangan jabatan pimpinan KPK yang tercermin dari pertimbangan Mahkamah Konstitusi yang menjadi dasar pengabulan permohonan dalam putusan a quo. Sehingga ini merupakan sebuah langkah penafsiran pragmatis, dimana direpresentasikan dengan beberapa pertimbangan hukum dalam putusan a quo yang tidak mempertimbangkan dan melakukan telaah mendalam terhadap prospektif dan urgensi kelembagaan KPK
THE ROLE OF HALAL AWARENESS IN AFFECTING COSMETIC PURCHASE BEHAVIOR
Get PDFAbstract: The critical point of halal beauty products leads many consumers to prioritize the halal status of the products they purchase. In Indonesia, a country with a predominantly Muslim population, the demand for halal beauty products has made it the world’s second-largest market in this sector. This study applied online questionnaire. The study retained a total of 114 valid responses. Findings from this study indicate that the halal label significantly influences both halal awareness and purchase intention. Additionally, halal awareness has a substantial effect on purchase intention, which in turn significantly impacts purchasing behavior. However, halal awareness does not moderate the relationship between the halal label and purchase intention. Future research could consider examining product characteristics as factors influencing purchase intentions and behavior. The practical implications of this study include: (1) beauty manufacturers are encouraged to certify their products as halal; and (2) fostering halal awareness should be a shared responsibility across stakeholders.

Abstract: Titik kritis ketidakhalalan produk kecantikan membuat beberapa konsumen memperhatikan status kehalalan produk yang akan dibelinya. Indonesia dengan penduduk mayoritas muslim juga menjadi negara terbesar ke dua dalam pembelian produk kecantikan halal. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner online dalam pengumpulan datanya. Jumlah respon yang valid sebesar 114. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa label halal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesadaran halal dan intensi untuk membeli, kesadaran halal memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi untuk membeli, intensi untuk membeli berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku pembelian, kesadaran halal terbukti tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan label halal terhadap intensi untuk membeli. Implikasi praktis dari studi ini (1) produsen produk kosmetik agar mendaftarkan produknya untuk memperoleh sertifikasi halal; (2) peningkatan kesadaran halal menjadi tanggungjawab bersama.

GRAND MODEL PARIWISATA HALAL DAN EKONOMI KREATIF
Get PDFAbstrak: Penelitian berfokus pada pemodelan transformasi perekonomian Aceh melalui harmonisasi konsep pariwisata halal dengan ekonomi kreatif. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif analitis dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data merujuk pada teknik analisis interaktif yang diawali dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi bahwa pengembangan grand model pariwisata halal dan ekonomi kreatif di Aceh bukan hanya sekedar upaya untuk memajukan sektor pariwisata dan ekonomi. Tetapi merupakan langkah strategis dalam menciptakan perekonomian inklusif yang berkelanjutan. Sinergi antara kedua sektor ini sangat potensial dalam menciptakan ekosistem yang berkelanjutan. Kunci keberhasilan transformasi ini terletak pada harmonisasi unsur-unsur syariat Islam, seni budaya, sejarah, keindahan alam, dan digitalisasi yang saling melengkapi dalam membangun pengalaman wisata yang autentik dan bermakna. Nilai Islam memberikan arah moral dan etika, budaya lokal memperkaya pengalaman wisatawan dengan keunikan yang tidak ternilai, unsur sejarah meningkatkan inspirasi, sementara digitalisasi membuka jalan menuju pemasaran yang lebih luas dan efisiensi operasional yang lebih tinggi. Namun, perjalanan menuju pencapaian visi besar ini menghadapi sejumlah tantangan yang perlu diatasi seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur yang menghambat aksesibilitas, minimnya pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia yang memperlambat manajemen pengelolaan wisata halal secara profesional, lemahnya koordinasi pemerintah dan stakeholder. Terdapat pula tantangan dalam menjaga konsistensi nilai-nilai halal, adanya konflik pengembangan yang berpotensi mengancam pelestarian alam, termasuk kesulitan pelaku bisnis dalam menyesuaikan nilai budaya lokal dengan pasar wisata halal yang berkembang. Temuan penelitian berkontribusi dalam pembangunan ekonomi yang tidak hanya menguntungkan secara finansial, tetapi memperhatikan keberagaman sosial dan keberlanjutan lingkungan.

Abstract: The study focuses on modeling the transformation of the Acehnese economy through the harmonization of the concept of halal tourism with the creative economy. The study uses a qualitative descriptive analytical method with data collection techniques through observation and documentation. The data analysis refers to interactive analysis techniques that begin with data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and data verification. The results of the study identified that the development of a grand model of halal tourism and the creative economy in Aceh is not just an effort to advance the tourism and economic sectors. But it is a strategic step in creating a sustainable inclusive economy. The synergy between these two sectors has great potential in creating a sustainable ecosystem. The key to the success of this transformation lies in the harmonization of elements of Islamic law, arts and culture, history, natural beauty, and digitalization that complement each other in building an authentic and meaningful tourism experience. Islamic values provide moral and ethical direction, local culture enriches the tourist experience with invaluable uniqueness, historical elements increase inspiration, while digitalization paves the way for wider marketing and higher operational efficiency. However, the journey towards achieving this grand vision faces a number of challenges that need to be overcome such as limited infrastructure that hinders accessibility, minimal empowerment of human resources that slows down the management of halal tourism professionally, weak coordination between the government and stakeholders. There are also challenges in maintaining the consistency of halal values, the existence of development conflicts that have the potential to threaten environmental conservation, including the difficulty of business actors in adapting local cultural values to the growing halal tourism market. Research findings contribute to economic development that is not only financially profitable, but also pays attention to social diversity and environmental sustainability.
