Implementation of the Role of Correctional Guardians in the Development of Assisted Citizens in Correctional Institutions (Case Study at Class I Correctional Institutions in Surabaya)
No full textCrime cases that are still widely committed by the community have increased the volume of inmates in correctional institutions. According to the Police, most criminal incidents in Indonesia occurred at night, with 15,703 incidents, 15,501 criminal incidents during the day, and 15,501 crimes in the afternoon. Efforts to overcome social deviation include providing harsh sanctions, improving public relations, and facilitating reintegration to create a deterrent effect for perpetrators of social deviation. To overcome the increase in the number of inmates in correctional institutions, correctional guardians are needed to foster inmates to become better individuals when they return to society. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach in which direct observation, interviews, and questionnaires will be carried out. The results of this study stated that many yiang fostered the Class I Institution of Surabaya has provided programs to educate the inmates. However, the role of guardians carried out by guardians does not all go well; there are still obstacles and handling problems that are not immediately responded to, so the inmates feel inadequate in the services received

No full textThis study aims to reveal the applied pattern of the formation of effective HR performance. This study took place at the Ibnu Kholdun Al Hasyimi Widoropayung Besuki Islamic Boarding School. This data collection used a qualitative case study approach. Data acquisition through observation and interviews with the regional head, one of the administrators, and one of the students. The data analysis procedure is data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that effective HR performance towards a quality Islamic boarding school includes: Administrators have potential, have high desires, and get support from leaders. Data collection was carried out by interview and google review survey. Data analysis using the interactive analysis model. The results of the study on Interpersonal Communication in Customer Service in Maintaining Reputation at Gunung Sahari Laboratory, can be concluded several important things. The implementation of effective interpersonal communication has been shown to have a significant role in maintaining the company's reputation. Aspects of communication, both verbal and non-verbal, which are carried out properly, have been shown to have a major impact on maintaining the positive image of Gunung Sahari Laboratory. The research method used is a qualitative literature study, analyzing various primary and secondary sources related to his thoughts. No full textThis study aims to examine the implementation of Islamic education in the Scout Movement activities at the IAIN Palopo Campus. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of Racana Pramuka members, instructors, and extracurricular lecturers. The results of the study indicate that the Scout Movement is a strategic medium in shaping the religious, leadership, and social character of students. Islamic values such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, brotherhood, and religious moderation are integrated through various scouting activities, both in the form of routine training, field activities, and leadership training programs. The Islamic education implemented is holistic and contextual, making Scouting an effective non-formal educational medium in an Islamic college environment. These findings recommend the importance of strengthening synergy between Scout instructors, lecturers, and institutions in designing more adaptive scouting programs based on Islamic values

No full textEach Islamic scholar (kyai) employs a unique interpersonal communication style when applying their leadership in their respective pesantren (Islamic boarding schools). This study aims to explore how KH Abdullah Syukri Zarkasyi implements interpersonal communication to create a systematic communication space within the pesantren, uncover the communication strategies used to shape the character of students (santri) as future Islamic propagators (dai), and examine how he preserves the tradition of effective communication in the pesantren setting. The theoretical framework employed in this research is the Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Orientation (FIRO) Theory. This study adopts a constructivist paradigm and employs a qualitative descriptive research methodology. The subject of the research is KH Abdullah Syukri Zarkasyi. Data collection techniques involve a series of steps, including orientation and interviews, exploration and observation, and concluding with document analysis and review. KH Abdullah Syukri Zarkasyi establishes a relational communication space characterized by organized interactions that incorporate both verbal and non-verbal messages, conducted across various activities. The communication strategies employed are directly implemented through Guidance, Training, Task Assignment, Habit Formation, Supervision, and Exemplary Leadership (Uswatun Hasanah).This research contributes to understanding the role of interpersonal communication in Islamic education and leadership, highlighting its impact on fostering character development and maintaining a cohesive and effective pesantren cultur

The problem that exists in these places is that they are only able to market their products in the surrounding environment. This is what makes the business very long and difficult to grow and become big. The purpose of this research is to create products that can be accepted by consumers in accordance with targeted marketing strategies and to develop businesses on a larger scale. The method used is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). Implementation is carried out by providing assistance in marketing and promoting home industry business products. As for the results obtained from the assistance, which was initially only in the environment, now it has spread widely to other regions. So in conclusion, in training activities for developing a home industry marketing strategy is being able to understand insights about marketing strategies, have skills in marketing a home industry product and how to make products that are currently acceptable in the market so that products are able to compete in terms of quality and marketing

No full textAlong with the emergence of complaints and problems faced by the NU Branch Management and the community in Bekiring Village, Pulung regarding increasing and strengthening the moderate attitude of youth who are not facilitated. From this, a solution emerged so that teenagers could be facilitated by how the moderate attitude of teenagers increased and became stronger, namely by forming an organized organization under the auspices of the Nahdlatul 'Ulama which is commonly called the Nahdlatul 'Ulama Student Association (IPNU) and the Nahdlatul 'Ulama Female Student Association (IPPNU). This program was assisted and accompanied by participants in the Community Service Lecture (KPM) group 3 of INSURI Ponorogo. This organization can become a bridge to improve and strengthen the moderate attitude of youth in Bekiring Village, which is the hope of the NU Branch Management and the local community. The methodology used in this program is through the coaching and actualization stages. Coaching is carried out by providing insight and understanding of organization, national insight and moderate attitudes among Jam'iyyah Nahdlatul 'Ulama. The results of increasing the moderate attitude of teenagers in this program can be seen from how the process is carried out during the coaching period and providing insight about moderation. And it can be concluded that the provision of guidance and insight into moderate attitudes can increase the moderate attitude of youth through the IPNU-IPPNU forum in Bekiring Village
